mobile app that keeps us connected

Pros

mobile app has made a big difference for me and my team. Our daily project work and team communication feel a lot better than with anything we used before. On top of that, every person from their team that I've dealt with has been really helpful and that has made the whole experience even more positive for us.

Cons

One thing I'd still like to see is an option to turn down a work request right in the system. Sometimes requests come in that just don't make sense or aren't really possible to complete and I'd like to be able to reject those instead of having them sit there.

calendar view keeps me on track

Pros

calendar layout has been really helpful for me. It lets me plan out my work in a clear way and keeps everything organized so I don't feel all over the place during the day.

Cons

At first, going through closed work requests felt a little confusing when I needed to check past details. After I spent a bit more time using it though, it started to click and became much easier to follow.

fits our school perfectly

Pros

This tool ended up being a really practical match for our educational organization because I could set it up around our specific needs. That made it feel like it was built for us instead of forcing us to change how we work. Whenever we needed help or wanted something adjusted, the team was responsive, informed and very willing to work with us.

Cons

really have not come across any downside worth mentioning. If this platform matches what your company is looking for, I would definitely say it is worth trying.

all-in-one maintenance win

Pros

Having my work orders, assets and parts all together in one system has been a huge plus for me. Everything links up really well so I get a much clearer view of what's going on across maintenance. The reporting side has also been really strong in my experience. It gives me a great read on how the team is doing and helps me keep track of day-to-day operations without a lot of guesswork.

Cons

The main thing I'd still want from Liable is a little more depth in maintenance management. It already covers a lot but I'd love to have more report choices so I can watch KPIs more closely. Safety metrics for the team would be especially helpful for me.

helpful layout and support

Pros

One thing I really enjoy is how clear the layout feels. It helps me keep track of assets and upcoming work without a lot of extra effort. Another big plus for me is the support team. Whenever I've reached out in chat or set up a Zoom call, they've been quick to respond and really helpful.

Cons

A few parts of the system can take longer than I'd like to open especially the PM relations tool and I notice that pretty often in day-to-day use. I'd also like to see a way to link multiple assets to one PM template while still having each asset's timing update automatically after a task gets finished.

fast support and helpful chat

Pros

The chat feature has been super useful for me when we need to work through problems. Any time something comes up, your support team gets back to us really fast and actually helps which has made a big difference for me.

Cons

Honestly I have not run into any real issues so far. Everything else has been going well on our side and I'm really thankful for all the support you've kept giving us.

really user-friendly for maintenance

Pros

I could tell this CMMS was built for real maintenance teams. My crew had no trouble getting into it and that made a big difference for me. It's the most easy CMMS I've used so far but it still gives me all the main tools I need to run a strong maintenance and reliability program without feeling like anything important is missing.

Cons

One spot that still needs some work, in my opinion, is the purchasing area. I'd like more control when it comes to combining POs, filtering them sorting them and just moving through that process in a better way. It works well enough today but to me that whole part could definitely be faster and more polished.

loving this cmms upgrade

Pros

Honestly I've really enjoyed using it and I can totally see why it's rated so high. We used a different CMMS platform for years and after switching, I noticed this one feels a lot more complete and way better put together. It does the job really well and to me it's been a big step up from what we had before.

Cons

I'm genuinely very happy with the software and I don't really have any real complaints to call out.

task builder fits us perfectly

Pros

We've had a really good experience with this system so far. The best part for me is how customizable the task builder is since it lets our team set things up in a way that actually matches how we work. dedicated support that really helps

Pros

Having one support person just for our company has been the best part for me. They really know where we are right now and the advice feels specific to our situation instead of sounding generic. It feels like we are getting real direction to help us grow and move into the next stage.

Cons

Pros

After trying to find something that felt more usable across the whole company, this has been a really great fit for us. From me to our VP and other leaders, everyone can sign in, see how our assets are doing and keep up with what is happening without any confusion. downtime proof made work lighter

Pros

inventory and work orders shine

Pros

The biggest thing that has stood out to me is the inventory and work order part of this software. My techs keep saying it feels very easy to use so getting the team on board was not a struggle at all. That alone made a big difference for me. On top of that, the inventory tools have been really valuable because they help me keep a closer eye on what we have in stock, plan expenses better and cut down on wasted money.

Cons

It's surprisingly efficient at helping management track usage and I don't really have anything negative to mention beyond that.

stock visibility has been awesome

Pros

Unexpected downtime can get pricey really fast so I like being able to see exactly what's in stock and what's just sitting on the shelf. Pros

Getting this up and running felt really easy which I liked a lot. The price also felt very fair for what I was getting so to me it came across as a good value overall.

Cons
