“eMaint... meh.”
Pros
While it may not be the most user-friendly, having this system is far better than having no system at all.
Cons
The system feels clunky and highly technical. Setting it up or making modifications has a steep learning curve and isn't particularly user-friendly.

“worth it right away”
Pros
this tool felt worth paying for because the important features were already there. I didn't run into that annoying setup where you have to keep spending more just to get reports or basic tools that should've been included in the first place. Having everything built in from day one made the whole experience feel more complete, more useful and a lot more friendly to use for me.
Cons
A proper mobile app is something I still feel the platform needs. Mobile access is there but it doesn't really feel the same as having a dedicated app which would make things much more convenient when I'm away from my desk.

“love the project timeline view”
Pros
Seeing the whole workload laid out with deadlines attached to each task has been really helpful for me. It gives me a clear view of what's coming up, keeps me on track and helps me stay organized without having to guess what needs attention first.
Cons
The phone experience hasn't been my favorite part either. The menus feel a bit clunky and moving around could definitely be smoother. I'd also like the menu to be accessible from any screen instead of needing to return to the main page every time I want to open it.

“asset tracking that really helps”
Pros
This tool has been really helpful for me when it comes to keeping up with asset work orders. Our team is still growing and adding more equipment into the system, so having that kind of visibility has made a big difference. I also like that we can build on it later with things like barcoding and it already feels like the platform can grow right along with us.
Cons
Another challenge I've noticed is with support consistency. When I reach out for help, I don't always get the same representative and that makes the experience feel a bit uneven depending on who responds.

“helpful team that listens”
Pros
One thing I've really liked about this tool is how open the team is to feedback. When I bring up a feature or a process I'd love to have in my daily work, they actually look into it and put real time into trying to make it happen. That means a lot to me. On top of that, the support crew has been great every time I've contacted them. They've been responsive, thoughtful and dependable which makes the overall experience feel a lot better.
Cons
At times I've also run into a few limitations with the platform itself. It doesn't handle every request I have and some fairly standard needs still aren't possible right now. The team behind it seems to be trying but there are still a few gaps that can be frustrating.

“really helpful support team”
Pros
the support person made a big difference for me. They stayed patient and walked me through everything step by step which helped me get the outcome I was trying to reach. The way things were explained was clear and simple, especially around what details I needed to type in so the system could give me the correct answer. Having that kind of guidance made the whole process feel less overwhelming and I came away feeling a lot more confident using the program.
Cons
One issue that really bothered me was that past history didn't carry over which was disappointing. The system also forced me to select a default vendor and that felt restrictive because it didn't quite match the way I prefer to manage things.

“flexible tool with awesome support”
Pros
This system has worked really well for us because it can be adjusted to fit the way our team operates. I've seen a real improvement in how I handle preventive maintenance and everything feels a lot more put together now. The biggest plus for me has been the support staff. Anytime I've had to reach out, they've been super helpful and really good to work with.
Cons
One part that still gives me trouble is the reporting setup. Without more in-depth training, it can be hard to get those reports built the right way, so I end up contacting support more than I'd like. Adding new users has also been a frustrating process for me over the last year and that has definitely been a downside.

“really great for maintenance”
Pros
One thing that has worked really well for me is having work orders and asset tracking together in one system. It helps me stay on top of equipment without jumping between different places. The QR code feature has been super helpful too, since I can pull up details fast and keep things a lot more organized. Because of that, my daily maintenance work feels a lot more under control.
Cons
The main issue for me has been the PM scheduling setup. It feels a bit too limited when production plans shift around or change often. That has made it tougher for me to line up preventive maintenance with what is actually happening on the floor.

“really friendly and convenient tool”
Pros
Right from the beginning, this tool felt very approachable to me. The layout made sense fast, so I didn't have to spend much time figuring things out. Keeping track of everything in one place has been really convenient and the whole experience has felt comfortable to use day to day.
Cons
I haven't come across any actual issues with this tool and nothing has really given me a reason to complain yet.

“flexible setup with real control”
Pros
One of the best parts for me is how much we can tweak this tool whenever our needs shift. My team and I can take care of most of those changes ourselves which gives us a lot more freedom and way less need to depend on outside support. That kind of control has been a big plus for us.
Cons
Something that still bugs me is that a few user preferences can't be changed on my own. I really wish more of those options were in my hands so I wouldn't have to ask for extra help just to make small updates.

“clunky setup takes time”
Pros
It does what I need for the most part. Having this in place still feels better than having no system at all, so to me it has some real value even if it only feels just okay overall.
Cons
The issue for me is how awkward the system feels to use. It comes off as pretty technical and getting things set up or updated takes a lot of effort. There's definitely a big learning curve and I wouldn't call it very user friendly.

“Outstanding Process, Customer Friendly, Magnificent Support”
Pros
This program offers complete control to the user. I can create my templates, adding or removing fields as needed. Even fields not pre-built in the CMMS can be added. Data can be automatically transferred between templates, simplifying and expediting administrative tasks for technicians. I can generate reports on any topic at any time, keeping management informed without requiring them to log into eMAINT. Making mass changes is simple, such as reassigning 100 work orders to a different technician in less than two minutes. Using Work Order Management, I can set parameters for automated actions, reducing the need for constant monitoring. With field-specific parameters, I can minimize human error. The one-on-one support team is exceptional, always providing immediate and professional assistance. In my 16 years of using eMAINT, there have been fewer than 12 instances where an issue remained unresolved before hanging up the phone. The support team consistently goes above and beyond.
Cons
The process of stacking preventive maintenance schedules is time-consuming. Additionally, the mobile app isn't included in the basic program cost.

“Working with eMaint as a Preventative Maintenance Supervisor”
Pros
It's fantastic to have a single maintenance management software that covers Reactive/Emergency Maintenance, Facilities Maintenance, Machine Shop Requests, and Inventory Management all in one.
Cons
The mobile app for my technicians is a drawback. The search options are limited, and scrolling through work orders can be tiresome. If there were multiple columns available, it would reduce the amount of scrolling required. This is a common annoyance among my 14 techs. Many of them end up printing their work orders to avoid unnecessary scrolling through irrelevant rows. We had hoped to reduce paper usage with this new system. Having at least three columns would allow my techs to view the entire work order in one glance with minimal scrolling.
