I also appreciate how user-friendly it feels day to day. Importing data through Excel was smooth and hassle-free and the navigation is clear. The dashboards give me a great overview of everything without making the interface feel cluttered.
Cons
It bothers me that I have to double-click the side tab bar just to select an item and show my data list. A single click would be much more convenient. I'd also like a right-click option to quickly add new fields and the ability to drag and reorder columns instead of using the window menu.

Cons

Navigation can be inconvenient because I have to close a screen before opening another. For example, if I'm viewing one asset and want to open a different one, I can't switch directly.

Cons
There are almost too many options and specialized tools built in for certain building operations which can feel overwhelming when we only need a smaller set of features.

Pros
The PM Scheduler and work order system are probably my favorite features. I can plan maintenance almost a full year in advance which helps a lot with budgeting and long-term planning. The work order system is easy to use and with a bit of training, most team members can pick it up quickly.
Cons
I'd like to see integration with our existing purchasing system. If the systems worked together, inventory counts would be more accurate, instead of receiving the same items in two different places.

Right out of the box, I was able to start using the software at a basic level without much setup which made getting started feel very practical. What stood out to me even more was how simple it has been to customize fields, forms and overall functionality through workflows and other tools. Whenever I've wanted to adapt the system to fit our specific processes, I've felt supported because their customer support team has consistently been available to help turn my ideas and goals into something workable. Honestly, I've had a really positive experience with that team. On top of that, I've found the system especially strong when it comes to tracking assets and inventory, since it keeps everything looking clean, organized and easy to follow.
Cons
From my experience, even though the system can do a lot and can be tailored in many ways for specific applications, I've still run into a few limitations in places where I expected stronger built-in functionality. We're currently on X4 but because it still seems tied to their older X3 system, some sections push me back into that X3-style mode which can get confusing. I've noticed this especially in the pending POs area and in parts of the purchasing module overall. There have also been a few workflow-related features that I assumed would come standard but they just weren't included by default, although to be fair, most of them were still able to be added in some form. Another frustration for me has been report formatting which feels clunky and a bit irritating at times. I'd really like to see improvements there, especially around doing better bulk or mass report publishing for recurring items like monthly reports and similar tasks.
