Pros
Any time I need help, I can reach out and get an answer pretty fast, whether it's through the chat team or directly from my rep, Alexandra Doney. That kind of support has been a big deal for me because I'm not stuck sitting around waiting when something comes up. Another part I've gotten a lot of value from is the huge collection of training videos. I learn better by watching someone walk through things so those video lessons have been really useful for me.
Cons
The main problem I've run into is with the timer while my technicians are working on a job. It doesn't seem to keep counting the whole time and that's a pretty important tool for our team. I really wish it would stay on without stopping or dropping out so often.

I noticed how quick the customer support team is and that has made a big difference for me. The features feel clear and manageable instead of packed with stuff I don't need. Because of that, I've been able to use the tool without any extra hassle and the whole experience has been really positive.
Cons

Pros
Getting this set up made a big difference for me right away. My team was basically building a maintenance department from the ground up at a new startup so having a tool that gave me a clear view of every maintenance need across the facility was a huge help. Within the first few weeks, I was already staying on top of daily work orders and keeping things organized in a way that felt doable instead of chaotic. It fits into my everyday routine really well and never feels confusing or too much to deal with. I can keep tabs on parts, see what each preventive maintenance task needs and store everything in one spot instead of bouncing between different systems. The amount of stuff it can do has been really impressive and I keep running into more useful ways to use it. I'm also excited about the vendor auto-ordering feature because it looks like something that could save me a lot of time later on. Something else I've liked is the follow-up from their team. Even though I haven't needed to reach out for help, they still check in regularly to make sure everything is going well and that says a lot to me. I use this every day and honestly, I've been very happy with how much it helps me get my job done.
Cons

“work orders finally under control”
Pros
Honestly I've watched this tool take a lot of the mess out of our work order setup. People all over the company can jump in and use it without a lot of confusion and problems get handled way quicker than they used to. It made the whole process feel a lot more put together and I've seen us stay on top of issues much faster because of it.
Cons
there's a lot built into the system and I felt a little overloaded at the beginning trying to figure out everything it could do. It took me a while to really understand all the value since the platform packs in so much at one time.

“saves us a lot of time”
Pros
The biggest win for me has been how much time we cut by copying existing assets or tasks instead of setting everything up all over again. Our field crew has said the system is pretty simple to use and that helped us get people on board without much trouble. The rollout also went well on my end and whenever I've needed help, the support tools and team have been there and actually useful.
Cons
One thing that really bugs me is having to create unique names for every asset and even the child assets which feels more limiting than it should be. I've also noticed the app doesn't refresh data automatically so users have to reload it manually. On top of that, the app can shut down when the tablet changes orientation which interrupts daily use.

Getting started with this tool has been really simple for me and having a dedicated Customer Success Manager has been a huge plus. Whenever questions come up, I can reach out and get useful answers along with clear advice on what to do next as we keep expanding the rollout across our hospital.
Cons
To be honest, I don't have much to complain about. Everything I need for our helpdesk is there and compared to our previous CMMS, this one offers a lot more functionality.

Pros
this system has been really handy for me when it comes to setting up work orders, preventive maintenance jobs and keeping track of information. I'm still pretty new to it and learning my way around but even at this stage, it already feels useful for the main tasks I need to handle.
Cons
Main issue I've had is not being able to combine assets and parts into a single list which has been a bit frustrating. Some of that may just be me still learning the system, as I'm getting up to speed.

This tool has honestly saved me a ton of wasted downtime and keeps our PMs running on schedule. It slides right into the way we work and I can keep track of maintenance without falling behind. Every day, it just makes sure everything moves along the way it should.
Cons

This software has been a major win for us at Astra. I manage 23 CNC machines and over a dozen custom rocket fabrication machines with it and it has totally changed how much I can accomplish in a day. Honestly it makes me feel way more effective, like I'm operating two or three levels above before. I can clearly see both my time and my team's so we track work that actually matters. Setting up our shop was surprisingly easy compared to other platforms, too. We manage over 100 assets and 700+ PM schedules with just two people which is wild. The biggest advantage for me is the support team, they guide me step by step when I need help which is huge since I'm not super technical. I can't imagine running our daily operations without this tool.
Cons
only issue I've found is really due to user error rather than the system itself. If incorrect machine hours are entered, the system reacts accordingly and can trigger a lot of maintenance at once so accurate data entry is very important.

This tool has fit our team really well because it adapts to how our company works. That kind of flexibility matters a lot to me. The training and support crews have been excellent, honestly the best I've experienced in 30+ years of dealing with service teams. We have 25 people on the account, with about 20 using it daily sometimes multiple times so it's clear our team relies on it heavily.
Cons
Time entry is the main thing that slows me down. I can only log hours for one person at a time which becomes tedious when multiple people are assigned to a single work order.

This tool felt easy to use without ever feeling limiting which I really appreciate. It has plenty of useful features but still makes sense for the whole team which to me shows how practical it is. It has cut down the time it takes us to respond to work requests and we can build logic into PMs so our processes are supported instead of working around the system. Management can track key maintenance numbers with custom dashboards which has given us much better visibility across the board.
Cons
Honestly I haven't experienced any real downsides. Whenever something has come up, the support team has resolved it quickly.
