“Incredible team to work with
Pros
After deciding to move away from our previous church management software I switched to Ministry Platform and discovered their terrific partner eSPACE to handle our facilities and while getting the integration up and running took a bit longer than I'd hoped because they're still finalizing a full-scale release, the connection now appears to be performing exceptionally well. I honestly can't praise CSR enough and working with their team has been an absolute joy.
Cons
Honestly, the single drawback I noticed was how long it took for the integration to activate. However considering that we are their inaugural integration partner, I expected some delays and wasn't surprised.

Pros
it feels really simple and I appreciate that I can set up schedules assigning different temperature levels to particular rooms at precise times.
Cons
I sometimes have to try more than once on my phone before the zones actually update, which can be frustrating when I'm trying to make quick adjustments.

For me, the controls for entering events are concise. I find it simple to revise event details when circumstances change because the system makes updates quick and clear.
Cons
At times making what should be simple edits turns into a frustrating process because I have to submit them through an unnecessarily long approval workflow that slows everything down.

Pros
Using this program is very easy and I find it just as fast, if not faster, than composing an email with the same details. I also appreciate how it integrates communication so I can easily see when my issues have been addressed and track the status of my requests.
Cons
Honestly I can't think of any major complaints because it's so user-friendly. But if I had to nitpick I'd wish there were a simpler way to reach the page on my phone since I currently have to dig up my original invite email and log in from that message.

this tool genuinely makes it much easier to monitor and organize the various needs we have helping us stay on top of requests and requirements.
Cons
I would really like a feature that allows sending a 'priority' list back to the person who submitted a request because that way we could see exactly where our items sit in the queue and better understand expected timing.

At my organization we manage a wide variety of meeting rooms and different kinds of spaces so when something pops up I really appreciate that eSpace lets me grab a room quickly whether I'm scheduling a one-off meeting on the fly or locking in a recurring weekly slot. I find it brings order to everyone's hectic calendars by making sure a room is actually reserved and by sending a confirmation email which prevents the kinds of double-bookings or scheduling mix-ups that I have run into on other platforms.
Cons
One frustrating thing I keep running into is how easy it is to forget to press the 'Submit Event' button after completing the room request form. On several occasions I've skipped that final step and ended up without the room I thought I'd reserved. Thankfully that mistake taught me to always pause and verify the submission going forward so I rarely repeat it now.

Pros
I consider this software the go-to place where everyone in my organization can converge. It keeps information accessible, convenient and consolidated in one central spot.
Cons
On the flip side, the mobile app feels slow which is a real problem for me since I work on a maintenance team and we don't tote laptops around. If the app were more responsive, it would significantly improve our efficiency and day-to-day effectiveness.

With so many employees reporting to different supervisors, we rely on eSpace to route every request through the proper approval chain while eliminating paper waste.
Cons
I find it very effective for handling facility requests yet I wish it offered more options for specifying complex event requirements within the building although that capability might fall beyond its intended scope.

Being part of a school where everyone uses eSPACE, I find it to be an effective method to get in touch with our facilities staff about room set-ups while I'm busy teaching the remainder of the day.
Cons
It is convoluted because there are so many complex steps to complete that I often spend more time deciphering and filling out the forms than I would if I simply walked down the hall and talked directly to the people who are doing the setup.

I appreciate being able to submit work requests online because it saves time.
Cons
There's no option for us to add comments or communicate about a work order after we hit submit and upload photos, which leaves us hanging without any way to clarify details or follow up. Worse, the system pulls us completely away from the events section into a separate interface for work orders, creating a disjointed experience. Overall the user flow feels fragmented and could be organized far more effectively.

Quite user-friendly on both mobile and desktop. It offers a wide variety of organizational choices with detailed field descriptions which has significantly improved my help desk workflow and made my day-to-day much more efficient.

Pros
Its so user-friendly. Every available room is displayed at a glance and whenever two bookings clash I'm immediately notified so I can address it. Plus, I've been able to schedule a recurring reservation for a particular room on a chosen day without any fuss.
Cons
Managing the set of spaces we had available for staff was actually pretty simple but I can easily picture the whole system becoming difficult to juggle if we needed to coordinate a much larger number of rooms and bookings over time.
