This system has been a big help for me as a planner and coordinator. The way everything stays organized really helps me keep up with daily work and that gives me a lot less stress. It feels like there's usually a way to handle just about every situation we've run into so far which has made a real difference for me. Getting used to everything did take a little time, since there's a lot to learn at first. Still, the online chat team has made that part much easier. Whenever questions came up, they were quick to respond and a lot of the time they either solved the problem right then or showed me how to fix it myself next time. That kind of support has meant a lot.
Cons
Sometimes my company's specific needs make it feel like I'm forcing the system to handle things it wasn't really designed for. Certain processes take extra effort to fit properly. The layout can also be tricky at first, there are so many tables on the screen that it takes time to feel comfortable with where everything is and how it links together.

Being able to manage purchases and monitor inventory all in one place has been really helpful for me. It keeps things more organized and I always have a better idea of what stock is available without jumping between different parts of the system.
Cons
biggest issue for me is the purchase requisition section. It feels awkward and the flow isn't as clear as I'd like. That part could use work to make it feel more natural and faster to navigate.

how simple it is to use. Even more than that, the support team has been amazing. Any time I've reached out, someone got back to me super fast and my problem was taken care of the very same day. That kind of quick, reliable help is hard to come by and for me it's been the biggest highlight.
Cons
One downside on our end is that we're still using the X3 system because the newer version hasn't worked as well for us.

This tool has worked out really well for me because it keeps condition monitoring, stock tracking and work orders all together in one spot. A big plus for me is the reorder alerts for parts and supplies, since they help me stay ahead and not run out of things I need. Day to day, I've been able to handle maintenance and inventory work a lot better with it and it saves me from bouncing between different systems.
Cons
The main thing that slows me down is closing daily preventive maintenance jobs. On my end, there are about 50 of them every single day and having to shut each one down by hand takes up too much time. I'd love to have a quicker option, like a checkbox, where once the task is done I can just mark it and the job closes on its own. That would make it way more practical for busy daily workloads.

I liked how dependable and protected this platform feels even though it's fully web-based. Being able to set up and adjust things on my own has been a big plus for me, since I don't have to wait on someone else every time something needs to change. Another thing that really works for me is getting everything included instead of being charged extra for every separate piece. The system feels simple to use and the sandbox account has helped me a lot when I want to try things out or test changes without risking anything. I also like the requester account because it lets pretty much anyone send in requests for jobs, items, or other needs without making the process difficult. In our company, it helped me get rid of paper forms and cut down all those random spreadsheets we used before by bringing everything into one central place. Having all the modules together in one spot makes it feel like a real one-stop solution. The layout looks clean and current and I like that live charts are already there without extra work on my end. Tracking information is also really handy because I can use different filters and searching through comments or even part of a word saves me a lot of time. It's also very useful that the documentation is built into the system, so I can access it whenever I need it.
Cons
The biggest downside for me is that putting together more advanced reports can be a bit confusing sometimes. Still, whenever I've needed help, the support team has replied fast and usually fixed the issue without much delay. I'd also say the online training could be refreshed a little, even though it still does the job and has been useful for me.

this software felt simple to work with and flexible enough to fit how we actually operate. I can adjust the screens on site to match our process and that helps us get a lot more out of it day to day. Reports are also quick to put together at each location which has made tracking things and keeping everyone in the loop a lot better. Another big plus for me is the support team. Whenever we need help, they're there and most of the time they fix the issue while we're still on the call. Their follow-up is fast too and they stay with it until everything is handled. On top of the maintenance side, we've been using it for other parts of our operation as well. At this point, I even use it to manage our Safety program which says a lot about how much this system can do.
Cons
To be honest, I really don't have anything negative to point out. I've worked with maintenance management software since 1991, so I've seen plenty of systems over the years. Back in 2006, I went through 269 different programs before deciding on it. Even now, I still compare it with other CMMS products once in a while and to me it still sits well above the others, especially for support and how simple it is to use.

Honestly, it has been a big help for me and my team. We no longer have to depend on paper forms to keep up with completed maintenance jobs and that has made day-to-day tracking a lot better. Everything is stored digitally, so I can look back at past work anytime and check what was finished on certain dates. It also helps me stay on top of the hours each employee puts into work orders during the month. Another thing I've been liking lately is the inventory tool. It lets me set standard pricing for the parts and supplies we use all the time and keep on hand which has been really useful.
Cons
There is a little bit of a learning curve at the beginning, especially for maintenance staff who are still figuring out the system and where everything is. It took some getting used to for us but it hasn't been a major issue in the long run.

A couple things still bug me. The screens need a certain number of columns, so I can't always arrange them the way I'd prefer. I've also had moments where links don't work right after I attach them to a work order and that gets annoying.

Still, the PM generator has been a big win because it helps keep all our preventive maintenance tasks lined up and under control. There's definitely a long list of tools on this platform and I can see how some of them could be helpful depending on what a team is trying to do. One part that did go well for me was the setup phase. The specialist we worked with was kind, responsive and really supportive the whole time which made that stage a lot better.
Cons
Sadly, my experience with it was pretty frustrating overall. Too many workaround steps were needed just to handle basic tasks and that made simple things feel way more complicated than they should have been. Because of that, the whole process felt more annoying and time-consuming than I expected. The biggest issue for me was finding out that two services we were told would be available before we signed up were never actually provided.
