Easy to understand

Pros

It is remarkably simple to pick up and I was genuinely amazed by how effortless it was to get started.

Cons

I've noticed there are still a few bugs that need resolving when I try to edit or cancel an event, which can be frustrating and interrupt my workflow.

Can specify my requirements

Pros

One thing I really like is that I can book a room and specify exactly what I need, which makes planning meetings and preparing resources much easier for me.

Cons

I've had situations where someone else can reserve the same room even though I'm already using it and that ends up causing awkward face-to-face encounters when both of us show up believing we have the booking.

pleased with our decision

Pros

For our team, it has essentially rewritten the rulebook on how we handle maintenance work, making the process user-friendly and ensuring that repair requests reach the right people almost instantly. Switching to it turned out to be an excellent decision for our company.

Cons

I genuinely can't point to any features or issues that I dislike about this program.

Wide range of features

Pros

I appreciate that it offers many features and tracks event details thoroughly, which makes it much easier for me to keep everything organized and accessible.

Cons

Although I see its strengths, I find the interface a bit clunky. It would be really helpful if the calendar automatically included holidays.

User friendly tool

Pros

Love how user-friendly it is, so much so that it doesn't demand extensive training or a significant time investment for me to become proficient in using it.

Cons

Regarding the mobile app, I feel it could benefit from a cleaner layout.

Solid reporting

Pros

As a user, I find the interface to be well-structured, with a clean dashboard that makes it user-friendly and reporting that's consistently thorough and easy to interpret.

Cons

No issues. I find it simple so whether I'm completely new or have a lot of experience managing resources, I can get up to speed almost immediately without stumbling over complex settings.

great experience overall

Pros

It's simple to tell which rooms are available and which are taken and I also really appreciate the dashboard because it displays every space I've booked along with the corresponding dates and times as well as any potential overlaps or requests that may still be pending approval. In our organization, some areas need explicit sign-off while others are open and being able to glance at the calendar to review all scheduled events helps me understand which spaces are occupied and spot possible clashes before they become a problem. Overall it's an excellent product.

Cons

My eyesight struggles with the tiny type since the print is quite small and not easy for me to read comfortably.

I really value that everyone on the team can view the information since that transparency makes coordinating and staying on the same page a lot easier.

beginner-friendly

Pros

I picked it up quickly because it's so easy to use and it guides me through every stage of the setup so that every detail of my event gets captured in the reservation.

Cons

Although the system is very detailed and includes everything you might need, it often is a long process to complete for every single reservation. I wish there was a simpler option to quickly book a conference room for a meeting without having to go through the full event workflow that asks about furniture, catering, and other specific requirements.

Great ease of use

Pros

I really like how easy the software is to use and I love that everything I need is integrated in one place so I can manage tasks without bouncing between multiple apps.

Cons

My program seems to get 'hung up' sometimes, interrupting my workflow when it freezes briefly and forcing me to restart it before I can continue.

Pros

Everything in one place

Pros

One thing I really appreciate is that everything is centralized in one spot. Everyone who's part of our business relies on it for scheduling and consequently it acts as our definitive master calendar.

Cons

I've run into a snag where I didn't notice that someone I started a conversation with, a person who had asked me for help never replied to the follow-up I needed in order to proceed and because I didn't get that response I was left waiting for crucial details. It would be really helpful if the system could flag or nudge users when a conversation has gone unanswered for, say, 48 hours since this particular job is only two weeks out and I need the specifics well before then.

Uncomplicated setup

Pros

I found it really easy to get everything set up and to walk users through their specific responsibilities, since the setup is simple and the training paths are clear.

Cons

We struggled a bit to untangle the distinctions between Admin and subadmin roles and to decide how each should be mapped to our organizational structure, which caused some initial confusion.

Pros

It is significantly more simple to use overall compared with the application we used before.

Cons

There are a few unnecessary steps in the event-creation workflow that could be removed and I've found the program to behave unpredictably at times when I try to modify recurring events.

Comprehensive system

Pros

Complicated login

Pros

The dashboard is easy to use and because everything is laid out clearly, it's simple to move through the app without getting lost.

Cons

When it comes to registration and logging in, I'm often frustrated because the process feels overly complicated and I'm left juggling too many different, seemingly random passwords, which just ends up being confusing.
