Working with this tool has been really smooth. Adding new details doesn't take much time and I can upload pictures to POs, tasks, work orders, vendor profiles and other records without any issues. Everything being in one place helps me pull up what I need faster and the way the modules connect makes a real difference. With just a click, I can move between sections and follow the trail without getting stuck.
Cons
Tabs opening on top of each other can be inconvenient since moving one aside isn't possible which makes workflow a bit clunky at times.

biggest win for me is the work order and preventive maintenance side since that's primarily why I use it. Mobile access has also been really helpful for me and my team especially when we're away from our desks. Having everything tied together in one place has been huge. It gives our team a clear view of both unexpected jobs and scheduled maintenance which makes day-to-day work feel much more organized. Because of that, getting started felt natural and we were able to get up to speed quickly and be productive right away.
Cons
One thing I'd still like is a PM upload sheet that would let me bring in the same preventive maintenance setup for a bunch of assets at once, while still being able to choose different start and due dates for each asset.

Using this tool has been a big help for me when it comes to keeping up with assets in a practical way. The QR codes make tracking a lot faster and the mobile app has been a real upgrade since I do not have to mess with paper while I am out in the field. Being able to add photos and documents like manuals right to each asset also makes a big difference because everything stays together in one spot and is much quicker for me to pull up.
