work orders finally under control

Pros

This tool feels really well put together and I like how it lets my supervisor quickly see what's going on with all of our work orders. It's simple to track where each one is, what still needs attention and how things are moving along. On my end, I've noticed it has taken a lot of stress off my supervisor especially when it comes to keeping work orders organized and making sure the right tasks get handed out to the right people.

Cons

We're still learning to use all the features and take full advantage of what the tool offers.

built with real thought

Pros

Honestly this is the first tool I've used in a long time that actually feels like it was made to be clear and practical. After about 15 years of working with different systems, nothing else really comes to mind that felt this natural to use. On the technical side, it seems very well put together and I can tell a lot of care went into how it was designed. To me, it feels worth the money because the team clearly spent real time making the software simple to understand and comfortable to work in.

Cons

Compared to Maximo which felt far too bulky for our needs, this tool has been much easier to manage without requiring near full-time oversight.

Pros

Getting this up and running was pretty easy for me and I've really enjoyed having everything we need in one place. It already feels like a full solution for our team right now and I can also see it growing with us as we run into new needs across the company and our systems.

Cons

Even though there are still many features we haven't explored, the tool has already met our needs and covered almost everything we've required so far.

love the customization options

Pros

biggest thing for me is how much I can tweak the assets however I want. That kind of flexibility is really nice and it gives me a lot more control to set things up in a way that fits what I need instead of being stuck with one preset way of doing it.

Cons

Video training could be improved, as some clips feel too brief and would benefit from more detail and deeper walkthroughs.

mobile work orders changed everything

Pros

This system has been doing a really great job for us since we rolled it out and a big part of that is how helpful their team has been the whole way through. Our crew now gets work orders and PM tasks right away on their phones and they can mark them done as soon as the work is finished. That has saved me a lot of time and helped our department work a lot better especially when we are short on people. We're getting more maintenance done with a smaller team and communication has improved a lot too since we are not stuck digging through long email threads anymore. Honestly it has worked out even better than I expected and has given us stronger results than we originally had in mind.

Cons

Initially, I expected some team members might resist using it but the simplicity has led to very positive feedback instead.

love the qr work orders

Pros

One thing that really stood out to me was the simple link anyone can use to send in a work order. We keep a laminated QR code at the supervisor station and once somebody scans it, the request form opens right away. That phone-friendly setup has been really useful for us because people can put in requests straight from their own devices. To me, that makes the whole process a lot more convenient and useful day to day.

Cons

My only gripe honestly is not with the software at all. I live and work in Memphis so it feels like the weather is either blazing hot or just less hot. I'd much rather be outside working somewhere like Utah instead.

simple setup with great options

Pros

Getting started with this tool felt really natural for me and I still had a lot of ways to tweak things to match how I like to work. The initial setup didn't take much effort and before long I had it working the way I needed without dealing with a bunch of extra steps.

Cons

The one thing that still bugs me is not being able to resize a picture on a WO or PM when printing those documents. That feels a little restrictive to me since I'd like more say over how images look on the printed version.

love how user-friendly it is

Pros

I felt comfortable using this software in my day-to-day work. It didn't take me long to get the hang of it and training our techs was pretty easy too without needing a bunch of extra time or effort. That has made a big difference for me and the team.

Cons

So far, I really haven't found anything to complain about. Any time I hit a problem, the support team jumped on it fast and got it fixed so nothing has turned into an ongoing issue for me.

paperless tracking that actually helps

Pros

Back when we were still running everything on paper, the whole system felt messy and hard to prove. We wrote things down by hand but there really was no great way to follow up on what was finished and what was still pending. That made things frustrating for me especially anytime I needed to show records or confirm that maintenance had actually been done. Since using this tool, I finally have a clear way to keep track of everything. I can see what's completed, what still needs work and I've got real records to show our maintenance history when someone asks for it. That kind of accountability has made a huge difference for us.

Cons

This tool isn't going to somehow tidy up my office for me but in my day-to-day work, it has made things a whole lot easier to handle and stay on top of.

supportive team and flexible fit

Pros

the thing that impressed me most was the support team. Whenever I've needed help, I've felt like someone was really there for me and that has meant a lot in my overall experience. Another big plus is how well this CMMS works with our non-traditional way of doing business. That mattered a lot to me because it adjusts to how we already operate instead of making us follow some stiff, one-size-fits-all setup.

Cons

The toughest part for me has been putting the information into the system, mostly because that's not really my strongest area. Still, I get that it's an important step if you want the software to work the way it should and once that part is handled, everything else runs well off of it.

fast refresh and full asset view

Pros

One thing that really stands out to me is how fast the system refreshes. It makes everything feel responsive when I'm using it day to day. I can also see and manage all my asset info in one place, including related parts which has made staying organized and on top of everything much easier.

Cons

Using this system just feels natural. When I bring new people onto the team, I usually tell them that if they can use a smartphone, they'll pick this up quickly. The layout makes sense which is a big help on busy days. Being able to access it on my phone while I'm out in the field is a huge plus, I don't have to carry a laptop or try to remember work orders for later. That alone makes the whole process feel more practical and faster.

Cons

Another big plus for me is how much you can tailor the platform to fit your needs. I honestly don't have any real complaints. Any time my team or I hit a snag, we can contact our project manager and get help making the changes we need. Pros

What really helped me with this tool was getting those monthly reports regularly, plus the team being there whenever we needed guidance. That steady support matters a lot. The in-person guidance was also a huge plus because it made the setup feel less overwhelming and helped us get everything arranged correctly. Having someone to talk to instead of figuring it all out alone made a big difference for us.

Cons

flexible setup for property work

Pros

I really like how much I can customize this tool to fit the way we work. The mobile-ready layout has been super useful for everyday tasks especially when I need to handle things on the go. I also appreciate that I'm only charged for the people actually doing the assignments which makes the pricing feel much more reasonable. Another bonus is that anyone with the link can submit a work request which has been really helpful for property management.

Cons

The platform still feels worth the money for what we get and with three users we're paying around $2,400 a year right now. I've seen how the user-based cost can climb pretty quickly. Every time another person is added, the total goes up so companies with a bigger team of technicians could end up spending a lot. To me, that means it may start to feel overpriced and could be tough for smaller businesses that depend on a larger technician staff.

I'm not very technical but this tool has felt comfortable to use from the beginning. Nothing about it is confusing or intimidating which has made a big difference for me. One thing I really like is the number of helpful video tutorials. Whenever we have a question or need to double-check something, we usually find a clear answer online quickly. I've loved how clearly this tool lays out what's being done, both in terms of time and cost. That kind of insight has been really useful. The biggest win for me is how flexible it is, it does so much more than basic upkeep. We've used it for budgeting, staffing, fleet maintenance, trail work event prep, tree and plant tracking, mapping and even monitoring security systems. Pros

it offers a ton of features without feeling overwhelming. The mobile app works offline which has been a big help. The clean layout is easy to navigate and I got comfortable with it quickly. The online training videos gave me enough support to get going. I've really appreciated the asset tracking tools, unlimited cloud storage and built-in QR code creation and scanning. Customizable PMs and WOs fit my workflow well and having a Spanish option is a nice bonus. The API connects with other platforms, the setup had no fee and I got a dedicated implementation specialist which made onboarding feel much more personal. Sensor integration has been useful, customer service is consistently strong and they actually listen to feature requests. Flexible user permissions make it work well for different teams.

Cons

The Spanish version still needs some improvement, particularly with a few translations.
