how user-friendly the system feels in day-to-day use. I've found the customer service team really pleasant to work with whenever we need to make changes, update information, or handle adjustments. From my experience, the software covers everything we currently need and I also appreciate that it has the capacity to grow with us and support future needs as our organization expands.
Cons
During our transition from the previous system, I did run into a few glitches related to customer service support. That said, those issues were identified, brought to their attention and have since been corrected, so the switch has ultimately gone much better now.

I can switch between searches without any hassle and I really like being able to apply filters to narrow things down exactly how I need. What stands out most to me is that I'm also able to build custom reports which makes the software feel much more useful for my day-to-day work.
Cons
At times, I've noticed that the report I need can take longer than expected to generate which can be a little frustrating when I'm trying to get something quickly.

Cons

I really like how connected everything feels within the system. If I can't find something one way, I can usually track it down through another path which makes day-to-day use much smoother.
Cons
One thing I did notice, though, is that the system seemed to have quite a few bugs. From my experience, I don't remember running into this many issues back when I was only using x3.

Cons

Customer support has also been a highlight. Whenever I've needed help, the team has been responsive and helpful. I also like that users can make certain changes on their own and I can handle smaller configurations internally without needing to pay extra or wait on the vendor.
Cons
One limitation I've run into is with barcode scanning. From what I've seen, the application handles it well only on Android and iOS devices. When I'm using a Windows-based tablet or device, there isn't a aligned barcode scanning option, so the process feels much more tedious and unnecessarily complicated. Another thing I'd really like is an offline mobile version for people like me who spend time in the field without wireless or cellular service, with syncing available once the device reconnects, ideally without any extra charge. I'd also prefer the "Interactive Plans" table to be included as a standard feature instead of having to request it separately for each user.

Once I got everything set up, I found the software very user-friendly. What really stood out, though, was the onboarding support. Even with limited experience, I felt like I could get comfortable with the system pretty quickly. Another big advantage for me was cost savings since the web-based setup meant I didn't need to invest in new hardware and could keep using older devices.
Cons
For me, the biggest downside is that it is not quite as simple as I would prefer. Some features are only manageable once I already know exactly where to look and without that, finding certain things can be frustrating.

The system feels very flexible overall. It can handle just about anything I need and I think moving fully to X5 will make it even better. I also like the clean look and how everything is organized. The support team has been quick and helpful and the reporting tools give me plenty of flexibility depending on what I need. I also appreciate being able to customize user permissions, whether by role or individual access.
Cons
One issue I have run into is that some parts of the program are not very simple to locate. In my view, part of that comes from the fact that certain areas of the tool still operate on the X3 platform while others are on X5, so the split setup can be a little confusing. I think it will be a much better experience once everything is fully running on X5. The mobile version has also felt somewhat limited and not as flexible as I would like which has been frustrating at times. That said, I understand that the mobile experience is also expected to move fully to X5 and I believe that should bring a major improvement.

there really is not anything specific that I dislike on my end. That said, I can tell there is still a lot of room for growth, especially as our company plans to expand how we use the platform. One thing I really like is how easily I can tailor the system to match my team's needs. Creating work orders or requests is quick and easy, so it never slows me down. The user hierarchy has also been very useful for assigning the right access levels. Since it's web-based, I can log in from anywhere which helps me stay connected. I also appreciated that trainers were sent on-site to guide us through setup and the ability to connect with monitoring tools has made data collection much easier.
Cons
One area that gave me trouble was setting up the reports, because that part can be pretty difficult to figure out. When I reached out to customer service, I was told they would rather handle the report setup for users instead of walking people through how to build their own reports. That part was a little frustrating for me since I would have preferred to learn it myself. Still, once the reports are finally configured, I've found that they are very simple to run and use after that.
