What stands out most for me is the real-time information. When I'm using a tablet, I can quickly pull up everything related to an asset while I'm actually working on it which makes day-to-day tasks much more practical. I also find the system easy to navigate, so getting to the right details never feels like a hassle. From my experience, planned maintenance is simple to keep track of and the conformance measures show up instantly which helps me stay on top of things without delays. On top of that, it fits perfectly into our manufacturing strategy and I've noticed that external auditors are consistently impressed by the record-keeping capabilities.
Cons
Honestly, I don't really have any complaints. I also find the team is always available whenever we need support and I've seen them continue to help as our use of the system grows.

After using MP2, I found this software to feel like a much more modern option. It costs less, I can navigate it without much trouble and it handles everything my team and I need it to do. From my perspective, it has been a worthwhile upgrade and a more practical fit for our day-to-day work.
Cons
When I moved our data over from MP2, I found the process pretty frustrating and more effortful than I expected. I also noticed that building custom reports can feel overwhelming, because the feature doesn't seem as simple as it should be.

this tool does require real attention to detail and accuracy during the design and setup phase but once I had it running properly, it improved maintenance management in a big way. I've found spare parts handling and maintenance warehouse management to be easy and work orders along with charge tracking have been simple for me to manage on a day-to-day basis.
Cons
From my side, a few steps still don't feel very simple and I also noticed that the online training course doesn't explain the monitor class and PM scheduling features in enough detail. I've had to spend extra time figuring some of that out.

What I like most about this tool is how simple the menus are and I've been able to tailor the system using my own terminology without any hassle. Cons
One issue I've run into is the transition from X3 to X4 which has caused some trouble at times. I also noticed that while it hasn't impacted my overall experience, it did create a few extra hurdles during the switch.

Cons
