“really useful for maintenance”
Pros
Getting started with this software was pretty quick for me and it fit into our maintenance routine without much trouble. I use it every day to track assets and set up preventive maintenance plans and it has honestly helped our plant cut down on machine downtime by keeping us ahead of problems instead of reacting to them later. Another big plus is having all our machine-related files in one spot. I can keep user manuals, work instructions, sign-off forms, parts checkout records and other equipment info together which has made things feel a lot more organized. The reporting tools have also been a big win for me. We run weekly reports to look at machine performance and technician productivity and I've been able to turn that information into custom dashboards with charts and visuals that are much easier to read. Any time I've run into an issue, their support team has been fast to answer and helpful in getting things sorted out.
Cons
The system includes a lot of tools and options which is great but some areas are quite detailed and take extra time to understand. A few features go deeper than I expected, so I needed some guidance before I felt confident using them. Thankfully, the free webinars they provide have helped me learn those advanced parts much more clearly.

Pros
I noticed how clean and friendly the layout feels compared to other CMMS tools I've used. The support team has also been really reliable and every time I've needed help, they've been quick, informed and pleasant to work with. In our plant, we've been able to tie in extra parts of our maintenance process with inventory and oil analysis labs and that has helped a lot in day-to-day work. The work order features keep me on track and make it much simpler for me to look back at equipment records across a lot of assets. Getting the system set up for both maintenance and production teams, with different user types, went very well too. Since I'm in it every day, I like that the whole system feels natural to use and helps me get repetitive work done quicker with less hassle.
Cons
Advanced reporting still feels a bit limiting to me, especially if someone isn't familiar with JSON. I'd also really like the option to close several work orders at once because that would save me a lot of time when dealing with a backlog. Another improvement would be the ability to remove multiple steps from a task procedure at the same time, since making large updates across several procedures can get repetitive.

“love the work order setup”
Pros
One thing that really clicks for me with this tool is how simple it makes our maintenance process feel. I can send work orders right to a technician's phone and the system also creates reports automatically using all kinds of data already in there which saves me a bunch of time. Everything feels clear and consistent across the platform and that has been even more noticeable since we switched to the x5 version. I've also had a really good experience with the support team. They get back to us fast, explain things in a way that makes sense and help with training whenever we need to make changes or learn more about the CMMS.
Cons
As far as the web version goes, I really haven't had any major problems. The only improvement I'd like to see is a stronger mobile app, ideally with features for inventory tracking and similar tasks.

this tool felt simple to work with without feeling stripped down. I've had a really positive time with the support team too and that has mattered a lot. Another big plus for me is how much I can tweak the system to fit what we need instead of forcing our process into a fixed setup. I felt good about how work orders flow through the system. It does the job well and compared to other big CMMS options, the pricing feels fair for everything that's included. Another thing I liked is that they actually listen to user input and whenever we needed help, their support team was responsive and genuinely useful.
Cons
A couple of areas could still be better for me. Searching for assets can sometimes be frustrating because the results don't always show exactly what I'm looking for right away. I was also disappointed that the Parts section took nearly a year to get fixed after problems appeared during the setup stage.

“fluke team has been fantastic”
Pros
We're still in the middle of setting everything up but so far I've been really happy with the Fluke team. Everyone I've worked with, from sales to support, has been helpful, responsive and there when we've needed guidance. It feels like they've done a really great job helping us through each step and making sure nothing gets missed as we get things in place.
Cons
The asset sidebar still confuses me a little. Whenever I select assets from there, the system automatically opens the most recent record every time and I'm not entirely sure why it behaves that way.

to use our equipment tracking with this has been really great for me. I can keep tabs on assets without any headaches and the reporting setup gives me a lot of room to pull exactly what I need. Most days, I'm checking open work orders and making sure follow-ups with my team don't get missed. Another big plus for me is the support crew. They reply fast and always make me feel like I'm getting real help when something comes up. We also have several sites tied into the system, so being able to look up spare parts in warehouses across locations has been super useful for our day-to-day operation.
Cons

this tool made my work feel more put together. Updating details takes almost no effort and adding assets and PMs has been pretty simple on my end. The way everything is set up keeps it clear and easy to follow, so my daily tasks move a lot faster and feel less overwhelming.
Cons
not a con but I'd still love to have is a way to link my current VMI inventory straight into the database. That would help me keep better track of parts and watch costs more closely without having to handle that stuff in a separate place.

Running this in our manufacturing slots has been a really good experience for me. The thing that stands out most is how adaptable it is, plus the layout feels simple to work with and the system has been reliable day to day. Cons

The work order ticketing part has been the biggest win for us. I can send tasks to the right team members and stay on top of what's going on without losing sight of anything and that really helps with our daily work.
Cons
The main downside for me is the interface, because it could feel a lot more user-friendly, especially on mobile. The inventory side also still needs work and just isn't where we expected it to be right now.

One of the best parts for me is how much I can customize the setup so it matches exactly what our team needs. It was pretty simple for me to get around in general, even though parts of it still felt awkward and a bit outdated during daily use.
Cons
Honestly, I had a rough time with this system. It ran pretty slowly and we were told an updated version was on the way but it never showed up for us. Adding pictures was also frustrating and to me it just did not fit a factory or industrial setting very well. A lot of the time, the app would not handle the tasks I needed, so I could not count on it. After setup, managing linked tables and PM procedures got messy too, especially when I was dealing with a lot of lines.
