“work orders finally under control”
Pros
This tool feels really well put together and I like how it lets my supervisor quickly see what's going on with all of our work orders. It's simple to track where each one is, what still needs attention and how things are moving along. On my end, I've noticed it has taken a lot of stress off my supervisor especially when it comes to keeping work orders organized and making sure the right tasks get handed out to the right people.
Cons
We're still learning to use all the features and take full advantage of what the tool offers.

Pros
Honestly this is the first tool I've used in a long time that actually feels like it was made to be clear and practical. After about 15 years of working with different systems, nothing else really comes to mind that felt this natural to use. On the technical side, it seems very well put together and I can tell a lot of care went into how it was designed. To me, it feels worth the money because the team clearly spent real time making the software simple to understand and comfortable to work in.
Cons
Compared to Maximo which felt far too bulky for our needs, this tool has been much easier to manage without requiring near full-time oversight.

Pros
Getting this up and running was pretty easy for me and I've really enjoyed having everything we need in one place. It already feels like a full solution for our team right now and I can also see it growing with us as we run into new needs across the company and our systems.
Cons
Even though there are still many features we haven't explored, the tool has already met our needs and covered almost everything we've required so far.

biggest thing for me is how much I can tweak the assets however I want. That kind of flexibility is really nice and it gives me a lot more control to set things up in a way that fits what I need instead of being stuck with one preset way of doing it.
Cons
Video training could be improved, as some clips feel too brief and would benefit from more detail and deeper walkthroughs.

This system has been doing a really great job for us since we rolled it out and a big part of that is how helpful their team has been the whole way through. Our crew now gets work orders and PM tasks right away on their phones and they can mark them done as soon as the work is finished. That has saved me a lot of time and helped our department work a lot better especially when we are short on people. We're getting more maintenance done with a smaller team and communication has improved a lot too since we are not stuck digging through long email threads anymore. Honestly it has worked out even better than I expected and has given us stronger results than we originally had in mind.
Cons
Initially, I expected some team members might resist using it but the simplicity has led to very positive feedback instead.

“love the qr work orders”
Pros
One thing that really stood out to me was the simple link anyone can use to send in a work order. We keep a laminated QR code at the supervisor station and once somebody scans it, the request form opens right away. That phone-friendly setup has been really useful for us because people can put in requests straight from their own devices. To me, that makes the whole process a lot more convenient and useful day to day.
Cons
My only gripe honestly is not with the software at all. I live and work in Memphis so it feels like the weather is either blazing hot or just less hot. I'd much rather be outside working somewhere like Utah instead.

Getting started with this tool felt really natural for me and I still had a lot of ways to tweak things to match how I like to work. The initial setup didn't take much effort and before long I had it working the way I needed without dealing with a bunch of extra steps.
Cons
The one thing that still bugs me is not being able to resize a picture on a WO or PM when printing those documents. That feels a little restrictive to me since I'd like more say over how images look on the printed version.

Cons

the thing that impressed me most was the support team. Whenever I've needed help, I've felt like someone was really there for me and that has meant a lot in my overall experience. Another big plus is how well this CMMS works with our non-traditional way of doing business. That mattered a lot to me because it adjusts to how we already operate instead of making us follow some stiff, one-size-fits-all setup.
Cons

The platform still feels worth the money for what we get and with three users we're paying around $2,400 a year right now. I've seen how the user-based cost can climb pretty quickly. Every time another person is added, the total goes up so companies with a bigger team of technicians could end up spending a lot. To me, that means it may start to feel overpriced and could be tough for smaller businesses that depend on a larger technician staff.

it offers a ton of features without feeling overwhelming. The mobile app works offline which has been a big help. The clean layout is easy to navigate and I got comfortable with it quickly. The online training videos gave me enough support to get going. I've really appreciated the asset tracking tools, unlimited cloud storage and built-in QR code creation and scanning. Customizable PMs and WOs fit my workflow well and having a Spanish option is a nice bonus. The API connects with other platforms, the setup had no fee and I got a dedicated implementation specialist which made onboarding feel much more personal. Sensor integration has been useful, customer service is consistently strong and they actually listen to feature requests. Flexible user permissions make it work well for different teams.
Cons
The Spanish version still needs some improvement, particularly with a few translations.
