The system handled what I needed pretty well as long as everything stayed inside the platform and I wasn't trying to bring requests in from outside sources.
Cons
We picked this software to keep all of our building maintenance requests in one place because that team needed better ways to assign work than our old in-house setup could give us. At the same time, management wanted the request process to stay the same. On my end, it had a way to send requests through email with CSV attachments and those would show up in the system. For a bit, that worked fine for us. The problem was every time it pushed an update, that email import setup would stop working. Then I had to open a support case and sometimes it took a few days to get fixed. This kept happening for at least six months and in the end we stopped using it for that reason.

Pros
Keeping everything in one place has been really helpful for me. I use it to manage our equipment records and it also works well for storing other details we need during the day. We even keep tractor info and driver records in there, so it feels nice having all that organized in one system instead of jumping between different places.
Cons
part that still throws me off is the reporting area. If I don't already know my way around those reports, it takes a while to figure them out. In my experience, that side of the system needs extra time and training before it really starts to make sense.

Pros
Using this software has been pretty convenient for me because it runs online, so I can jump in and get around without much hassle. The way assets, PMs and work orders tie together makes a lot of sense and that keeps my daily work more put together. Going back and forth between asset records and work orders is quick too, so it did not take me long to get comfortable with how everything connects.
Cons
not a con but I cannot set up usernames on my own because the system creates them automatically.

Pros
I liked how well this system could fit into the way we already run our processes instead of forcing us to change everything. It feels simple to use day to day and having access in a way that really works for our maintenance crew has been a huge plus. There's also a lot packed into it, so we've had plenty of tools to work with. On top of that, the it team really understands maintenance work and to me that showed in the way they guided us and the kind of features they offer.
Cons
One thing that took some effort for me was the initial setup. Since there are so many settings and choices, it can be a little tough to see the full path from start to finish. Better step-by-step direction around workflows would make that part less confusing. That said, the it team brought in a lot of useful ideas and real-world knowledge that we did not even know we needed when we were moving over from another platform. Their advice helped us improve how we do things but it also meant we had to spend a good amount of time as a group talking through what we actually wanted and how the system should be built out.

Cons

Pros
Getting into this software didn't take much time for me which was a big plus. The layout feels simple to work with and I had no problem finding my way around. What really impressed me was how much it already offers out of the box. It feels like most of the tools I need are already there in one spot, so I don't have to jump between different apps.
Cons
A few parts of the setup gave me some trouble, especially when I was adjusting certain settings. I'm also still tweaking the email alerts since they're not fully working the way I want yet.

Pros
The first thing that clicked for me was how polished the interface feels. I can get around the system without getting confused which makes day-to-day use a lot better. it University and the webinars have also been really helpful and they've shown me how to get more out of the platform. Another big plus is being able to adjust some forms so they match the way I like to work. The interactive map is also something I use a lot and I've found it very useful.
Cons
Some things still get on my nerves. The work order print layout and purchase order forms could be set up better and getting help with custom changes there has been tricky. I also don't like that photos can't be printed with a work order unless they're PDFs which feels restrictive. Tracking part failures is another weak spot, I'd like a clearer record of which parts were replaced on a machine, though I'm not sure if that option already exists. It would help a lot to be able to respond to a work order request directly inside the system and quick photo editing would be a nice improvement too.

Pros
Using this tool has been pretty easy for me. It does what I need without a lot of hassle and the layout makes sense. Getting from one area to another feels natural, so I can move through the system quickly and not spend time trying to figure out where things are.
Cons
The biggest headache for me is handling several assets at one location. We have nine compressors on the same monthly service plan but I still have to create nine separate work orders instead of grouping them under one preventive maintenance record. The accounting and purchasing sections feel limited and being limited to just one currency has also been a drawback.

One thing that really stood out for me was how fast our team got up to speed and felt comfortable using the system. It didn't take long before everyone was working in it with confidence. I noticed the main software covers a big chunk of what I need on a normal day, so I didn't have to stack on a bunch of add-ons just to begin using it. That was a big plus for me. At the same time, I can still adjust it for the specific things I need that aren't built in from the start and that makes it fit a lot better with how I like to work.
Cons
The forms section can be a bit troublesome. Some steps feel overwhelming and getting through that part takes more effort than I'd like. It definitely requires extra patience and confidence to work through.

After 40+ years in maintenance, I can honestly say this is one of the most flexible systems I've worked with. The work order side has been a big win for me because our teams can enter labor time, used parts, repair details and also keep up with MTBF, MTTR and safety info all in one place. We've also gotten a lot of value from the parts inventory features, file storage and the simple way service requests and work orders get routed to the right crew when they need to. On top of that, our auditors called the whole process "Best in Class," and that matched exactly how I already felt. It covers everything I need and even gives me more than I expected.
Cons
Right now, I can only think of one minor thing that still needs improvement.

I've been impressed with how configurable the system is. I can set it up to match how I prefer to work which makes it feel very adaptable. Cons
One frustrating thing is that I can't delete items in batches. I have to remove them one by one which takes more time than I'd like.
