“eSpace Makes Scheduling easier!
Pros
I like the ability to set up several buildings with multiple responsible parties. It allows others to check specific room availability while maintaining privacy. You can see if a room is open but not who has reserved it, which keeps our students safe, especially since one of the buildings using this software is a school.
Cons
I haven't encountered anything yet that I dislike.

In setup reports, there's no option to exclusively select setup forms for printing. All forms are included, usually containing lengthy AV forms. This results in a lengthy report when I need to print a copy for the event setup team.

I have nothing positive to say about this product - it is a waste of time and money.

Everything - a simple email is much more practical. I can easily respond to an email. I don't have the time to log in, view the message, identify the sender, locate their position in the building, log out, and then email them back.
