love how it keeps us organized

Pros

it has honestly made a big difference for us when it comes to staying on top of incoming work. I've been really happy with how it lets me collect details, write things down and hold onto the knowledge we pick up while working through different projects. Because of that, important info doesn't slip through the cracks.

Cons

Right now, I really don't have any actual issues to point out. It's been pretty simple for me to work with and when something seems off, it usually has more to do with user error than the platform itself.

simple request tracking win

Pros

Submitting work requests is really easy and I've seen that make things a lot more organized for the team. It feels more convenient overall and requests come through with way less mix-up or waiting than before.

Cons

The main thing I'm missing is having the cost show up right on the executive summary. That would help me look over everything faster without having to dig around for that detail.

fast work order lookup

Pros

Tracking down a work order takes me hardly any time with this software and that has made my daily routine a lot more productive. Another big plus for me has been the support team. They've been quick to respond and really helpful anytime I've had a question or needed a hand.

Cons

The one drawback I've run into is with preventive maintenance tickets. If one stays open by accident, the system doesn't create the next PM when it's supposed to so I have to stay on top of it or it can turn into an issue.

best cmms support i've used

Pros

the people behind this software have been the biggest win for me. My account reps have been awesome and when I reach out on live chat, I get real people instead of bots which makes a huge difference. Any time something comes up, I feel like I'm actually getting real help. After 35 years in industrial maintenance, I can honestly say this is the best CMMS I've worked with and the support team is a big reason why. The layout makes sense, the system feels natural to use and the reporting setup works really well in my day-to-day work. I don't have extra time or advanced reporting knowledge to build everything from scratch so having those tools ready to go has been a huge plus for me.

Cons

I honestly don't have much to complain about. The only thing I'd want added is better sorting on the Global Dashboard. Right now, I haven't been able to organize open tasks by PM, planned, unplanned and similar categories and that would be really helpful for me.

task priorities that really help

Pros

Being able to rank the tasks assigned to me has helped me keep everything in order and pay attention to the most important stuff first. That alone has made a big difference in how I use the system. On top of that, the support team has been amazing. I probably would have been pretty lost without Alexandra and she's been super helpful the whole way through.

Cons

The main downside for me is that a few of the features I was most excited to use only come with the more expensive plans. I can still work with the system just fine but it's a little frustrating knowing some of the more interesting tools are locked behind a higher price tier.

Packed with useful features

Pros

Getting started with this tool felt pretty easy for me even without a lot of training. I was able to jump in and get a lot done which made a really good first impression. The more time I spent with it, the more I realized it had a lot more to offer under the hood. It ended up feeling really capable and gave me plenty of features to work with for what I needed.

Cons

So far, I haven't had any real complaints about the system. Nothing major has come up for me and I haven't noticed any serious issues worth calling out.

fits our business perfectly

Pros

Running a small business, I needed something that could adapt to the way we already work and this has done that really well. Instead of making us change everything to match the software, it lets me set things up around our actual needs. That has been a huge plus for me. It also feels very easy to use which matters a lot since I deal with all kinds of platforms day to day. After looking at a bunch of other tools, this one stood out as the best match for our business and I'd definitely recommend it to other small business owners.

Cons

My only hesitation is whether it would hold up as well for a much bigger company especially one dealing with a large amount of customer billing.

flexible setup and awesome support

Pros

After trying a bunch of CMMS options, this one has felt the most approachable to me. I really like how I can build out work instructions with a lot of detail, down to survey-style fields like yes/no choices, option lists and dropdowns and I can do it all with drag-and-drop. The same setup also works for asset hierarchies which has made moving things around and organizing our assets way less frustrating. Another big plus for me has been their chat support. Right from the beginning even before pricing talks, I was getting quick and genuinely helpful replies. They did a really good job explaining how the system could fit what we needed.

Cons

A few things still seem like they may be coming later but are not there yet. I can use the interactive satellite maps but I still cannot upload our own floorplan maps and that would add a lot for our team. The dashboards are flexible and simple to work with but right now I cannot pick more than one value from a dropdown. Tagging has been useful too though I would like the option to set up tags differently for each area. One more thing missing for me is built-in revision tracking for work instructions. I can handle versions by attaching files manually but the platform does not manage that process on its own yet.

love the clean interface

Pros

Right from the start, this tool felt simple to get up and running with and I had no trouble figuring things out. The user side looks clean and feels natural to work in which made using it a lot more enjoyable for me. Another big plus has been the support team. Every time I've needed help, they've been responsive and really helpful and that has made my overall experience even better.

Cons

My primary ongoing hope is for a way to decline work orders. That would make the process feel more complete for me and would be a really useful feature to add.

Pros

it really helps me spot issues so I can send technicians out without wasting time. That quick heads-up has made a big difference in how fast I respond and keeps everything moving along better during the day.

Cons

The main challenge for me is how the work orders are organized because they can be hard to track down sometimes. There are days when I spend more time than I should just searching for the one I need.

Pros

One thing I really like is that I can take a picture or upload one right from my phone when I'm wrapping up a work order. That gives me great backup showing we were actually there and handled the job even if no one was around to see it. I've also gotten a lot of use out of the option to combine work orders. When multiple people send in the same problem, I can roll those requests into one and close the repair once instead of wasting time dealing with repeat tickets separately.

Cons

The most significant drawback for me is the reporting layout. The data I need is in there and I can get to it without any trouble. The issue is how the reports look once they're printed. Right now, they're not clean enough to share with stakeholders without extra work. Because of that, I usually have to export everything and fix it up in Excel before it looks ready to send out.

chat support was fantastic

Pros

I reached out in the support chat and was told it could be around 30 minutes before anyone got back to me. Honestly I expected to wait but an agent showed up almost right away and handled my question on the spot. That really stood out to me. The support team felt quick, available and very helpful and I like that I can get help so directly through the chat option.

Cons

One problem I've found is that the CMMS side of the tool doesn't work perfectly for every case. There have been times when our team had a hard time matching our property management workflow to the system's set layout and preset way of doing things.

really happy with the rollout

Pros

We brought this tool in about a year ago and I've been very pleased with how it helps us stay on top of both expenses and work orders. Getting the technicians to actually use it went a lot better than I expected too since the system felt very easy and didn't take much for the team to get comfortable with.

Cons

There were a few minor challenges during setup and I definitely noticed some adjustment issues early on. Still, they felt minor to me and honestly weren't as annoying as I thought they would be going in.

Pros

I was able to get into this tool without feeling lost and that made a big difference for me. The layout feels clear and welcoming so using it never felt like a chore. Another thing I really liked was how it let me work the way I wanted instead of pushing me into one fixed setup. That freedom made the whole experience feel more personal, useful and better matched to what I actually needed.

Cons

The primary issue for me is the subscription structure. I wish there were more pricing options especially some lower-cost plans because that would make it a better fit for people with different budgets while still keeping the features I care about.

fresh upgrade for our team

Pros

After dealing with a platform that never really fit what our Facilities team needed, this has been such a welcome change. Even basic stuff used to feel more complicated than it had to be and now my team and I can get things done without that constant hassle. The setup feels very user-friendly and there are so many different ways to use it that I can already see a lot of value in it. We are still pretty new to everything it offers so I know we have only scratched the surface. Still, I can already tell this is going to have a big impact on how I handle our workflows and how the team manages reporting going forward.

Cons

I also experimented with the free version at home for personal use and one aspect has been a little annoying for me. Task alerts do not always come through the way I expect them to. Usually, the only notification I notice is something general like "A new PM has been created." If I am busy and cannot check it right away, I may come back later and completely lose track of it.

helpful support and clear setup

Pros

I felt comfortable using this tool because the layout is clear and not confusing. The YouTube tutorials helped me a lot too especially when I needed a quick walkthrough on certain parts of the system. Another big plus for me was the support team. It felt like help was there when I needed it which made the whole experience even better.

Cons

There are still a few areas that could use more development. In my opinion some modules and features are not fully there yet especially LOTO. The platform does a great job overall but adding more in that section would make it feel more complete.

batch upload made setup fast

Pros

this tool felt pretty natural and I was able to learn my way around it without much time or frustration. Since we were coming in with no CMMS at all, the bulk upload option helped me get everything entered a lot quicker and made the whole setup process way less stressful.

Cons

My primary request for change would be the reporting since it feels a bit limited and could use more options. Other than that, I really don't have much to complain about and my overall time with it has been very positive.

Pros

Putting together work orders and service requests with this software takes me hardly any time and pulling the reports or numbers I need is just as handy. It helps me keep everything recorded and followed up without slowing me down which has made my day-to-day work a lot better.

quick help whenever I need it

Pros

One of the best parts for me is how quickly my questions get answered, usually in just a few minutes and that has been super helpful. I also really like being able to book refresher meetings whenever it works for my schedule so I can go back over things and figure stuff out at my own speed.

Cons

A feature I'd still really like is a way to see some of my vendor notes without opening every single vendor profile. It would help a lot if I could quickly check what each vendor focuses on at a glance.
