“readily accessible mobile interface
Pros
We really appreciate that eSpace provides a readily accessible mobile interface for our facilities staff to use for work orders covering everything from setting up events to handling repairs and all the tasks in between. Because of the eSpace app, we've been able to replace paper notes and clipboards with a fully digital workflow, which lets us monitor when work orders are finished, record the exact completion times and identify who was responsible for completing each job.
Cons
That said, I find it's interface can sometimes feel cluttered and messy and it isn't always easy to use which has frustrated a number of our team members who say the mobile app is missing features that would make moving through it more simple. I've found the company to be responsive and supportive, frequently rolling out updates that help address issues as they come up.

“Lets me edit dates
Pros
I only need to set up a recurring event one time and from there I can choose either fixed, scheduled dates or opt for randomly picked dates. Plus, it's simple for me to remove or change any particular occurrence by assigning it a new date, time or location.
Cons
Whenever I save an event, my computer emits a chime. I typically disable all sounds across my system but I haven't been able to locate that setting inside eSpace.

Pros
I've seen continuous updates that keep the software flexible and whenever I suggest enhancements the development team seems to adopt them fairly quickly afterward.
Cons
For my small business needs, it doesn't really feel customized which is more of a fit issue than a flaw in the product and I also find the interface somewhat clunky.

From what I've seen, once every feature is fully implemented and stable, this system is likely to deliver significant long-term savings for our company. Their team has been helpful throughout the rollout.
Cons
To be honest, I find the interface extremely frustrating because the controls are often ambiguous or too small to use comfortably and the app crashes far more frequently than is acceptable.

Pros
We can manage an impressive number of locations and give access to a large group of different users on the same database. I really like the wide range of things and details we're able to add to specific days and events which makes scheduling and tracking much more flexible.
Cons
I feel there are far too many restrictions in place some of which seem to come from our own administrators. I would like to have a bit more power to override people who clearly aren't using the system correctly because those limits sometimes hinder us more than they help.

Pros
I really like how user-friendly this is. It's simple enough that I can teach colleagues without much trouble. Since we have about 25 people using it, everyone can quickly check which spaces are free which has significantly reduced the number of calls I used to get asking about availability.
Cons
For the most part there aren't many negatives in my experience and when problems have come up the team has made fixes. I do find it a bit slower than the software I used previously.

I'm impressed by how simple to handle it is and the vibrant visuals. I also appreciate the wide range of display choices available for checking both current and forthcoming room schedules.
Cons
It's frustrating that the software doesn't play nicely with other platforms and as far as I'm aware lacks hardware options to make in-room interfacing simpler.

For my team, it really brings everyone together and has noticeably boosted how we communicate across departments and on top of that it offers a wide array of configurable options so I can arrange things in the way that actually makes sense for our workflows.
Cons
I will say the main drawback I notice is that the iOS app lags behind the browser version in functionality. Several features available on the desktop web interface simply aren't present on the mobile app yet.

“Adding tickets takes no time
Pros
Adding tickets is not hard. I can usually submit one with all the required details, attachments and categorization in well under 30 seconds which keeps my workflow moving.
Cons
I'd like the ability to customize notification emails for each individual user so that they only get messages relevant to their department and responsibilities instead of receiving every system-wide email that floods our inboxes.

“appreciate the ability to log inventory into the system
Pros
The work order and event scheduler have been indispensable and I really value being able to log inventory and every piece of equipment into the system so I can specify exactly what needs to be used for particular work orders or events. When managing a large amount of space, grounds or multiple facilities that require daily or weekly maintenance, I find this functionality absolutely essential because it reduces guesswork and helps keep everything organized.
Cons
What bothers me is that there isn't a 'select all' option when I'm closing or completing tasks. If I let items build up, I have to hit complete on each individual task one by one, which becomes very time consuming and inefficient.

“Superb support & reasonable price
Pros
It manages to be exceptionally user-friendly while packed with capabilities, exactly the balance I want in software. Their customer service and technical support are what truly set them apart. The company has actually implemented at least half a dozen new capabilities directly influenced by our suggestions and operational needs. On several occasions those additions were rolled out within a week. When I discovered a couple of bugs, each issue was resolved by the next day and honestly I've never seen support at such a responsive level before, especially given the very reasonable price point for everything provided.
Cons
While the system works well for most tasks, I remain aware that there are important searching and reporting functions it still lacks. Features that would make analytics and data retrieval much more efficient for my team and since the developer is already aware of these requests, I feel confident they are investigating and planning to add them in an upcoming release.

Pros
I like that it flags conflicts between rooms, services and other resources, which makes it much easier for me to spot scheduling clashes before they become problems and saves me from double-booking events.
Cons
For larger events, it can be time-consuming to click through every separate page to enter all the details. I would much prefer a single, centralized place to update quantities like tables and chairs because on more than one occasion I've updated the resources area and then forgotten to mirror those changes on the set-up page.

Pros
As someone who moves around the facility a lot, I'm really pleased that the app is mobile-friendly and offers strong reporting tools, which let me walk the building without needing my laptop and effortlessly create work orders or book rooms on the spot.
Cons
At first, I found the interface somewhat complex and because of that, it took me a while to adjust and fully understand the way it functions.

Pros
Once I got the hang of the program, I found the software simple and importing reports became so easy. The layout is clear and easy to read. I genuinely appreciate that I can access a detailed history whenever I need it.
Cons
There are still some reports that won't import which is frustrating. I wish I didn't have to re-select locations every single time I go back to the daily space calendar.

In my experience, the system makes performing basic work order tasks simple and the pricing is reasonable for a small outfit. Beyond facilities management it's versatile enough to handle other operational areas and we even rely on it in places where we manage livestock which shows its flexibility across different parts of our operation.
Cons
I find that certain notification and email settings lack the level of configurability I need, particularly when trying to localize or specify precisely which users or groups receive specific messages.

What I like most about it is that I can effortlessly sync it with other calendar systems so I keep all of my schedules consolidated in a single, easy-to-access place.
Cons
One thing I find most frustrating is that I can't print room cards grouped by floor, forcing me to click through each room individually which wastes time.

What I like most is the 'conflict' alert. It flags when a room might not actually be available for my use. Because I'm sometimes able to negotiate shared usage, eSpace also lets me move forward and reserve two events that occupy the same space on the same day which is convenient when scheduling around tight availability.
Cons
My only real worry is that lots of people on campus can access eSpace simultaneously so a space I assume I can grab one minute might be snapped up the next if I hesitate to complete the booking and that makes me feel pressured to book quickly to avoid losing the room.
