pm rollout has been fantastic

Pros

We recently went live with the PM system and I've got to say, it's been going really well for us. Our techs picked it up better than I expected and they've been managing everything without much trouble. So far, we've kept up with just about all of our PM due dates. The only one that slipped was because we were waiting for a part to arrive, not because of the system itself. I'm honestly really proud of how the team has handled it.

Cons

Nothing negative really comes to mind. The team has been doing an awesome job and everything has been going really well on our side.

Pros

Right from the start, this has felt like one of the most real and dependable software tools I've used. Help is there pretty much whenever I need it and I can hop on live chat and actually get useful answers fast. A few times, I even got more help than I expected which really stood out to me. Another thing I like is the feature request area because I can check out ideas from other users or send in my own thoughts. It really feels like they listen to feedback and I've seen that make a difference. The mix of simple tools and more advanced options has helped me a ton in my day-to-day work. Since this is the first CMMS I've worked with, I honestly don't see myself moving to something else. Recurring schedules, asset setup and assigning work have all been super helpful for me. Overall it feels well built and I'd definitely say it's a smart long-term choice for a company. I also really like how it's brought more connection across our facility.

Cons

No system is ever completely perfect and this one has a couple of things that could have been added sooner. An undo button stands out as a missing basic feature although it's clear the team is working to improve the platform.

really handy for PM entry

Pros

One thing that stood out to me is how simple this tool feels when I'm adding PMs into the system. I've been able to handle what I need without getting confused and that's made the whole experience feel a lot better for me.

Cons

The workspace can sometimes feel a bit crowded while organizing tasks. A color-coding feature would make it much easier to sort everything visually.

all requests in one place

Pros

Handling service requests for all of our properties has been really easy for me. Everything stays together in one spot so it feels much less stressful to keep track of what's coming in and what still needs attention. I've had a really positive experience with how organized the system keeps things.

Cons

I haven't come across any issues with the system so far. Nothing has felt frustrating and everything has been working without any problems.

the team actually uses it

Pros

One thing I really noticed is how welcoming this software feels for our maintenance techs. In my experience, getting people to stick with a new system is usually the hardest part but that has not been the case here. Our crew picked it up without much pushback and I've seen them use it on a regular basis. It feels built for the way our maintenance team actually works so it does not come across like just one more thing being dumped on their plate during the day.

Cons

I'm very satisfied with it overall. I haven't come across anything I'd want to change and there isn't any major feature or fix that feels missing.

inventory and maintenance done right

Pros

This tool has been a really great fit for me. The inventory tracking and preventive maintenance parts are the biggest wins and they've helped me keep everything in order without letting regular upkeep slip through the cracks. Day to day, it just makes staying organized a whole lot simpler.

Cons

There haven't been any problems on my end so far. Nothing has come up yet but if that ever changes, I would definitely point it out.

custom dashboards that really fit

Pros

One of the biggest things I like is the freedom to set up dashboards around what I actually need instead of being stuck with the same layout as everyone else. As I keep digging into the platform, I'm finding more useful tools and getting more out of it over time. When a safety concern pops up, I can follow it closely and keep the corporate team updated in a much clearer way which has made it easier for them to see how valuable this system is in everyday work.

Cons

I haven't experienced any problems with it up to this point. It has been doing exactly what we need and has been working well for us.

fantastic rollout and support

Pros

Getting this set up has honestly been one of the best experiences I've had. Whenever we had a question or needed help, the answer was always yes and that meant a lot to me. Even better, the person walking us through everything really knows the platform front to back. That kind of experience and confidence was a huge reason we picked this team and I feel like we got exactly the kind of support I was hoping for.

keeping PMs on track

Pros

Things are finally moving with our PMs and it feels like we're making real progress bit by bit. When something comes up or we finish a PM, I use this tool to look at the machine hours and see where everything stands. Having that kind of accurate time tracking matters a lot to me and that's the part I really like most about it.

Cons

The team has been getting more comfortable with the software over time and we're in a really good place with it. I haven't noticed any issues worth pointing out so far.

clean layout and simple navigation

Pros

I felt comfortable using this because the layout is clear and not confusing at all. Moving around the system feels natural and I can get where I need to go without wasting time. That really makes the software feel efficient and pleasant to use for me.

Cons

One downside I've noticed happens during data transfers. Certain parts don't carry over specific criteria which can make the process feel a bit limited in those areas.

really helpful tutorials

Pros

One thing I really liked was how useful the tutorials were for me. They're put together really well and helped me get comfortable with the system without much trouble. Sending in a work request also feels well designed and I had no issues figuring out how to use it. Everything about that part felt clear and user-friendly.

Cons

Things have generally been positive from my side. The only concern is that people outside the maintenance team may not fully understand what the software does or why it matters to them so it could benefit from better communication of its value.

quick setup and awesome support

Pros

Getting started with this was really fast and I had everything up and running in no time. The whole onboarding process felt simple so I never felt stuck trying to figure things out. Jackson and the support team were a big help too and I liked that they kept checking in during the rollout. That made the whole experience feel a lot more personal and supportive for me.

Cons

There isn't much for me to complain about here. Compared to a previous version I used, this one feels much more natural and comfortable so no real issues have come up.

modern UI but messy dashboards

Pros

While I was looking at different CMMS tools, this one had a few things that really clicked for me. The biggest plus is the YouTube tutorial library. I can teach myself how to use the system without paying for extra setup or training and that saves me a lot. The way the tasks section is laid out also makes a big difference. PMs, work orders and work requests are split up instead of being shoved into one format so it's a lot faster for me to filter things and find exactly what I need. Another reason I've liked using it is the look and feel. The platform feels newer and more alive than a lot of other CMMS systems I've tried and it sounds like they're already working on making it even better. A lot of bigger platforms still feel behind on design but this one seems to be moving in the right direction. Support has also been a strong point for me. When something goes wrong, I can use the chat and usually hear back within a few minutes from actual people who work there, not an outside support company. If I need more help, I'm able to book time with the customer support manager and get direct help on features I'm still figuring out. I also like the feature request board because users can post ideas and vote on them and that makes me feel like customer input is actually being heard.

Cons

The drawbacks aren't major but they do impact how my team works. The biggest issue is with the custom dashboard setup, where I can't adjust the date range across all widgets at once since each one has its own setting. For our workflow, we usually compare the same data across different timeframes like daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly so I either have to duplicate reports multiple times or update each widget manually which takes a lot of time. Another limitation is that dashboards can't be grouped so everything ends up in one dropdown list which quickly becomes cluttered when I create copies for different facilities. The bar charts also cause some frustration since their legends only appear on hover making it hard to understand the data especially in printed reports where labels are not clearly shown. Pie charts do display a legend on the side so that at least provides a small workaround.

simple job tracking that works

Pros

Handling work requests feels really easy to me from beginning to end. Assigning tasks to technicians is quick and I can follow each request as it moves through the process without any confusion. That kind of visibility has helped me stay organized and keep better control of my daily work.

Cons

A company-wide dashboard feels like a missing feature. It would be very useful for managers or others who don't actively use the system to still log in and view submitted work requests without needing full access so they can stay informed.

reliable and consistently dependable

Pros

Honestly I've had barely any problems with it which really says a lot. Most tools I've used before were way more of a hassle so this has been a really dependable experience for me. That steady performance has made a real difference and I've gotten a lot of value out of it.

qr codes save us time

Pros

One thing that really sold me on this tool is how easy it is. When a system starts demanding too many details, it becomes a hassle fast and that was exactly what we were trying to stay away from. The QR codes on the equipment have been a huge help too because they cut out so much of the running around with emails, calls and scribbled notes before anything even gets worked on. Because of that, our techs can get right to the job and take care of things on the spot instead of wasting time hunting down info first.

Pros

Using this for work orders has been a really great experience for me. Things are already in a good spot and I'm planning to print more QR codes because I can tell they'll help us keep everything moving even faster. Day-to-day stuff feels a lot more under control with those tools in place. Another big plus for me has been the chat support. Every time I've reached out, the team has been super helpful and very supportive.

Pros

Over the last two years, I've had a really reliable experience with this tool. It's done what I need without causing much trouble and only a few minor problems have come up the whole time. For me, it has stayed steady, trustworthy and has worked out well from day one.

Cons

Right now, I don't really have anything major to complain about. I mainly stick to the project management part of the platform so I'm not using all of the features it includes. Still, for what I need, that hasn't caused any issues at all.

really great project tracking

Pros

I noticed how simple the layout feels so pretty much anyone on the team can get comfortable with it fast. It also comes with the main tools I want in a project management platform which makes it feel well-rounded instead of missing key parts. On top of that, the admin area is pretty clear and once I set up an asset, I can move straight into building and tracking work without dealing with a bunch of extra steps.

Cons

The main downside for me is the cost since it does feel a little pricey. it is not way above what similar tools charge. I could switch to something cheaper but then I would probably lose features I use all the time so for me that tradeoff does not really make sense.
