“Makes communication easy

It reliably gets the work done and makes communication across the team so simple.
Cons
I find the volume of emails overwhelming at times which is both helpful and frustrating because while I appreciate being kept informed about what's been approved and reviewed, those individual messages often disappear amid the flood of notifications I receive.

Pros
In my role leading departments across multiple sites, I've found eSPACE to be the most effective solution I've used for coordinating calendars across different teams and locations. It's simple categorization and color-coding make the scheduling view satisfyingly clear and the work order portal has turned into a truly powerful, game-changing resource for our IT, Production and Facilities staff.
Cons
When we migrated from our prior software, there was a short learning curve and some adjustment required yet in practice I found the change to be mild and not particularly difficult to handle.

I've been surprised by how simple and user-friendly it is, which makes everyday tasks easy and I also value that it integrates smoothly with Arena so our processes stay connected.
Cons
Moving over from an older, outdated system has required a fair bit of adjustment on my part and I sometimes find the transition frustrating as I learn the new conventions and let go of ingrained habits.

It's very simple to manage making it convenient to move through the system and quickly pull up exactly the information I need.

That said, there are a few configuration options I wish existed but don't. For example, I'd like the ability to display more than thirty days of upcoming events yet the platform restricts me to a maximum of thirty days.

I genuinely appreciate how the system cuts down on confusion among administrators by simplifying the process of scheduling meetings across various spaces, which makes organizing room reservations much less chaotic for our team.
Cons
When there's a scheduling conflict, I wish eSPACE would proactively suggest other available spaces because right now it's fairly tedious to manually revisit every meeting room and toggle selections on and off just to discover what is free, which consumes extra time and adds unnecessary friction to planning.

I find the interface that lets me inspect individual events really useful since it allows me to dive into details and understand each occurrence without jumping through multiple screens.
Cons
When I add events, the process starts to feel tangled because ownership isn't clear and that ambiguity makes it difficult to know who is accountable for each event.

At Turningpoint Church, I find the software extremely user-friendly and efficient for the tasks we rely on it for. It helps us maintain our workflow more consistently and keeps everything organized so nothing gets overlooked.
Cons
I feel there's an excessive amount of paperwork tied to a single work order. Whenever we have an event that requires equipment, it forces us to print two separate sheets which is complex, though overall I'm pleased with the software.

“Guides me through the whole process
Pros
As a user, I find it very simple to handle, guiding me through each step of the process so I never feel lost. Making room reservations is not hard and overall I really like eSPACE a lot.
Cons
One frustrating aspect is that I have to go back to the Dashboard every time before searching for a different event, which wastes time and breaks my workflow when I'm trying to check several reservations in succession. They really should add a search field at the top of every screen instead of limiting it to the Dashboard. Beyond that, the 'email me one month before event ends' reminder setting simply doesn't work for me, despite my having reported the bug repeatedly. This notification is essential for the tasks I handle so it's infuriating and frankly unacceptable that it remains broken.

Pros
Everything is gathered in a single place, which makes it much easier for me to locate what I need without moving between different systems.
Cons
I can't set or customize the total number of resources at the building level. For example, if I have ten tables and ten rooms, when someone books a room the software doesn't deduct from the building's table inventory so it fails to track how many tables remain across the whole building.

I really like the calendar layout and for the most part, find it simple to set up events because the interface is user-friendly. Nonetheless, when I go long stretches without adding events I tend to overlook some specific details that I should be including.
Cons
Some of the reporting features are odd and leave out important information for instance, when an event runs across two or three consecutive days, the setup report only lists the initial day which forces me to manually hunt through other sections to confirm that every detail is captured. Because our team divides responsibilities by event and I frequently export these records into a PDF to distribute, I really wish there were a consolidated report that presents every piece of event information in a single, exportable view so I wouldn't have to cross-check multiple places.

Pros
I've found that being able to photograph an issue is an enormous convenience for people with packed schedules because it lets them capture what they see and then submit a report later when they actually have time to handle it.
Cons
There is no option to adjust the reporting form which forces each person to sift through a lengthy set of choices just to file a work order. Moreover, an administrator cannot assign who receives particular details or orders because that control sits with the individual, I also cannot view what another user sees or verify that anyone has actually seen the information and the help resources are not helpful, usually offering only canned responses like "the program cannot do that" or "we have no way to build in a workaround".
