very helpful once learned

Pros

Overall, I've had a very positive experience. Once I got familiar with the system, it proved to be reliable and free of major issues and it's been genuinely helpful in my day-to-day work.

Cons

What held me back at first was the learning curve. I needed some training before I could really get up to speed and there's definitely a lot to take in when you first start using it. Because of that, it can take a while to feel fully comfortable and confident with the system.

strong CMMS for downtime control

Pros

I've found it to be a strong CMMS solution. Since we started using it, equipment downtime has gone down and we spend much less time searching for parts. Once I understood how everything works, it became a very valuable tool for our team.

Cons

At first, I felt a learning curve because there are so many features to understand. I also appreciated that the training provided made it much easier for me to get comfortable using the system.

fantastic support and training

Pros

The level of customization really impressed me, along with the support I received from the sales phase through implementation. The training was excellent and because of that, using the software now feels natural and easy to manage.

Cons

don't have any major complaints. I noticed there was a lot of data to move over but I found the implementation specialist and online training extremely helpful in making both the learning curve and data migration manageable. I also appreciated how they guided me through pulling information from multiple sources.

Pros

It didn't take me long to get comfortable with the system. The pricing feels reasonable and features like automatic work order generation save me a lot of time during busy days. I've also had good experiences with support, as they've been responsive whenever I've needed help.

Cons

a few bugs still pop up occasionally. I also noticed the setup required some effort before everything worked as I wanted. I feel the reporting could also be stronger compared with other software options I've used.

Pros

Most of the platform feels self-explanatory, so I can usually find what I need without any trouble. I also appreciate the follow-ups from the support team, since it shows they care about making sure everything is working well for me.

Cons

I really haven't found major downsides. I did notice that having more built-in instructions or guidance would help, as I often had to contact support to figure out certain tasks.

Pros

One of the first things I noticed was the speed. The Data Dictionary and highly customizable forms are also big advantages. I liked that training was available directly for end users which made adoption easier. Even during difficult situations like the hurricane in Florida, the development and support teams stayed responsive which says a lot. It feels like a polished product that organizations can truly shape around their needs. I also like that requestors don't need logins and can still submit requests and get updates through email.

Cons

From time to time, I do run into issues like invoices getting taxed twice. I also noticed the development team responds quickly and seems capable which has made those problems easier to overlook. I've heard the licensing can feel more expensive than other tools, though I haven't personally reviewed the invoices.

Pros

After trying several CMMS platforms, I found this one to be the best fit for my needs. The level of customization really stands out and I can easily set different permissions based on each person's role which has been very helpful for my team.

Cons

this option is pricier than most. I also found that I couldn't purchase it outright and the learning curve seemed a bit steeper than other CMMS tools I tested.

Going paperless has been a big win for me with this system. The pricing also feels fair for what it offers, so it's been a good balance of value and functionality in my experience.

Cons

While the vendor explained the functions, my experience at the start was less smooth because some features didn't work immediately. I also appreciated that support fixed issues quickly when they arose. I feel the initial setup could have been more efficient, especially for a widely used system and I noticed that basic details like storage settings and email account matching should not have been overlooked.

Pros

The flexibility right out of the box is something I really appreciate. I can configure things the way I want, especially with the control that comes at the superuser level. I also like the X4 interface since it looks clean and feels easy to navigate.

Cons

One thing I've noticed is that even though X4 is the current platform, I still run into quite a few legacy X3 features whenever I need to do anything beyond the most basic tasks. At the same time, they are already promoting an X5 platform which honestly makes me hope they focus on fully finishing the existing features first. A few parts of the program still feel incomplete, or like a shortcut was taken instead of building them out properly. PM forecasting is a good example, because I can only forecast calendar-based PMs right now. Since fields like average daily use already exist in the system, it seems like forecasting hour-based PMs should already be possible. I know this has even been brought up in their user forum. Another limitation for me is that my company follows a very specific process for receiving goods and handling invoices and some of those functions in this tool feel hard-coded instead of configurable.

powerful maintenance features overall

Pros

When I compare maintenance platforms, I usually look at multiple options side by side. This one holds up well in those comparisons because it offers a great range of features. I can review things like work orders, asset tracking, inventory, scheduling and reporting all in one place which makes it easier to decide if it fits my needs. Once I got used to it, the system felt simple enough for daily use.

Cons

I've noticed there are still a few leftover issues from earlier versions and those can be frustrating at times. That said, whenever something comes up, I've found the support team to be available and fairly quick to help resolve it. From what I've experienced, one of the biggest challenges is the setup time, because entering all the parts, inventory and asset information into the system takes a while. Once that work is done, though, I feel the software becomes much more useful in daily operations. In my case, the learning curve was real as well, especially because it seems to work better if I already have some background using maintenance software. At first, the interface was not the most easy for me to understand and tracking inventory or individual parts could also be harder than I expected. So while I see a lot of value in the product, I'd say getting comfortable with the UI and managing inventory takes some patience.

The interface feels very user-friendly to me, even with all the tools included. I've also had a great experience with customer service, as the support team has been helpful whenever I've reached out.

Cons

I like that the software keeps things simple while still covering everything I need right now. At the same time, I can see it growing with my needs in the future. The support team has also been reliable which makes the experience even better.

Cons

One thing I feel needs improvement is how support responses are handled during weekends and holidays. In many facilities, work and open jobs still continue on those days, so I think the tool should have a better way to manage support availability when help is needed outside regular working hours.

Affordable pricing is one of the things I value most here. The system is easy to use day to day and having a dedicated customer service contact gives me confidence that help is always available if needed.

Cons

I like how easily I can configure the layout, whether I want more detail, fewer details, or different chart views. It's been very user-friendly for me and I also appreciate being able to access it remotely from my iPad without any issues.

Cons

What stood out to me on the downside is that getting everything loaded into the system, like parts, inventory and assets, takes a fair amount of time at the beginning. Once I got past that setup stage, though, I found it worked really well for me and became very simple to use.

Pros

Keeping all maintenance work in one system has made things much more organized for me. I've been able to manage costs and budgets better and the scheduling tools have helped me plan work more effectively.

Cons

In my opinion, this software is not very beginner-friendly and really works better if I already have some background using maintenance tools. I also found inventory and parts tracking harder than expected and at first the interface felt confusing and took me some time to fully understand.
