From what I've seen, our team found it very easy to use. Most employees were able to get comfortable with it pretty quickly which made the transition much smoother.
Cons
I do find the lack of functionality for handling multiple databases limiting and it has held us back in certain situations.

The interface feels well structured and simple overall. The implementation process was clearly planned and executed well and both teams worked together effectively to make the rollout successful. Whenever I've needed help or had questions, the responses have been thoughtful and genuinely helpful.
Cons
The work order process could still use some improvement for both end users and management, since it feels like it could be smoother and more refined. I also think having more built-in dashboard templates and extra reporting examples right out of the box would be really helpful.

One of the best parts for me has been working directly with the IT team to tailor the system. Whether it's the UI, custom fields, or workflow setup, that level of flexibility has made it fit much better with how we actually operate.
Cons
A limitation I've run into is that the universal Requester Account still can't show the Dashboard or the Asset Map. For my workflow, that leaves out a couple of features I'd like requesters to access.

From what I could tell, the configurability looks promising and I believe it could be valuable if we ever get enough time to customize the system the way we actually need.
Cons
The implementation felt expensive and rushed which hurt my experience. As a small company, we barely had time to get familiar with the system before the next rollout meeting, so we didn't get much value. When we asked to slow things down, the response felt inflexible, leaving us unprepared to use the software properly.

What I like most about this tool is the refreshed interface and the functionality that comes with it. The updated design feels much more pleasant to work with and the features have been genuinely useful for me in day-to-day tasks.
Cons
What has frustrated me the most is how inconsistent the customer support experience can be, especially with specialized tasks. For example, I was told for a while that a field couldn't automatically pull the Asset Description into the PM form but later another support person made it work. I just wish that solution had come sooner.

I've found the system very simple overall. It's easy to move around without getting lost and I really appreciate how much I can tailor it to fit my own workflow. It never feels limited which makes a big difference when trying to adapt it to my needs.
Cons

Another big plus for me is how adaptable it is. Most updates or changes can be handled internally without much delay which has been really valuable for our team and keeps things moving smoothly.
Cons

Getting started was pretty easy for me. I created a few Excel lists for assets, staff and contacts and after that I had everything up and running fairly quickly. The setup process felt smooth, especially on the maintenance side. I do wish parts tracking was just as simple, because that would improve the overall experience.
Cons
Inventory has been frustrating. Tracking it feels harder than the initial setup and the purchase requisition process is far more complicated than it should be. Sometimes it feels like you need an advanced degree just to get through all the steps.

As an admin, I really value how flexible this system is. Over the years, I've been able to keep refining and adjusting it as our processes changed which has been a huge advantage. I especially like the level of detail available for asset tracking. Looking back, I can see how our understanding evolved over time as we learned what data mattered most. From my experience, putting in the effort early to enter detailed asset information really pays off later, even though it takes time during setup.
Cons
It's frustrating that this tool doesn't integrate with our Infor XA system. Purchases handled in that program have to be entered again manually here which slows things down. This limitation makes our spare parts process less efficient than it should be.

I also noticed how much flexibility the system offers overall. It includes a wide range of modules like asset tracking, inventory, purchasing and work orders, so it covers a lot of ground and gives plenty of room to customize based on different needs.
Cons
The database tables not being truly relational has been difficult. When I need two parts of the system to connect through shared data or matching IDs, it just doesn't work as expected. Values are copied instead of linked which creates real limitations. On top of that, the platform's extreme customizability can cause issues even the support team struggles to troubleshoot. Managing users is also difficult, if I want everyone in my company to submit work orders, my only options are a fully anonymous form or paying for hundreds of accounts which feels unreasonable.

What really stands out to me about this tool is how flexible it is while still being easy to use. The reporting and workflow features make a big impact because they turn raw data into something I can actually understand and act on. The added Fluke connectivity is another huge plus and makes it feel like a very powerful maintenance solution. After decades in maintenance, I can honestly say this is one of the best systems I've worked with. The customer service has also been excellent and the team behind it has been consistently impressive.
Cons
