“Excellent and Flexible CMMS system.”
Pros
The system excels in reporting, work order management, and asset management. The customer service is unparalleled.
Cons
Setting up reports can be unintuitive and somewhat complex. I wish their dashboarding feature was more robust.

“eMaint is Fairly Easy To Use”
Pros
Scheduling routine preventive maintenance is not a hassle, and completing maintenance work orders is also easy.

“eMaint is the way to go”
Pros
The customizable reports are fantastic. They are easy to configure, allowing for manual or automated generation without the need for external programs. Moreover, there are multiple ways to set them up. It's convenient to save a report and schedule it to run every week after drilling down on specific data.
Cons
Your account representative can log into your account and help you resolve issues. The most common way to address problems with eMaint is through their website's chat feature. Typing everything out and sending screenshots can be a bit cumbersome. However, the tech support is well-trained and usually resolves issues or provides training during the initial contact.

“Emaint Review”
Pros
The system's flexibility allows us to set it up according to our preferences right from the start.
Cons
I've never had the chance to meet anyone from Emaint in person. I've spoken to many of them over the phone, but one-on-one interactions have never happened. I believe that my current system would be even better if someone could observe how we use it. Having someone who knows the system better than I do might find faster and more efficient ways of doing things.

“work orders really stand out”
Pros
One thing I've seen firsthand is that it performs a really great job with work orders. That part has been one of the biggest wins for us. On the condition monitoring side, though, we were never able to get it working in x4 version version, so I'm still waiting to see if x5 will actually handle that better. The vendor has talked it up a lot and made it sound promising but I haven't used it enough yet to say for sure.
Cons
Support was probably my biggest issue when I was working with x4 version. I tried to get help connecting handheld and fixed vibration tools for condition monitoring but the guidance I received wasn't very clear. I was hoping for more direct answers, though that never really happened. Since we've only recently started implementing X5, it's still too early for me to know if support will be better in that area.

“loving the onboarding so far”
Pros
Getting started with this software felt really easy and the help and training I got were seriously top-notch. That setup process helped a lot and now I'm excited to dig into more of the tools and features the system has.
Cons
Up to now, I haven't come across anything that feels like a real issue or something worth complaining about.

“reporting and support stand out”
Pros
The biggest win for me has been the reporting, plus the work order and asset tracking tools. Those main features have helped me stay organized and keep everything moving without a lot of chaos. Another thing that really impressed me is the support team. I've had a much better experience with them than with most other software companies and that makes a big difference day to day.
Cons
Setting up reports has taken a bit more effort on my side because that part of the system isn't always very clear and can feel somewhat tricky. The dashboards also seem a little limited for what I need. Having deeper options and more flexibility there would make the platform much stronger overall.

“maintenance scheduling just clicks”
Pros
I liked how simple this system felt when it came to planning routine preventive maintenance. Getting everything set up was pretty quick for me and I can finish maintenance work orders without dealing with a bunch of extra steps. Because of that, the whole maintenance process feels a lot more under control and less stressful on my end.
Cons
One thing that feels a bit restrictive for me is how photos are handled. Images can only be attached at the main asset level which means I can't assign different pictures to individual maintenance items. I'd really appreciate more flexibility in that area.

“flexible reports that just work”
Pros
One thing that really sells me on this tool is how much control I get with reporting. I can set things up the way I want, whether I need to pull a report myself or have it sent out automatically on a schedule. That saves me a lot of time and I like that I do not need any extra program to make it happen. There are also a few different ways to create reports, so I am not stuck doing it only one way. A big plus for me is being able to dig into the data, save that exact view and then have it emailed every Friday or whenever I need it. That makes repeat reporting feel really convenient and useful.
Cons
Getting support through the website chat can sometimes feel a little tedious. I usually have to type out the entire issue and upload screenshots so they can understand what's happening. My account representative is able to log in and view the problem directly which helps a lot when something needs attention. Even with that extra back-and-forth in chat, the support team has still been knowledgeable and capable from my experience and most issues end up getting resolved fairly quickly.

“fits our workflow really well”
Pros
I could set the system up the way we needed and that made it work a lot better with how our team already does things. Having that kind of freedom early on gave me a lot of trust in it, because it felt like the software could adapt to us instead of making us change everything to match it.
Cons
What I still feel is missing is an in-person visit from someone at the company. I've spoken with people over the phone but meeting face to face has never happened. I think having someone watch how we actually use the system day to day could really help because they might suggest faster or smarter ways to handle certain tasks.

“really useful maintenance tools”
Pros
The biggest win for me has been the work order generator. I've also gotten a lot out of the machine maintenance history tool. Those two parts of the software help me stay on top of maintenance jobs and keep everything organized much better.
Cons
Sometimes the list of options while entering information can be a little confusing for me. When I'm trying to resolve an issue, the choices aren't always very clear, so it can take extra time to figure out which one I should select.

Pros
Having an overview of pending work and timelines for each job is valuable.

The mobile user interface isn't the most user-friendly. I think the menus should be easier to navigate, and it would be great if you could access the menu from any page without having to go back or return to the home screen.

“eMaint CMMS Review”
Pros
This system is highly versatile and customizable, greatly assisting us in managing our preventive maintenance schedules. The tech support is outstanding.
Cons
Setting up reports can be challenging. It's necessary to go through an advanced class, or else I frequently need to contact tech support. Adding new users to the system has been difficult for us over the past year.
