Pros
One thing I really like is that this platform never feels like it's just sitting there. There's always something new being worked on and I can tell the product keeps growing instead of staying stuck in the same place. Pros
Using this tool has been pretty hassle-free for me. It keeps PM management clear and cuts down on the back-and-forth and it also makes year-end asset counting feel a lot more put together. That whole process has been more organized since I started using it.
Cons
One small issue for me is that an operator has to sign in before starting daily PMs. They may not need permission to close out the task but I'd still want them to be able to at least get the job going without that extra login step.

Pros
This has really helped me keep everyone on the same page and working with different departments feels a lot more natural because of it. Communication just flows better and I've noticed things stay more organized across the board.
Cons
The only downside for me is the personal dashboard setup. It feels a little restricted and I'd love to have more options to tweak it so it fits the way I like to work.

“huge win for maintenance”

Running maintenance for a company with 500+ employees got pretty hard to manage as we grew and I really needed a better way to keep everything organized. This tool made a big difference for us. It helped me send all internal work requests through one system, set priorities the right way, load in planned maintenance ahead of time, track machine usage, labor hours and costs and use that information to make better calls for the business. We've honestly gotten a lot of time back during the day because of it. One of the best parts for me has been the support. Hila, our Customer Success Manager, has been a huge help from the start. She's always there when something comes up and she checks in often to make sure things are still working the way we need. With her help, I was able to put together custom dashboards and reports that we now use for both operations and financial planning. She really took time to learn how our business works, not just how the platform works and that made her advice actually useful. Looking back, I really wish we had started using it earlier.
Cons
The one thing that bothered me was the pricing setup. I wasn't a big fan of being charged by user instead of having one flat monthly rate.

Honestly I was ready for a long, messy rollout but it ended up being the complete opposite for me. Getting everything in place has gone faster than I expected and I'm already ahead of where I thought I'd be with fitting it into my company's process. I've also been able to spot new ways to use the software in our everyday routine which has been a nice bonus. On top of that, the team has been friendly, helpful and really knows the product well.

There's plenty of room for me to store all the information I need and I don't feel limited at all. I also like having everything organized in one place.

The part that didn't work as well for me was putting the information in. Data entry felt kind of repetitive and dull and I wasn't very into that side of it.
