“expensive for smaller teams
Pros
I found scheduling simple and the meetings feature made it easy to create multiple sessions which I appreciated. The clearest advantage for me was how easy the whole system felt to operate.
Cons
The price can add up particularly for smaller teams where budget is tight. While some people I know criticized the calendar and certain other tools, we didn't run into those problems ourselves. However I did notice that it included some features that felt extra.

“Difficult to handle for smaller teams
Pros
For my organization, this has been an excellent solution when we need to forecast assets for budgeting purposes and it also functions as an ERP that combines event planning with work-order management.
Cons
Unless we dedicate someone full-time to administration and management, the system feels overly complex for a small team and ends up demanding significantly more management time which reduces overall efficiency.

We find it to be a user-friendly, easy-to-adopt tool for our entire team allowing us to schedule various spaces across departments without any accidental overlaps or confusing conflicts. The built-in calendar provides a consolidated, higher-level view so we can quickly see what's happening across the different ministries and plan accordingly.

“Comprehensive and compact at the same time
Pros
It manages to be both detailed and compact. I especially love that I can access my information remotely whenever I need it, which makes things so much more convenient.
Cons
What really frustrates me is having to log in repeatedly after periods of inactivity. Honestly I'd prefer to sign in once in the morning and remain logged in all day without being forced to reauthenticate.

We rely on the calendar as a fast, simple tool that lets our staff quickly check room availability and keep track of what's happening across our buildings and I particularly appreciate the "room conflict" safeguard because it makes booking easy and prevents overlapping reservations when multiple people are trying to reserve the same space.
Cons
I'd like to see a calendar drop-down that lets me pick month and year directly instead of having to type them in or tediously scroll through each month. I could also really use a simpler, built-in way to generate invoices for clients who reserve our rooms.

Pros
We could configure it across our entire campus so that rooms, vehicles, chairs, tables and other items were all reserved from a single, centralized location, which simplified coordination.
Cons
Unfortunately the online viewing reports aren't usable for our Custodial team and I find that problematic because they require a day-by-day view that displays the full details of each event so they can effectively plan their work.

Now that I've gotten the hang of how it operates, I can quickly schedule spaces for meetings without any problem and it's equally simple to set up recurring reservations.
Cons
I think the sheer number of superfluous features makes the interface feel cluttered and slows my ability to learn the workflow so I wish there were a base version that offered only the essential fields by default along with an option to progressively add advanced or situational features when needed.

It makes our staff to rapidly tailor both single-instance and recurring meetings or events. Public events are automatically pushed to our church calendar once approved which can then be linked to event pages so guests can quickly find details. Although we rely on eSPACE for its core features primarily, it has nonetheless become an indispensable planning resource for coordinating schedules, allocating resources and arranging setup for more than forty on-campus meetings and events each week.
Cons
Lately I've noticed that the most recent update has made editing events and reserving spaces noticeably more complex than in earlier versions. A common issue I see is users assuming they've finished filling out a form without actually clicking the final submit button which leaves entries stuck in draft status and forces extra follow-up to get them live.

I really appreciate that when I'm working in a large office setting I can simply log into the system and immediately view which meeting rooms are available for booking.
Cons
Instead of being able to glance at a room and check open slots, I have to set up a dummy calendar event just to see whether a space is booked.

I use the ticketing system for managing work orders and I find it's an excellent method for tracking follow-ups on requests, monitoring progress and keeping clear communication between our team and the ministries about their requirements.
Cons
Searching the dashboard can be frustrating at times because when I try to open another page it often forces the view back to the top, which makes it difficult for me to scroll through or locate entries.

It has been remarkably easy to pick up and use, with a gentle learning curve that makes onboarding quick and painless. The support team is professional. In my experience, being able to submit work orders without needing to log in has been a huge convenience for staff and external users alike and the option to build custom forms into work orders has allowed us to capture the extra detail required for more complex or unusual requests. eSpace offers native mobile apps for both iOS and Android which I appreciate because so many work order systems just rely on clunky mobile webpages. The dedicated apps feel more polished. I also like the solid modules for managing assets (their "Equipment" area), inventory tracking and scheduling recurring preventative maintenance work orders. The platform is actively developed and receives regular upgrades which gives me confidence in its longevity. The web interface is thoughtfully laid out and spaced well for tablet or 2-in-1 laptop use, payments are inexpensive and the dual role as a work order and event management system has cut down on administrative overhead since we don't have to use two separate tools. It was easy for me to set up without formal training, although affordable setup training is available if needed. Overall I consider it a strong product backed by a solid team and even though a few capabilities are missing right now, I'm optimistic that with continued development eSpace can evolve into a top contender in this space.
Cons
I've noticed the product lacks some of the more advanced features I sometimes expect and there is a bit of compromise inherent in having an event management system and a work order system combined into one platform which can create trade-offs when trying to serve both use cases perfectly. On Android, the app can be sluggish when loading work orders which I suspect is related to the way it attempts to populate rooms and spaces before showing the job details. While customer service is quick to respond, they often direct me to vote for features instead of offering a development timeline. Asking users to vote on a neat enhancement is fine but being forced to vote for critical functionality that blocks our workflow becomes a real irritation.

I've been struck by how extensive the feature set and integrations are, which has been especially helpful as our campus expands because even though the tool handles smaller tasks just fine, I'm increasingly impressed by the breadth of configurable options it offers for larger-scale needs. The support team deserves special mention too. I can reach a real person almost any time, they're consistently willing to assist and they actively monitor their suggestion board often implementing user-submitted requests and provide thoughtful guidance.
Cons
What frustrates me most about the platform are the restrictions tied to its various tiers because I've often found myself wanting just one minor capability that sits behind a higher-priced level yet I'm not comfortable upgrading and paying for an entire tier when I wouldn't legitimately use the bulk of the extra functionality. It's a pricing structure that feels inflexible for someone who needs only a small add-on.

I appreciate that the system lets me search for information in several different ways and I also like that it's easy to duplicate events and then edit them as needed.
Cons
There are many steps and screens to get through, which slows me down. I'd prefer the option to generate reports that contain only technical information because otherwise I'm stuck doing a lot of manual work moving that data into a separate spreadsheet for colleagues.

The customer support has stood out as the best aspect of this software and I also really value the frequent updates that keep improving things.

Honestly, this system could use a significant overhaul because while I genuinely appreciate how frequently updates are rolled out, the overall interface isn't nearly as user-friendly as it should be which leads to frustrating detours when I'm trying to complete simple tasks. For example, on many other sites I can populate fields, hit the NEXT button and be taken to the page I expect but with this platform I often press NEXT only to be sent somewhere entirely different, or I believe I've submitted an item and it behaves in an unexpected way failing to perform as I intended. I'm a 33-year-old tech-savvy woman and I have no trouble using most modern tools yet eSpace is the outlier that consistently gives me trouble. Yes, there are innumerable help articles and tutorial videos to consult and while those resources are useful, I feel that if the system's design were more simple and logically arranged, I wouldn't have to rely on them as frequently as I currently do.
