Pros
I felt comfortable using this platform. It made sense from day one and I didn't have to waste time trying to learn where everything was. Another big plus for me has been the help from the team. Whenever I've needed support, they've been quick to respond, knew what they were talking about and actually cared about helping. That kind of customer service has made a huge difference for me.
Cons
There really hasn't been much to complain about. If anything, I'd like to see stronger accounting tools added over time. It would also help a lot if operators could handle daily inspections right inside the system since that would make it even more useful for the way I work every day.

“Helpful support and training”
Pros
One thing I've really liked about this tool is how much help comes with it. I've gotten a lot from the YouTube tutorials, the weekly Zoom calls that help me learn more and the chat support that's there whenever I need a fast reply. The platform also feels pretty simple to figure out so I was able to teach myself a lot just by reading through things and trying stuff out.
Cons
The only issue I've had so far is getting the daily log to show everything exactly right. Even so, I've been working with the team to dial in what I need and it feels more like something they're still fine-tuning than a serious problem.

Pros
Running a one-person shop used to feel pretty chaotic but this software has helped me keep everything organized. Instead of relying on word of mouth or leaving a machine on my bench so I wouldn't forget about it, now I can log jobs the right way with the QR code setup. It helps me stay on top of service requests, work orders and routine maintenance for all my equipment without things slipping through the cracks. Another big plus for me is the inventory feature. I save a bunch of time because I can connect parts and vendors straight to specific machines instead of digging around trying to figure out what goes with what. Getting up and running was also not hard because there were plenty of helpful articles and videos. On top of that, the Customer Success Managers have been awesome anytime I needed help and they made the whole system much faster to learn. I'll be honest, the GIFs are also a nice little bonus.
Cons
So far, I really don't have any complaints. Any time I've had a question, I've been able to get an answer or find a fix and I like that they actually listen to customer input.

Pros
this platform felt simple to use and I was able to adjust a lot of it so it actually fit what we needed. For a smaller facility like ours, the cost has been very reasonable so it felt like a real option instead of something out of reach. I've also gotten a lot of value from the QR code tool since it makes sending in work orders quicker and more practical during the day.
Cons
A downside I ran into is that a few tools cost extra and the price goes up when more users are added. Even with that, I still felt the pricing tiers helped keep it affordable for us and without that setup, we probably couldn't have gone with it.

“really working well for us”
Pros
Honestly we've been very happy with this system. I wasn't just trying to get rid of paper forms. We also wanted something that would help everyone move through tasks quicker and with less back and forth. After spending more time with the platform, our team got more comfortable using it and that made a big difference. At this stage, I can say it's been doing exactly what we needed and has worked out really well for us.

Pros
Our data into this system was pretty easy for me and that made the rollout a whole lot less stressful. Now the whole team uses it every day and a big chunk of the workflow kind of takes care of itself. Even our technicians have said they like being in it which really matters to me. After dealing with our previous CMMS, this one feels a lot more natural and way less confusing.
Cons
i honestly don't have any real complaints. We've gotten really great results with it and nothing major has popped up that we don't like. It's been about three months now and we still haven't hit any serious issues which has made me feel pretty confident about sticking with it.

Pros
I loved how simple it is for our team to submit work orders through links or QR codes. That alone makes things a lot faster for me. The equipment tracking has also been super helpful and honestly, it's one of the best features in the whole system. On top of that, I can quickly stay on top of everything we manage each month without wasting time searching around. The scheduled maintenance side has been a big plus too and I use it all the time in our daily routine.
Cons
My only issue has been that one page where the asset drop-down feels a bit awkward and takes more clicks than I'd like. Aside from that, I really don't have much to complain about because it has worked extremely well for us and has been very reliable overall.

One of the biggest things for me is that I can always reach an actual person who knows what they're doing when I need help. A lot of the time, they already know the fix and when it's something less common, we figure it out together until it clicks. After working with them for a while, I even know some of them by name and they know me too which makes the whole relationship feel a lot more personal. Honestly they don't come across like some far-off company to me. It feels more like I'm working with teammates and that really stands out.
Cons
I do wish the platform had better visual options for organizing content. When files or assets are tucked away under a bunch of layers, it can take a while to find what I need. The mobile app is where I notice it most. If I leave a section, it will often send me all the way back to the beginning instead of keeping my place and that gets annoying pretty fast.

After using this CMMS with my team, I can say it gets us up and running fast and the layout feels very natural. That made our day-to-day work more productive without a bunch of training or having to keep relearning things. It also covers what we need for maintenance tracking in underwater robotics which matters a lot for us. Overall I've seen it help move our operations forward and it's been a really great tool for the department.
Cons
A few important functions still take some workaround steps which can be a little frustrating when they seem like they should be more direct. Even so, I've been able to adjust the setup and tailor the experience enough to get the results I need.

this set up has been a really good experience for me and that says a lot because new software launches usually come with a bunch of stress. This time felt different. The whole process was pretty easy and actually enjoyable which I honestly do not say often. In the past, I have dealt with integrations that turned into a mess but this one has been refreshingly easy. From the first sales conversations to the rollout, the team came across as informed, friendly and reliable and that made me feel confident the whole way through.

This program has been awesome to use and I've had a really good experience with it. It works the way I need it to and that alone has saved me a lot of hassle. After talking with a former coworker from my old job who was trying to pick a CMMS, I told him to quit looking around and just choose this one. The setup and day-to-day use have felt very easy for me and your support team has been amazing anytime I reached out. I really have a lot of good things to say about the whole experience.

Since we started using this tool, I've been able to keep all my data and forms in one place and stay way more organized with my day-to-day work. At our facility, preventive maintenance has stayed on track a lot better and the downtime on our equipment has dropped in a pretty noticeable way.
