Pros
One thing I do like is being able to check work orders anytime I need to. That helps me stay on top of things while I'm working.
Cons
The part that really frustrates me is the little green circle in the bottom-right corner. I still can't drag it anywhere and in my use it keeps blocking parts of the screen when I'm trying to get stuff done.

“love using this organizer”
Pros
This platform has been such a great pick for my daily project work. Keeping things in order feels a lot less stressful with it and I've had a really good time using it. The layout makes sense so I can jump in and manage tasks without feeling lost.
Cons
Once in a while, it does lag a bit and I've noticed that during busier moments. Still, that's been the main downside for me so it really hasn't hurt the overall experience much.

Pros
Having a clear view of tasks and projects has been the biggest plus for me. When everyone can see what's going on, people tend to stay on top of their work and that helps the whole team get more done without things slipping through the cracks. It also makes day-to-day work feel more organized and productive.
Cons
Sometimes the platform drags more than I'd like. I run into the "waking up hamsters" message pretty often too and I end up reloading the page a lot. When that keeps happening, it gets confusing and pretty frustrating.

Pros
I felt like the platform was reliable and well built. The layout makes sense for working with data and everything looks polished without feeling cluttered. The biggest plus for me though, has been the customer success team. The help I got was honestly outstanding and way better than what I usually get from software companies.
Cons
At first, it took me a bit to get comfortable with the different data sets behind the reports and scorecards but that felt pretty normal compared to other tools like this. One thing I'd still love to see is some kind of AI feature where I can just type what I need and be pointed straight to the right info.

Pros
Having everything tied to each asset in one place has been really helpful for me. I can check spare parts, repair records, PM details and other info without bouncing around between different screens. The notes, activity log and related tools are also super useful and they help me keep up with updates and stay connected with everyone else involved.
Cons
Something that trips me up now and then is the search. When I don't type the exact term or the right spelling, it gets pretty hard for me to pull up what I need.

“flexible setup and amazing support”
Pros
One thing that really sold me on this tool is how much I can tweak it to match the way we actually run things. Work orders, PMs, assets, users and even a lot of the layout can be adjusted without feeling boxed in. That kind of freedom has helped me a lot. On top of that, the support team has been outstanding. I've rarely dealt with a company that stays this clear, responsive and consistent and it honestly makes me feel taken care of as a customer.
Cons
main issue for me is that we do not have enough licenses for everyone who would actually use it. That is more frustrating because the system works so well that I'd love to have the whole team in it on a regular basis. Right now though, we just cannot get every employee access.

“Clean layout”
Pros
I noticed how clean and simple the layout is and that made the software feel really welcoming from the start. Even people on my team who are not very confident with computers were able to get used to it pretty fast which helped a lot. Another big plus for me is how fast things get saved so I'm not sitting there second-guessing if my work actually went through. On top of that, every person I've dealt with has been polite, supportive and ready to help however they can which has made the whole experience better.
Cons
not a con but main problem I've had comes up when I'm creating PMs and adding the steps the techs need to follow. Every now and then, the system locks up and shows a weird message about "waiting on hamsters" or something like that. That part has been pretty annoying for me because it slows everything down and makes it harder to finish PMs or go back in and change the steps when updates are needed.

From day one, this platform felt like it was made for what our team actually needed. I've been really happy with how much better it has made our preventive maintenance process and the way we handle work requests across campus. Day to day, the system feels very easy and that has saved us a lot of time. Moving through work orders, setting up recurring maintenance and keeping an eye on progress all feels a lot more natural now. Even people on our team who are not very technical have been able to use it without much trouble which has made a big difference for us. Another thing that really stood out to me was the support from our Customer Success Manager, Hila Landesman. She has been fantastic to work with. Throughout the whole experience, I felt like she truly wanted us to get the most out of the software for our specific setup. She kept in touch, shared updates about new features, gave us useful suggestions and asked for our feedback along the way. To me, that kind of personal attention made her feel more like a real partner than just someone from the company. I'd definitely recommend this platform to any organization trying to improve preventive maintenance and manage work requests better. It has become a very important part of how we run our campus operations.
Cons
There's not much to complain about right now. The main thing I'd like to see is more growth in the work request portal especially when it comes to deeper customization. It already works well for us and gets the job done but I'd love more control over the questions in the portal so it can match our workflow even better.

my favorite part is how much I can tailor the dashboards so all the info I need shows up in one spot instead of making me click all over the place. Pulling the exact numbers and details I want for reports or other paperwork is also really handy and saves me time. Sending and getting Work Requests and Work Orders has been pretty simple for me and for the rest of the team which cuts down on extra follow-up. The QR code feature has been a big help too since technicians can scan and get the asset details right away while they're out doing service or maintenance.
Cons
Because the system is still pretty new, I've run into a few small glitches now and then. Nothing major on my end though and the fixes usually come through pretty fast.

Back when we first rolled this out in 2016, I had a really good experience getting started with it. The setup felt pretty simple and loading our assets into the system did not take a lot of time or hassle. Adding new assets has been quick to handle and with the support chat, we were able to add extra features that made the overall experience better and also helped us with reporting. Day to day, the platform feels clear and user-friendly which I really value. There's also a great collection of how-to videos and I've used those a lot whenever I needed a little help. We use this tool all the time to monitor and manage our assets and for me it has brought a lot more accountability and visibility across the organization. Our maintenance team has also benefited from it and I've definitely seen it help the way we work.
Cons
main downside for me is the price going up over time especially now that more tools and features seem to be getting pushed into extra paid add-ons.

I liked how clear the interface is and how simple everything feels to use. I can move around the system without wasting time and the way it's set up makes my everyday work feel a lot more doable. The design feels welcoming and for me, it's a comfortable platform to work in on a regular basis.
Cons
weakest part for me was the dashboard area. There aren't really built-in standard reports so I have to create everything myself with custom reports. I've also run into limits with reporting because so much of it depends on the chart options that are available which made that whole side of the product feel more boxed in than I expected.

filtering tools are probably my favorite part of this software. When I'm dealing with a big batch of submissions, I can split my Work Orders into as many groups as I want and send Purchase Order requests for each one without a hassle. Another thing that helps me a lot is how clearly the task statuses and tracking info are shown. It doesn't take me long to find what I need and I don't feel buried in the system. Overall it's been a really great way for me to stay on top of work.
Cons
The main downside I've noticed is on mobile. Some of the links in the "Manage Work" menu don't seem to work when I'm using my phone which can be frustrating. I'd like to see the mobile version get the same access and features as the desktop version so I can do everything no matter which device I'm on.

This has been a really great maintenance tool for our company. The biggest plus for me is how simple it is to add assets, move them to a new spot and copy them without having to build the same thing over and over. The bulk editing option helps a lot too especially when I need to add new fields or make changes to a bunch of assets at the same time. It cuts down on a lot of manual work and I feel like it makes day-to-day asset tracking much easier to handle.
Cons
Something that still trips me up is setting up WO templates. The process feels longer than it should be and it's not as easy as I'd like which has led to a few mistakes on my end.
