What really works for me is how flexible the system is. I can handle the same task in different ways which feels more like putting pieces together to fit how our team actually operates. It's also great that all our sites can live in one product, while anything that needs to stay separate by location can do so. The copy feature has been a huge time-saver too, duplicating field groups, locations, PMs or other setup work lets me reuse what's already made making the daily admin side much less of a hassle.
Cons
Some features, like advanced tech and manager access, come with a large pricing jump which feels unnecessary and PM setup at the asset level can be repetitive and clunky.

Even extra features I thought I might need were already there which saved a ton of time and effort.
Cons
A few improvements could help, such as letting adjusters scan parts without creating a work order first and having larger or zoomable icons in the mobile app for easier use.
