Everything I need is right there

Pros

Having everything consolidated in one spot is really convenient and I love how it keeps all my tools and information accessible without forcing me to hop between multiple apps.

Cons

Sometimes the calendar layout becomes overly crowded and a bit much for me so I end up feeling overwhelmed when too many events or tasks pile up.

no problems during transition

Pros

For me, it's not hard to manage and the transition process has been smooth so far.

Cons

I haven't faced any problems that I'm aware of. I'm still migrating from another system so far without issues

Convenient mobile app

Pros

I'd say its quite user-friendly and mobile app gives me quick access which makes the whole experience very convenient.

Cons

dont think I have come across anything I dislike so far and I genuinely can't think of any issues to report after using it.

Constant updates

Pros

One aspect I find particularly valuable about eSpace is that they keep rolling out updates to the platform which shows they're actively improving it. I also appreciate the HVAC integration with wireless thermostats because the long-term savings should cover the thermostat costs and the workorder management module has become a real asset that's helping our maintenance team operate far more efficiently.

Cons

Reporting is one area where I feel the product falls short since the available reports are pretty limited and don't offer the actionable insight we need. I'd like to see them invest significant effort to enhance the reporting capabilities. The mobile app has its merits but I find it frustratingly hard to sort and filter data in ways that make the app truly useful for day-to-day tasks.

simple layout

Pros

I find the interface very friendly with a clean, simple layout where everything is visible and nothing feels hidden.

Pros

Helps with team coordination

Pros

Using eSpace, I can assign tasks to my facility care team both through automated planned maintenance features and when unplanned repairs pop up and it's become an excellent coordination platform that keeps the crew synchronized while giving everyone a clear picture of what their weekly workload will look like.

Cons

I think the way planned maintenance links to creating work orders could use work in multiple spots such as how due dates are set up, the ability to pre-load PM work orders with necessary supplies (for example, HVAC filters) and more effective calendar filtering for PM tasks.

Logical layout

Pros

It's so simple to use, with a layout and set of controls that are user-friendly and easy to understand.

amazing customization features

Pros

Within our organization, it's customization features let us configure terminology and settings so the platform speaks our language ensuring that every relevant detail is clearly and consistently shared across the entire company.

Cons

I wish there was an option to submit a request even when there's a scheduling conflict so that after the conflict gets resolved, the original request would automatically populate the calendar without requiring me to resubmit or manually re-enter it.

Useful task list

Pros

What I really like is the task list and the way you can tick items off as you go, which makes staying organized much easier.

Cons

The app can become laggy at times and it takes too long to load or pull things up which interrupts my workflow.

Lets me figure out space availability

Pros

It's great being able to view which rooms are booked throughout the campus because that makes it simple for me to determine where there's open space.

Cons

At first I found the layout a bit confusing and struggled to find my way around the menus but after some time, I became comfortable using it and it worked fine for me.

budget-friendly option

Pros

The set of capabilities and features suit us perfectly for our needs delivering exactly the functionality we were looking for without overwhelming us with unnecessary complexity. We didn't want an overly expensive, ultra-powerful tool that feels like it's built to fly to Mars and I also appreciate the support section where users can submit suggestions for improvement.

Cons

I think the product still has room to grow, particularly when it comes to reporting where I believe some enhancements are needed to make analytics and layouts more powerful, although the available export options do help mitigate those shortcomings to some extent.

Easy to move between tasks

Pros

Interface is extremely user-friendly and makes moving between different tasks effortless and simple so I can quickly hop from one item to the next without any delay.

Cons

I'd really like the ability to upload an after or completed photo for tasks since that would help me document finished work more clearly and provide visual confirmation of completion.

Gives me a view of how spaces are being used

Pros

Lets me view how different spaces are being used by others and it gives me the assurance I need that a particular room or area will actually be available when I plan to use it.

Cons

I haven't yet found a quick method to sign in and make reservations and although that may simply be a matter of me becoming more accustomed to the system, it still slows me down when I need to book a space in a hurry.

My go-to solution for reservation bookings

Pros

What I appreciate is that it serves as a centralized portal for handling reservation bookings. I really enjoy being able to reserve rooms and submit service requests together in one place.

Cons

effective for organizing events

Pros

It's really effective at coordinating events across multiple departments, helping us keep schedules aligned and shared needs visible so teams aren't stepping on each other's toes. We juggle so many activities that it can be a real challenge to track everything accurately and avoid accidentally double-booking rooms or other resources but eSpace helps prevent that.

Cons

At times I find certain features somewhat restrictive yet because you can customize the majority of the system extensively, it rarely becomes a real problem for our workflow.

Pros

Team members with no prior experience or walkthroughs can start using it effectively since its so simple. And because we generate weekly printed reports to hand out to different stakeholders, everyone stays informed about when and where the events that concern them will occur. This workflow helps ensure that setup and tear-downs are completed on schedule.

Cons

If I could change one thing, I'd like an automated option that flips color codes to indicate completed events since that visual update would make it clearer which bookings are finished. Apart from that, I think it's an excellent system overall.
