keeping my team on track

Pros

this software took almost no time for me and using it felt natural right away. It helps me stay on top of my employees' work and I can quickly check that tasks were really finished. That kind of visibility has been really helpful for me.

Cons

From my experience so far, I haven't run into any issues or anything that feels disappointing.

All tasks in one place

Pros

One thing that really works for me with this tool is how I can hand out jobs to the whole team from one spot instead of chasing people down in separate conversations for every single task. All the details can stay inside the work order too, like directions, notes, needed parts and tools and that makes things a lot more clear for everyone. The built-in schedule also helps a ton because the crew can see what's coming up next, stay busy and keep things moving without a bunch of downtime or having to ask me what to do next all day.

Cons

The one feature I still feel is missing is a built-in chat for individuals or teams. Since it's not included, we still rely on texts or emails to communicate.

Well organized tool

Pros

Switching over from our old maintenance system made a huge difference for me. That previous CMMS felt ancient, frustrating and honestly needed way too much technical know-how just to use it properly. Since moving to this software, our maintenance program has felt a lot more organized and efficient. Day to day, it's simple to work in which has taken a lot of stress off my plate. I've also had really great experiences with the support team anytime a question came up. Another big plus for me is knowing the next maintenance manager can step in and understand the system without needing a bunch of extra training.

Cons

One challenge I've faced is the lack of a batch delete option for work history. After uploading records to the wrong location, I had to delete around 1,000 entries one by one which was very time-consuming.

convenient setup and great value

Pros

Getting started with this tool felt really natural to me. The rollout was a lot more doable than I expected and it didn't take long to get the team comfortable using it. It also comes with everything I needed without costing too much so I feel like I'm getting good bang for the buck. Another big plus was the onboarding crew. They were quick to reply, knew their stuff and were genuinely helpful the whole way through.

Cons

work orders made simple

Pros

when I start using this, I figured there would be a bit to learn and probably a few hiccups along the way. At one point, I completely lost a work order and had no idea where it went so I had to reach out for help. Noah jumped in fast, figured out the issue and walked me through what happened and where the work order ended up. Since then, the platform has felt really easy to use as we bring it into our workplace. I use it every day for different parts of my job and the work order tools have been really helpful for setting things up, following progress and keeping track of updates from start to finish.

Cons

The only problem I found was losing a work order and not knowing how to locate it. I needed assistance but Noah responded quickly, identified the issue and guided me on how to avoid it in the future.

User-friendly and handy platform

Pros

it felt really simple to use and I had no trouble getting around it. Being able to add photos straight to work orders has been a big plus for me. Another thing I liked is that setting up assets and connecting everything didn't take much effort so the whole process felt a lot more convenient.

Cons

What I'm still missing is the ability to preview a purchase order before sending it. It would also be helpful to receive an automatic email copy after submission for my own records.

love the flexible dashboard

Pros

This tool has been a really great fit for me. The dashboard can be set up to match how our team actually works and I can sort through a ton of details and choose how everything shows up which makes it way more useful on a daily basis. We use it constantly and even the people on my team who are not very comfortable with tech have been able to use it without much trouble. Another thing that has helped a lot is being able to attach files right to assets and keep a digital parts inventory all in one spot. It's also really helpful that I can add tools to work orders so everyone knows ahead of time what they need to bring. That has saved us time and stopped a lot of back-and-forth trips when somebody forgets something. During a recent SQF audit at our facility, I used the system to show maintenance data to corporate and management in a way that was clear and actually useful for them.

Cons

A recurring issue I've noticed is that the page sometimes reloads on its own even with a stable internet connection. It's especially frustrating when it happens while I'm typing and my text disappears.

loving the switch from spreadsheets

Pros

Since moving over to this tool, I haven't looked back at spreadsheets. It feels very easy to work with no matter how much CMMS experience someone has so getting my team on board was really no trouble at all. Another big plus for me is the support team. Anytime I've needed help, they've gotten back to me fast and it always feels like they're right there when I need them.

Cons

Up to this point, I haven't experienced any major issues with the tool. Even though I've only been using it for a couple of months and I'm still learning, my overall experience has been very positive.

reliable support and flexibility

Pros

Our maintenance team has gotten a lot of value from this tool because it helps us keep things running without downtime. It feels simple to use and the support team has always been friendly, informed and truly helpful anytime we've reached out. Another big plus for me is how well it can adapt to different needs which has made it a really useful part of our day-to-day work.

Cons

Great mobile support keeps me connected away

Pros

One of the best parts for me is being able to use it away from the office and still feel fully connected. The phone and tablet support has come in handy all the time during my daily work. Being able to keep up with things while I'm out and about makes it feel really useful and dependable.

Cons

At times, it can feel a bit wordy especially when it presents a lot of options all at once so it took me a little while to get comfortable with it in the beginning.

real-time updates that help

Pros

quick updates as things happen has been the biggest plus for me. It helps me keep up with incoming requests without falling behind. The scheduling part for work orders has also been really helpful since it keeps everything lined up and makes it easier for me to stay organized and get things done when they should be.

Cons

One feature I still wish was available is the ability to save email templates. It would save me time since I often find myself rewriting the same messages repeatedly.

Really happy with support!

Pros

Getting started with this platform felt pretty simple for me which was a big win right away. The chat help has been reliable too and whenever I've reached out, I usually got an answer in around 10 minutes or less. The people behind it have been kind, helpful and open to adjusting things so the system works better for what we need. Setup also went better than expected on our end since we only had to upload a prepared Excel file and then the rest was taken care of automatically. We're also working on linking it with our finance software now and I see that as a really valuable bonus.

Cons

Something I'd like to see improved is more personalized training options. Phone calls or Teams meetings work fine but having an on-site admin course would be a great addition. The asset data setup feels fairly general which makes sense for different equipment types but it also means more customization is needed. I'd also appreciate more reporting options especially with visual elements like charts. That said none of these are major issues and it's clear the company is continuously improving the product.

photo work orders save time

Pros

Being able to add photos to a work order has been a big win for me. Our maintenance crew can tell a lot faster what needs to be fixed so they usually show up with the right spare parts instead of having to go back and grab something later. That alone has saved us a lot of time during the day. I've also had a really good experience with the support team because they reply fast and actually help when we have questions. On top of that, the setup process went really well with our Success Manager and everyone I worked with was friendly, helpful and professional the whole way through.

Cons

still looking for a better tracking of the ideas or requests I submit to the Product Feedback Board. Right now, there isn't much visibility into what happens after submission.

QR requests have been a win

Pros

The biggest thing for me has been the QR code setup for work requests. We put those on each machine and it has made a real difference. I'm seeing more preventative maintenance requests come in before something turns into a bigger problem. Operators can reach out a lot faster now and the whole process feels less like a headache for them.

Cons

Since I'm still getting familiar with the system, I don't feel like I've explored everything enough to point out any real downsides yet.

A full operations win

Pros

This tool has honestly become a huge part of how I run our day-to-day work. It does way more than a basic CMMS in my experience and the customization is a big reason why. My team uses it for work in the field, completed forms, time-stamped photos, safety checklists and even daily product tracking so it touches almost everything we do. Another thing I really like is how natural the system feels to use. It's simple to move around in and we use it to organize jobs, plan upcoming work and keep track of ongoing needs all in one spot. The inventory side has also been a big help for us. Being able to connect parts and PO numbers right to a work order saves time and because of that, inventory counting takes us way less time than it used to. I've also noticed a better rhythm in our daily workload because everything feels more organized. Setup and integrations went really well for us too and getting started did not feel like a hassle. Even though entering all the data can take some time in the beginning, the system lets us focus on the most important assets first and fill in the rest as we go. That made the rollout a lot more practical for my team. On top of all that, customer support has been excellent. I've gotten fast replies even with small questions and the built-in chat on both the app and web version makes help super convenient to reach. At this point, I use it constantly because it has become a real part of how our team stays aligned and gets things done.

Cons

At this stage, I don't really have anything to complain about. The product has improved over time and recent updates have worked well without causing issues in daily use.

aligned and super reliable platform

Pros

Using this tool has been really pleasant for me. Everything feels clear and well laid out so I can handle my work without spending extra time hunting around for things. The setup just makes sense and that saves me a lot of time during the day. Another big plus is the support team. I've had a really good experience with them which is not something I can say about a lot of CMMS software. That kind of help makes the whole product feel even more worth it to me.

All-in-one system that delivers

Pros

I was finally able to pull all my spreadsheets and random files into one organized, user-friendly place and it has made a huge difference. Keeping up with PMs, maintenance requests, vendor info, service reports and invoices feels way more manageable now. On top of that, my Customer Success Manager has been really supportive, checking in often and getting back to me fast anytime I had questions during setup.

yearly calibration view is awesome

Pros

One thing I love is that I can pull up all my upcoming monthly calibrations for the entire year with one click. That quick overview makes planning a lot simpler for me and it helps me keep track of everything without bouncing around different pages.

Cons

Every now and then, I do run into a few numbers that are off and fixing them can be a little frustrating. It does not happen very much for me though so I would still call it a minor annoyance instead of a big issue.

Helpful dashboards and quick setup

Pros

Using this tool was pretty easy for me and I didn't have to put in a lot of work to get things running. The part I've liked most is the dashboards because they give me a clear way to look at my data and make everything a lot simpler to understand.

Cons

One thing that still needs some work for me is exporting data to Excel since it could be better. I'd also love to see an AirPrint feature right from the work order because that would make my day-to-day process a lot more convenient.
