Pros
From setup through implementation and beyond, everything has gone smoothly for me. Even now, after onboarding, I still feel supported. Whenever I reach out through chat, I usually get quick and helpful responses. The dashboard is probably my favorite feature because it gives me an instant view of what's going on and helps me prioritize tasks easily.
Cons
Work Order Requests could be easier to track and I would like an alert or counter to stay on top of new items. I also feel the printout could be cleaner and more polished.

Pros
One thing I really value is being able to access the system anytime, anywhere as long as I have internet. I also don't have to worry about database backups since the system handles that automatically which gives me peace of mind. Creating custom reports whenever I need them has also been very useful.
Cons
The list view is limiting because I can only display up to 100 records and I notice that printing reports requires multiple steps. I find that can be frustrating when trying to generate PDFs efficiently.

Overall, I really like how customizable the system is. I've been able to shape it to fit my needs and tracking parts has been simple. Having both asset history and work order history in one place is very helpful and the reports and dashboards make it easy to monitor activity and pull together the information I need without extra effort.
Cons
Serialized inventory isn't fully supported and I have had to rely on a workaround. I notice it doesn't feel as effective as having it integrated natively.

Pros
I really enjoyed using this tool because the overall functionality felt well thought out and easy in day-to-day use. From my experience, the platform was simple to navigate and I was able to make good use of its features without much effort.
Cons
The Scheduler could be improved and I find handling mass scheduling tasks a bit tough. I also notice that some navigation elements aren't as simple as they could be.

Cons

Cons

The software feels very user-friendly right from the start. Navigation makes sense and I can find what I need without wasting time. The reporting module has also been really helpful since it gives me clear insights and helps me stay on top of things.
Cons
One issue I've noticed is that there are too many versions available across different platforms. From my perspective, that can get a little confusing at times, especially when I'm trying to figure out which version fits a specific need.

From what I've seen so far, it feels like a complete CMMS solution. Once implementation is fully in place, I'm confident it will save me a lot of time on maintenance tasks.
Cons
At the same time, I'm still struggling with the assessments in this tool's University section. No matter how many times I take them, I keep failing and honestly don't understand what I'm getting wrong.

Pros
I really like being able to create work orders and track maintenance expenses all in one place. It also helps me manage vehicle inspections, registrations, oil changes and other routine service tasks which keeps everything much more organized.
Cons
I'm still using X3 version because I haven't made the time to learn the newer versions yet. From my perspective, the system seems to change quite often and while I'm sure those updates are meant to improve things, it's been hard for me to keep up since I'm also juggling a lot of other responsibilities at work.

After seeing the presentation, I came away feeling like the software could handle just about anything we need. It seems very capable and gave me confidence that our project would be well supported.
Cons
What really held us back was the lack of support during implementation, because I didn't get the level of guidance needed to finish our project properly. On top of that, I found that the sort menus didn't function very well which made parts of the system frustrating to use.

What I like most is how feature-rich the system is. It works really well for our maintenance team and I can see it being just as useful for other departments as we expand. It's great for capturing and tracking assets without feeling limited.
Cons
My main drawback is that there isn't a dedicated mobile app since everything runs through a web form. From what I've seen, having a native app would probably make it more convenient to use, especially on the iOS side where it could feel a bit more user-friendly.

Compared to what I used before, this software is much easier to work with. The reporting really stood out to me, especially how easily the data can be turned into graphs.
Cons
The biggest drawback for me is the character limit for part numbers and asset numbers. In my experience, some manufacturers use very long part numbers and a lot of them look very similar, so fitting them into this tool can be a bit frustrating.

Another big plus is how customizable it is. I've been able to tailor it to match our equipment and workflows and it supports scheduling and remote job needs really well. I also like that I don't need any special barcode scanners since it works with regular smartphones and tablets.
Cons
One thing I would have liked to see is built-in templates for different types of businesses or equipment setups. For example, as an HVAC contractor, it would be useful if there were standard equipment templates that I could then tweak for my specific needs. In my experience, that would make the initial setup faster and improve day-to-day convenience as well.

From the first demo through the full implementation, my experience has been phenomenal. Everyone I've worked with during the process has been friendly, professional and really knowledgeable about the Fluke system. I felt supported at every stage and the on-site kickoff was absolutely worth the cost because it helped me get started with confidence and made the whole transition feel much more valuable.
Cons
The main area where I think this tool could use a bit of improvement is the mobile version. In my experience, it could be made a little more user friendly, especially compared to the full desktop version which is the one I use most of the time.

What stood out to me about this software is how user-friendly and adaptable it feels in day-to-day use. I can submit work requests without much effort and whenever needed, I'm able to attach pictures to give more context. From my experience, keeping tabs on complicated projects is usually a challenge but this tool really helps with that. Its advanced classification system has made it much easier for me to stay organized and follow everything clearly.
Cons
One issue I've run into is that the software seems to be updated very frequently and with those version changes, we ended up dealing with quite a few bugs and follow-up fixes. That definitely slowed our work down at times. For my team, the lack of a proper mobile app is also a major drawback. We have to access it through a browser on mobile devices and I find that much less convenient and harder to use than a dedicated app would be.
