This cloud-based system is accessible from anywhere so everyone can watch updates and changes happen in real time and because we've eliminated paperwork, our scheduling has become far more efficient and effective.
Cons
I've run into several team members who resist new technology and because the platform packs so many capabilities, it felt overwhelming at the beginning so our learning curve stretched out much longer than I had anticipated.

I find it easy to schedule and approve new events as long as they don't overlap with other calendar projects.
Cons
I notice the page transitions feel somewhat clumsy and I often run into overly strict limits on spaces and item usage that don't match how scheduling actually works.

Honestly, the choices available are pretty solid and I'm hopeful that after a short adjustment period, we'll get used to them fairly quickly.

To be frank, I find the layout visually jarring and difficult to focus on so the main screen really needs to be simplified to make it easier on the eyes.

Using it feels extremely convenient to me and what I appreciate is that submissions are routed straight to my administrator so I don't have to chase approval.
Cons
That said, I find that every submission requires me to complete a large number of fields which makes the process feel rather time-consuming and repetitive.

For our team, this product has made organizing the company calendar much simpler.
Cons
Although I appreciate the multi-step workflow for submitting projects to the calendar because it provides control and oversight, it becomes annoying when a small change causes the entry to be sent back to draft status forcing me to redo steps.

I've picked it up really quickly and one thing I love is the quick-add events feature which saves me time and makes scheduling feel effortless.
Cons
There are so many options across the app that I sometimes feel buried in settings and on top of that when I pick an event time the dropdown begins at midnight and runs to 8 AM but most of my meetings start at or after 8 AM so it would be far more helpful if the default range began around 6 AM and extended through 6 AM the following day.

I really appreciate that I don't have to manually hunt through multiple calendars to spot conflicting events. It flags overlaps for me and lets me pick or propose a new time which saves a ton of back-and-forth. I also like that other people can edit bookings and I'm glad the heating and cooling systems can be linked to room reservations so everything is coordinated.
Cons
To be honest, the setup tab doesn't feel as user-friendly as I'd prefer and while I can't claim to have a better solution off the top of my head, it often takes me more time than I'd like to get everything configured the way I want.

For managing our room schedules, I find this system very useful, offering virtually every configuration you could want for recurring events and on top of that the customer support has been very helpful whenever we have needed help.
Cons

I really like how simple this program is. It's easy enough that I don't need advanced computer skills to get things done and because it's so easy to use, I can quickly submit and monitor campus-related issues without having to leave my desk or do any extra legwork myself.
Cons
For the moment, I haven't come across any aspects I dislike about this tool. It simply offers an efficient, simple way for me to place work orders and then follow up on them until they're completed.

I'm impressed by how user-friendly the interface is, which makes routine tasks much easier to handle. The customer support has been brilliant and I genuinely appreciate that they continually deliver meaningful improvements on a weekly basis.
Cons
Honestly, I can't think of any real downsides at this point. After using it for three months, I've found that virtually every question I raised has been addressed either with a direct answer or with a practical workaround.
