Pros
Jumping into this tool felt pretty simple for me and having Katia there really helped a lot. She walked me through the more technical stuff and that made the whole process feel way less overwhelming right from the start.
Cons
One part that gave me trouble was setting up Assets. It felt like I had to already know exactly how deep I wanted to get into it so that piece of the setup was more annoying and frustrating than I expected.

Pros
One thing I really like is having so much information stored in one spot. I can keep vendor info, manuals and other files together and that has helped me stay a lot more organized. Getting people started has also been pretty simple since the system makes sense without a lot of hand-holding. The reporting tools are not too hard to work with either. Another plus for me is being able to see upcoming jobs more clearly and the mobile access is really useful when I'm away from my desk.
Cons
Lately, the biggest issue has been the speed. It can drag at times and that makes it harder for my team to move through work without getting held up. I'm still not fully sure if that's coming from our setup or their side but it has definitely been happening more often. The part lookup has also been tough for me for a long time. I'd really like to see a better search feature especially something with wildcard support until full asset linking is in place. Another downside is report sharing outside the system. My managers want a daily report sent by email and right now I have to do that by hand, while my old system used to send it automatically.

Getting started with this tool was really easy for me and it handles a lot of different things I need to take care of. The rollout was pretty direct so I didn't have to spend a bunch of time figuring things out before using it. Another big plus for me has been the customer support and training which have both been super helpful the whole way through.

This tool really brings all the key parts of a great maintenance program into one place. Navigating the portal is easy and managing service requests and work orders feels smooth and easy. Switching between sections of the CMMS is natural which keeps my daily workflow hassle-free. Reports and data exports are fast, saving me time. Cons

Using the platform has been comfortable because the layout is clean and simple. Starting up was simpler than I expected and my team picked it up quickly too. Working with our CSM, Ciro, during discovery calls was a huge bonus, he's supportive, explains things clearly and knows the product well. Based on my experience, I'd happily recommend him for anyone getting started with this tool.
Cons
A few things could still make the platform better for me. I'd like to see more chart options and a bigger mix of data points so the reporting side gives deeper insights. That would make analysis a lot more useful for our team. Support response time could also be better since getting a real fix faster would help more than just receiving a temporary patch when something breaks.

Rolling out this tool went smoothly and we avoided a long, stressful launch. Our techs adapted quickly which made the transition much easier. Having both Spanish and English built in has been a real help for day-to-day communication. Everyone, managers, techs and requestors, stays on the same page, even during high volumes of work orders. It's kept things organized and the support team has been more responsive and helpful than I expected.
Cons
Every now and then, the system takes a bit to update and I've seen a few small bugs pop up. None of it has caused us to lose any work though so it's been more frustrating than serious. Some smaller functions also feel a little awkward or harder to figure out than they should be. Merging work requests is one example because that process feels more clunky than I'd like.

This maintenance management system felt like a strong choice for us. The layout is easy to follow and it comes with plenty of useful features. Everything feels neat and practical which makes day-to-day maintenance work much simpler. I like that it balances a clean design with strong functionality without feeling limited. Cons
The mobile apps do a good job with the main things I need but I've noticed some of the more advanced options are still only available on the web version. That can be a little limiting when I'm away from my desk. Other than that though, I really haven't had many complaints and my experience has been good overall.

I love how tickets are organized and how quickly I can pull up past records, that saves a ton of time. The support team is reliable and responsive throughout the year, whether via email or chat.
Cons
To be honest, there are moments when I wish the setup options were a little more flexible for what I need especially when I am trying to pull very specific reports or details. Sometimes I have to work around it to get the exact info I want. Another annoying issue is that the web page or mobile app will randomly reload now and then and when that happens, the job timer starts over which can mess up my time tracking.

The biggest plus has been how much we can customize it to fit our needs. The support team has been there throughout and Ciro Cuellar, our Customer Success Manager, was incredibly helpful during setup and rollout making sure I felt supported from start to finish.
Cons
One aspect that's been annoying is having to reload the screen a lot on the iPads just to get the latest updates. I've also had trouble pulling up the instruction sets when using the technician view though I know that issue has already been reported and a fix is supposed to be coming soon.

Before this tool, managing everything with Excel and paper was chaotic. Since switching, our organization feels much more under control especially for equipment tracking and preventive maintenance. This tool has been a great fit for our team. It feels natural to use, offering flexibility to set things up the way we need. My maintenance crew can manage work orders in the field and I can check assets and KPIs in real time without jumping through hoops. Custom dashboards are a game-changer, I can create widgets for asset data, task status and maintenance metrics making updates for leadership simpler. The rollout went smoothly and Ciro was a huge help from day one making sure our needs were understood and continuing to support us whenever issues arise. Since starting, maintenance response times are faster and downtime has decreased.
Cons
In my experience, there are still a few gaps that make day-to-day use harder than it should be. The biggest one for me is the task audit history. I can't get a clear step-by-step record of everything that happened especially around who finished specific work order instructions. When several technicians are involved in one job, it's tough to know who handled each part since the notes mostly show approvals and ownership updates. Reporting for open tasks is another weak spot. Things like downtime and MTTR don't really get counted until a task is fully closed and at my site some jobs stay open for a long time. Because of that, the numbers in the system can be behind by months and don't always match what's actually happening. I'd really like open-task downtime to be tracked automatically instead of relying on manual entry. Scheduling is also missing some useful tools. My maintenance coordinator can't really plan work directly in the platform the way we need. A separate scheduled date, plus a calendar view with drag-and-drop planning, would make a big difference. Right now since PM due dates are locked for QA reasons, we end up exporting open work into Excel and handling scheduling by hand which is frustrating and not very practical.

This tool is extremely useful because it covers so much in one system. I can track preventive maintenance, condition-based checks, calibration schedules and even local and state inspections without switching between systems. It reduces reliance on memory or passed-down knowledge since everything is stored and easy to access. With just a few clicks, I can check things like motor temperature, oil usage and run hours which lets me plan maintenance based on actual data instead of guessing.
Cons
area that still feels rough to me is the technician side of the system. Navigation could be more polished and overall it doesn't feel as user-friendly as it should. I also get frustrated that I have to create custom dashboards when sometimes all I want is a simple filter option like Excel has. That piece feels more involved than necessary and I'd really like to see it cleaned up.

One thing that really stood out to me was how simple this tool was to pick up. Because of that, we were able to move past the trial stage and roll it out more widely a lot sooner than I expected. Another plus was that we did not have to add a bunch of extra IT setup just to keep it running. So far, the feedback I've heard from both managers and technicians has been pretty encouraging. I've also had a really good experience with the support team and they've been reliable and helpful whenever we needed them.
Cons
From my perspective some parts need a bit more work before the product feels complete. The dashboards and widget choices could be more intelligent and give us more room to customize. I'd also like to see better features for purchasing replenishment and work scheduling since those areas still feel a little limited right now.
