“love having work orders on my phone”
Pros
Using this app every day has been super practical for me. Everything I need is right on my phone so I can create or complete work orders without having to stop and log into a computer. Since I'm on the move most of the day, it's been a huge help for keeping things organized and getting more done.
Cons
This really isn't a big issue for me but I'd still like to get text alerts for new work orders instead of only seeing a banner on my phone or an email. If that setting is already in there, I haven't been able to find it yet.

“love how simple it is”
Pros
this platform felt natural to use. Whether I'm in PM or dealing with work requests, everything feels clear, engaging and easy to move through. Our whole team has really gotten behind it and from what I've seen, it fully deserves that kind of support.
Cons
So far, I really haven't come across anything to complain about. It's done what I need it to do and hasn't given me any real problems at all.

Pros
This tool really cleared up a lot of the issues we had with messages and work orders. I can read notes, add photos, track changes and get notifications without dealing with a bunch of extra steps. That alone has helped everyone stay aligned. On top of that, it works really well on my iPhone which makes a big difference for me as a tech since I can update and finish work orders while I'm out in the field.
Cons
Getting everything set up does take a while especially when all the data needs to be arranged and sorted out. I've had to break things up with separate dashboards for routes and even different days just to keep it organized. There's also so much information packed into the system that it can feel a little too much at times.

Pros
Getting this tool off the ground was pretty easy and I had a really good experience with the support team along the way. The customer service folks were there when I needed them and the CSM helped me lay out the rollout plan and figure out what to do next. The interface also feels very natural to use. Even the technicians on my team who are not super comfortable with tech picked it up fast and started using it without much trouble.
Cons
There are a few small quirks here and there in how the software behaves. Some features can take a bit of digging to find and handling things in bulk is not always as convenient as I would like. Still, these have been pretty minor issues for me and have not had a big impact overall.

it feels very friendly to use and I like that it doesn't throw a bunch of extra fields or random details at me that I barely use. That simpler setup makes it a lot more practical for me day to day and I don't feel buried in clutter when I'm using it.
Cons
I've still run into a few rough spots now and then that seem like they still need some fixing so it doesn't feel fully finished yet.

Cons

it comes with a lot of features and we actually use them in our day-to-day work. One thing I've really liked is how much we can monitor and pull reports from it which has honestly been really helpful. Since our company had never worked with a CMMS before, I expected it to take longer to learn but new users have been picking it up pretty quickly without a lot of issues.
Cons
The biggest downside for me has been getting around the system. I still mix up where certain areas are so it can take me longer than it should to find what I need. It feels like the kind of platform that makes more sense the more time I spend in it so I'm hoping that part improves with regular use.

I could get around the system without any hassle and the asset page gives me a lot of useful details in one spot. That saves me time because I can pull up what I need pretty fast instead of digging around for it.
Cons
One thing that still trips me up is bulk imports. Sometimes the system does not want to take the same equipment names we already use so I have to spend extra time fixing and matching everything up.

The biggest plus for me is how this tool keeps up with cost tracking and parts without feeling complicated. Most of our techs have had a much better time using it than other systems and that has helped us stay on top of work and keep the day moving without a lot of hassle.
Cons
One thing that still bugs me is the PM and work order flow. There are times when I still have to click through or check items that do not even matter for that job. When that happens, I can get stuck and need an admin to change something before I can keep going and that definitely slows us down.

After dealing with a clunky old system, this one felt like a big upgrade for our team. Setup and day-to-day use were high on my list and this software has been much more natural to work in. The layout makes sense, people actually use it without pushing back and that has helped me get a more complete and reliable view of how our facility is doing. Since the team sticks with it, I can trust the data a lot more.
Cons
The main thing I still want is more customization. I'd love to have extra fields so I can shape it around our process a little better. There are enough settings that I can usually make it work but a few missing options still stand out and feel like they should be included down the road. Even with that, I can honestly say this is the best CMMS I've used in my career.

with this tool everything felt really simple and it helped me build a great preventive maintenance plan way quicker than I expected. I originally signed up just for the maintenance side of it but once I got into it, I saw there was a lot more included than I first realized. Since then, I've used several of the other features too and I even moved up to a bigger plan so I could get more options and added management support.
Cons
I've been using this tool for over five years now and honestly, I barely have anything to complain about.

I was into how nice the interface looks. The GIFs make it feel a lot more lively and that gave the whole product a more interesting feel for me. Everything is easy to figure out without coming off too plain which I really liked. The colors also look really well picked out and to me that makes the software feel modern, refined and pleasant to use for a while.
Cons
The main downside I've run into is with the mobile apps. I've noticed some slowdown there and they still don't feel completely tuned up yet. Every now and then, I also see random bugs in the apps which can make using it on my phone a little annoying.
