“Great Software
Pros
It's an online software, great for mobile technicians, and it's user-friendly.
Cons
Tracking technician time involves too many steps. We would like to see how much time each tech has on an action item, even with multiple techs on each step, just by looking at a Service Order.

“Spend less time in the office
Pros
Fullbay has significantly reduced my office time. It dropped even more when I switched to QuickBooks online. The data transfer from Fullbay to QuickBooks is instant. There are no more paper time cards to review and calculate. The service process is streamlined, and invoicing is not a problem anymore. Overall, this product has been a 10 out of 10 for my business. Also, the support staff is amazing.
Cons
My only complaint is that the main screen doesn't show part location when looking for an inventory part. It shows cost and sell prices, but I'd prefer to see part location instead. Being a small shop without a parts manager, my mechanics pull and bill their parts. I would like the cost and sell prices removed from the inventory screen in favor of part location.

“Game Changer
Pros
It's easy to use, portable, and presents a professional appearance to customers. Training new users is simple, and I can work from anywhere. Our customers love the look of their invoices and their 24/7 portal access.
Cons
I really have no major complaints about Fullbay. If we encounter problems, they are quickly resolved by our support team. Frequent updates and changes continually improve and refine the software.

“Overall great software
Pros
It's an easy-to-learn program that helps with time management and ensures all supervision is on the same page regarding what's at the shop and how to prioritize it.
Cons
Some minor slowdowns, likely due to traffic. There's no option for push notifications, and any note on the Service Order requires opening it to view. Timesheet editing, especially on action items, could be simpler. Some customers aren't happy with the new appearance of the invoices.

“Fullbay Review
Pros
I really value the Help/Training functionality. When you're learning so much, so fast, it's really useful to be able to go back and search for the "How To" on a topic you missed or weren't using initially.
Cons
I wish we could leave notes on inventory adjustments. It would be helpful to know who made the adjustment and why. Also, creating our own mandatory fields for Technician users would ensure all pertinent information is gathered.

“Fullbay First 6 months
Pros
Cloud-based and works with QuickBooks Canadian Version. Decent online help and an excellent call center. The people at the call center are easy to reach and almost always respond the same day.
Cons
The accounting link to QuickBooks has issues with calculating taxes (always off by a few cents, requiring time-consuming corrections). Issuing credits to QuickBooks isn't functional; you have to input them manually.

“Best Truck Repair Software I Have Ever Used!
Pros
I like the flow of the software. It is very intuitive. I don't need to build workarounds to make it fast and effective. The program was built by people in the truck repair industry, not by a software company guessing how businesses should operate.
Cons
I don't have many complaints because when I make a suggestion, it usually gets addressed in the next update or two.

“My Dream Came True
Pros
This service/repair management program was something I had dreamed about, and I thought surely someone would put together a software program for our industry! It has exactly the right options for tracking time and parts on a service repair order. The parts inventory management has also been tailored to work very well.
Cons
There's a lot to learn and understand, with some unexplained minor glitches.

“Business Management software for any size company
Pros
Fullbay has enabled our business to continue its double-digit growth by managing our inventory, providing insight into Technician productivity, and reducing the manual entry of accounting and administration functions. We have been able to go paperless and live while providing our customers greater insight.
Cons
I would like more filtering options for various reports, though the reporting is adequate for general users.

“Software is always improving
Pros
Fullbay has been evolving ever since we adopted it. It's not flawless, but it's reassuring to know that if I spot an issue and report it, it will eventually be addressed.
Cons
As the software offers extensive complexity and customization, updates can sometimes take a while to materialize.

“BIG ROCK TRUCK AND TRAILER REVIEW
Pros
I really value the ease of use and the convenience of accessing it from my smartphone or tablet. Even when I'm away from the workshop and receive a customer call requiring updates, I can instantly retrieve live information and provide them with the necessary answers. Moreover, for customers utilizing the portal, it grants them the capability to track the progress of their repairs and access past repair details.
Cons
Initially, I wasn't fond of the process of selecting and ordering parts, but now they've added a button that simplifies it into a single click.

“Where were we without Fullbay?
Pros
The user-friendliness is remarkable. My customers can monitor their unit's progress, my techs can access repair orders and jot down their notes from any device and location, and I can oversee operations without being physically present in the shop all the time. It significantly simplifies my life.
Cons
Occasionally, updates don't seem to contribute much or benefit my business in meaningful ways.

“Best software I have used yet!
Pros
I find it to be quite intuitive. Keeping track of technicians' billed hours, sending estimates via email, and maintaining communication with customers are all incredibly convenient. Our clients value having a dedicated platform where they can access and review their repair history.
Cons
The parts section can be a bit challenging to navigate initially. It gets easier with time, but it remains the most difficult aspect.
