Pros
this platform felt simple to use and I was able to get everything arranged in a way that fit what I needed. Putting reports together has also been really convenient for me. The biggest plus though, has been the support team. They've actually been helpful and focused on solving my questions instead of pushing extra add-ons or upgrades. Another thing I've really liked is the online booking option because whenever something comes up, I can set time with my rep, jump on a Zoom call and get answers fast.

Honestly I haven't run into any real issues with it so far.

“Custom setup that really helps”
Pros
One of the biggest wins for me with this system has been how flexible it is. I could get PM scheduling and work requests set up without a big hassle and that made everyday tasks a lot more useful in real life. Another thing I really like is the parts inventory tracking especially since it connects those parts to work orders and PMs. That keeps everything in one place and helps me stay more organized. On top of that, I've had a really positive experience with support. Anytime I've needed help or had questions about integrations, they've gotten back to me fast and were actually helpful.
Cons
I really dont have much to complain about but there are a couple of things that could be better. The mobile app feels a little clunky to me and could use some updates to make it more comfortable to use. I've also run into a few issues with custom features not behaving the way I expected. For example, I made a custom work request template but the system still shows the standard one instead. The good part is that it has not kept me from getting work submitted or finished. To me, these are pretty small problems and they have not taken away much from how well the system works overall.

Pros
This software has worked well for me because it can fit a lot of different needs without feeling boxed in. Another big plus is the support team. Whenever I've needed help, they've replied quickly, been friendly and made the whole thing less stressful.
Cons
The main downside for me is how many pages it prints for assets. That part feels over the top and it gets annoying when I'm trying to keep things more organized and not waste so much paper.

Getting started with this tool was really simple for me and I had everything up and running without any headaches. The part I liked most was the dashboards. They look polished, modern and make it a lot easier for me to keep an eye on things and stay organized.
Cons
One area that still feels a little unfinished to me is the purchasing side, mainly with multi-currency handling. If that part gets improved, I'd say the whole product would be even stronger.

I could tell this tool was laid out in a really clear way. Everything made sense from the start and I didn't have to spend a lot of time figuring out where things were. The way the platform is organized helped me get comfortable with it pretty fast and I never felt lost or overloaded while using it.
Cons
The main downside for me was that all the information had to be added during the initial setup. That part took a little extra time upfront which was a bit inconvenient. Still, I know that's pretty normal for this kind of software and not really something that only happens with this one.

Pros
This app gives me a ton in one spot for handling assets, stock, maintenance jobs, users and all the related info. One thing I really like is that it never feels stuck in place because the team keeps improving what is already there and rolls out new stuff on a regular basis. The mobile app is also simple to use so adding information while I'm out on site feels fast and handy. Any time I've had an issue, support has gotten back to me quickly and treated it like it mattered. Another big plus is that they actually listen to customers and build features people ask for which makes the system feel like it's growing in ways that are actually useful. After using it daily, I've seen how much oversight and control it gives me over maintenance work and records when I really use everything it offers. To me, this is one of the strongest CMMS platforms I've used.
Cons
The biggest downside I've run into is that some menus and details are hard to get to on the mobile app and a few features are still missing there completely. For instance, I still can't open PM templates straight from mobile which is tough. There are ways around it if I already know the asset tied to the PM or the work order template connected to it but that is nowhere near as helpful as just having the option built into the app. I really feel the mobile version should include the same main tools as the desktop version. That becomes even more important when I'm on a tablet because I expect to do the same kind of work without having to grab my laptop. It gets pretty annoying when my laptop is back at the office and I'm at another location with no way to make a new PM template or create the PM I need from my mobile device.

“Loving the calendar view”
Pros
Right from the beginning, I was able to use this software without feeling lost or frustrated. Getting everything set up was fast and accurate so the whole startup process felt a lot less overwhelming. There are a lot of useful tools built in and the Calendar view has easily been my favorite part to work in. It just fits what I need day to day and I've had a really positive experience with it so far.
Cons
don't have any complaints to point out. I've only been using it for a few weeks but nothing negative has come up yet. Also, Katia has been super helpful anytime I've needed anything which has made the experience even better.

One thing that really impressed me was how much more insight I got into employee responsibility. Before this, it was hard for me to tell who was getting things done and how well the team was actually performing. Now I can check the dashboards and tracking features and get a much clearer picture of employee output. Running reports is also fast and convenient and keeping up with tasks has made my daily management work feel a lot more practical.
Cons
My biggest problem came with the latest update. It felt to me like they pushed it out a little too soon before everything was fully worked out. That change caused some annoyance on my end and I really believe it needed more testing before release even though I still enjoy using the software overall.

This software does way more than the system we had before. Being able to add photos of parts, equipment and even step-by-step job pictures has helped me a lot. I can also attach digital files to a task, asset or part so manuals and procedures stay together instead of scattered all over. That's made things feel way more organized for me. One feature that's saved me a ton of time is the bulk edit option. When the same update needs to go across work orders, PMs or schedules, I can change one item and push it out to the rest instead of repeating the process. That alone cuts down a lot of repeated work. Everything in the system feels connected, too. Even without built-in email or chat, I can leave comments and close-out notes on tasks and see everything pulled into a shared dashboard. That gives our team a great way to stay in sync between shifts. Learning it wasn't hard either. I work with PM templates and schedules and I felt comfortable with the basics on day one. Shortcuts and little time-saving tools helped me get up to speed faster than I expected. Support has been great as well. Whenever I use the chat, I get quick and helpful answers from real people. I also like the built-in articles and videos, they make it easier to figure things out whenever I need a hand.
Cons
A few issues I've found include problems with setting up assets in a custom hierarchy tree. It seems to jump back to the original creation order whenever the data reloads which gets annoying. I can get around it by using alphabetical or number sorting for now but I'd still want that fixed. I've also noticed it works much better on a desktop or laptop than on a mobile device. It does run on tablets like our iPads but not every function is there and some arrows or buttons are a little tough for me to tap with my finger. As for phones, I honestly wouldn't want to use it on a screen that small.

Cons

Cons
