pm work orders are a win

Pros

Being able to set up preventative maintenance work orders has been the most helpful part for me. It's made a big difference in how I keep up with recurring maintenance jobs and our process feels a lot more organized because of it.

Cons

The mobile app has been the weaker part for us. A lot of our team is older and since not everyone feels comfortable using technology, getting people to actually use it has been a challenge.

maintenance planning that finally works

Pros

We finally have a real way to schedule, plan and keep track of preventive maintenance across the whole facility and our old ERP just could not do that. That alone made a big difference for us. The platform also feels very user-friendly and it has given our technicians the support they needed which I have seen help a lot in day-to-day work.

Cons

Up to now, I really have not run into anything negative with this tool.

setup was really simple

Pros

Getting started with this was really quick for me and I had everything up and running without much hassle. Day to day, the platform feels simple to use so it doesn't turn into a headache when I'm working in it. The biggest win for me has been the support team. Every time I've reached out, they've been fast, helpful and honestly better than I usually expect.

Cons

The primary drawback I've found is with asset management. I can't take certain items off a single asset unless I remove them entirely and that feels pretty limiting. Because of that, managing assets can feel more locked down than I want.

Pros

This platform just feels natural to use and I've really enjoyed that. Everything seems well put together so it's simple to figure out and doesn't feel cluttered or confusing. For me, it's been very approachable and clear without any extra stuff getting in the way.

Cons

To date, I haven't had any trouble with it at all. It's been working reliably for me and I haven't noticed any real downsides yet.

User-friendly dashboard and time tracking

Pros

it felt really simple to use and I never have to waste time trying to figure out where things are. Moving around the dashboard and handling different tasks feels natural which makes my day-to-day work a lot better. One feature that has helped me a lot is the way it keeps up with the time spent on equipment. That has been really useful for how we handle work in the shop. Overall it gives me exactly what I need and fits our workflow really well.

Cons

Thus far, I haven't run into anything annoying or disappointing with this software. In my experience, nothing has caused any real issues or frustration.

super user-friendly and reliable

Pros

this tool felt simple to use and the support team behind it has been really great. Getting it into our workflow didn't take much effort and for me that ended up saving a lot of time. Since I work with people who are on smartphones all day, I've also seen that pretty much anyone with a phone can start using it without needing much help.

Cons

The one tedious part on my end was having to type in all the details by hand during setup. It was definitely a bit of tough but from what I've seen, it's mostly just a one-time thing and not something I keep dealing with afterward.

more organized than ever

Pros

I was pretty unsure at first since I did not know how it would go but before long, I was really happy with what came out of it. One of my biggest goals this year as a Facilities Director for our local government office was to tighten up our planning and help things run better and this system has truly helped me get there. Katia Colwell and the rest of the team were also fantastic to work with. They were kind, helpful and very professional the whole time. During training, I never felt pushed, lost or stressed and that made a big difference for me. What really meant a lot was how much care they put into making sure the system would actually work well for our organization. Using Limbl has also opened the door for me to learn new things and feel more confident in what I do. After 24 years in this role, I can honestly say I have never felt this on top of things. Seeing the final outcome written out and documented made all the time and effort feel worth it and my coworkers have been really impressed by the positive changes they have seen in our local government offices.

Cons

My primary wish would be the option to start a work order on my computer and then pick it back up in the mobile app without having to redo anything. That kind of back-and-forth between devices would fit my day-to-day work much better and would make the tool even more valuable for me.

Pros

One thing that really won me over is having assets, expenses, labor and invoices all together in one spot. It saves me from bouncing between different places and I can already see how much this is going to help us lower downtime.

Pros

One of the best parts for me is getting live data so I can stay on top of things without having to wait. Mobile access has also been really helpful because it lets me check in and keep things moving when I'm not at my desk. Another thing I've liked is the way it handles gathering information. Really happy we switched

Pros

this system felt natural to use and I didn't have to fight with it to figure things out. The way everything is laid out just makes sense to me which has been a nice change from other platforms I've worked in. Building bills of materials has been pretty easy and updating assets by adding new parts or taking out old ones doesn't take much time at all. Task assignment and work orders have also been simple to handle in my daily routine. The dashboard has been a big help for me too since it gives a clear look at where things stand, lets me keep an eye on KPIs and makes reporting a lot more useful. We also saved time by bringing PM task lists over from Excel without much trouble. Another thing I've liked is being able to add pictures for extra guidance. It's been working so well for us that I've even seen conversations start around using it in other departments. Overall I'm very pleased with it and honestly, I just wish we had gotten it earlier.

Cons

I really don't have much to point out here. The only thing I'd want is a scheduling screen that shows open labor hours next to the hours that are already booked. That would help me a lot when putting schedules together and making better staffing calls.

flexible inventory setup

Pros

to add this into our daily routine went really well and I've had a really good experience with the inventory tools. The part I've liked most is how adaptable the software is since I can set it up around the way I work and also fit it to what my company needs. Day to day, it feels natural to use and didn't cause much of a mess when we started using it.

Cons

The main thing I'd still want improved is the printing side. I'd like more control over what shows up on certain pages because right now that area feels a little too restricted for the way I need to use it.

this tool felt very simple to use in my everyday routine. Love the issue tracking

Pros

One thing that really works for me with this tool is how clearly it keeps open items separate from the closed ones and I also get the thumbnail info I need without digging around. Since I'm in Excel every day, being able to download the data is a huge part of my routine and it fits really well with how I work. Based on the time I've spent using it, I'd definitely recommend it to other people.

customer support made the difference

Pros

the biggest thing for me was how much help I got from the customer success manager during setup. We had weekly meetings and with that kind of support I even got the English-to-Spanish translation set up on the work request side. It took us around two months to load all of our information in but honestly, it felt way less stressful than I thought it would. By now, I'm really happy with the platform. I looked at five other options before picking this one and the support team was the main reason I chose it. I've gotten a lot of guidance the whole way through and that really helped.

Cons

I'm honestly satisfied overall. If anything, my team keeps saying the mobile app is really user-friendly and they actually enjoy using it.

perfect support all around

Pros

I bring up this tool anytime someone asks because it's been that reliable for me. Getting set up at Fluresh went really well and your team was there the whole time helping us get everything live. That kind of backup meant a lot and I could tell it made the whole rollout better for us.

Becoming a core tool for us

Pros

Working with your team has been really great and I feel like we're in a very good spot right now. This platform has slowly become a big part of how we handle our day-to-day work and I can see it mattering even more going forward. That gives me a lot of confidence in using it long term. The way things are going, I only expect it to keep getting better and fit even deeper into how we run things.

Cons

haven't run into any real issues. There isn't some missing feature that has me thinking we need something major added and nothing has come up as an urgent problem on my end. At most, I could joke and say it would be nice if someone came to campus once a year and checked the pipes too. Other than that, the system has been doing what we need and I haven't noticed anything going wrong.
