“support team has been fantastic”
Pros
First thing I'd mention is the support team. Every time I've reached out, they've been friendly, fast and actually helpful. That kind of response makes a big difference and for me it's been one of the best parts of using this software.
Cons
One small annoyance is copying an existing asset. The app asks for a name first but then still marks it as a copy automatically so I have to rename it again.

“inventory and work orders done right”
Pros
This tool has really changed the way I handle day-to-day operations. I can keep track of assets, work orders and purchase orders all in one place and that has made everything feel a lot more organized. Technicians also get alerts right away when something comes up so important issues do not slip through the cracks. On top of that, inventory is way more under control now and takes a lot less effort than before. There is honestly a lot I could say about how much this has helped me. Customer support has also been amazing every time I have needed them.
Cons
The biggest downside is the cost which is on the higher side and could be too much for some teams. Even so, the features and value still make it worth it.

“clear planning that really helps”
Pros
One of the best parts for me is being able to take all the stuff in my head and lay it out in a clear schedule. That makes everything feel a lot more organized and I can keep up with what needs to get done without relying on memory for every little thing.
Cons
I haven't had any problems so far and haven't found any real downsides worth mentioning.

“simple requests with happy team”
Pros
Using this software has been really easy for me and the people sending in requests seem to like how quick and clear it is to put in a new one. That has made the whole process feel a lot more friendly and less frustrating for everyone involved.
Cons
Overall I've been really pleased. My maintenance team likes being able to see what needs attention immediately which helps them stay on top of jobs.

“clear task ownership”
Pros
One thing I really like is being able to see exactly who owns each task. That makes accountability a lot more clear for me. It also helps me keep work moving in a steady way so tasks that still need to get done do not get overlooked or forgotten.
Cons
I've had a good experience following up on work that still needs attention. I can check who finished tasks, giving me a clear history of what was done and by whom.

“helpful outage tracking”
Pros
Keeping up with equipment downtime has been a lot more manageable with this tool. I can see what is going on without having to piece things together and that kind of visibility has really helped me stay aware of issues and respond faster when something comes up.
Cons
The main thing missing is video uploads. That would help share more detailed context on-site and not having it has been a downside.

“love the customizable setup”
Pros
this software felt really flexible to me. A lot of tools try to pack in everything at once and that usually turns into crowded pages, too many settings and a bunch of extra steps just to find what I need. With this one, I can start with a clean base and build it out around how I actually work. That makes it feel a lot more useful day to day. I can leave it basic or add more as needed and I'm not stuck dealing with a bunch of stuff I'll never use. The layout stays clean and I'm not wasting time digging through menu after menu just to get to my information.
Cons
I haven't seen any major downsides so far. We're using it in two facilities and it's done exactly what we wanted.

“clean setup and clear layout”
Pros
I felt comfortable using this tool because the layout is so clear and simple to follow. Getting it ready and actually starting with it did not take much effort on my end. Nothing felt confusing and I was able to figure out where everything was without wasting time. That made the whole rollout feel pretty natural and stress-free for me.
Cons
So far I have not run into anything that has bothered me about this tool. Everything has worked the way I expected and I really have not had any real issues to complain about.

“fits my business perfectly”
Pros
This tool really works well for me because I can set it up around the way my business runs. I'm able to capture the exact details I need and that makes the whole thing feel a lot more practical and useful for my day-to-day work.
Cons
The one feature I'd still like is a better automatic option for fuel tracking. It would help a lot if I could connect a credit card to a certain vehicle and have those charges pulled in on their own instead of entering everything by hand.

“simple and handy for maintenance”
Pros
Using this tool has been really easy for me. The app is simple to figure out and the QR code option makes it super convenient to send maintenance requests without any extra steps. As an operator, that saves me time and makes the whole process feel a lot more practical day to day.
Cons
I really have not come across anything that feels like a downside. I have not had any issues with the tool at this point.

“Slow, Buggy, Unreliable, Tedious”
Pros
The user interface is generally effortless. Communication between mechanics and drivers through Limble is usually seamless. The desktop/web version is slightly superior to the app.
Cons
I experience significant time wastage due to frequent logouts and work order reloading issues with Limble. The software often closes unexpectedly or displays errors, requiring constant refreshing. It's frustrating to input parts multiple times as they frequently fail to save. Confirmed parts on a work order sometimes remain in inventory. The parts search page is poorly designed, resetting the list just as you're about to click on the desired part. Additionally, comments often fail to save or appear with words in a different order than typed. Overall, using the software feels tedious and exasperating. The automatic playback of a meme GIF upon closing a work order or preventive maintenance task feels juvenile and condescending. To top it off, an error message appears when attempting to disable this feature.

“Limble for asset management at food production facility”
Pros
I find it to be a simple-to-use platform that consolidates all financial aspects (parts, time, and human resources) and connects them to assets throughout the facility.
Cons
Our Limble executive promptly resolved issues I encountered with specific task types. However, there are certain aspects I dislike. Some actions require double clicks, such as editing or changing the date. If you fail to click both the "Change Date" and "Finish Editing" buttons, the date won't update. When viewing overdue tasks, I can't change due dates for multiple tasks simultaneously. Furthermore, the filters for lists, especially when looking at overdue tasks, lack sufficient personalization options. These seemingly minor issues could significantly improve the software's usability and make my life easier.

“Rapid CMMS!”
Pros
When a new software is introduced, employees often have reservations. However, Limble is extremely intuitive and has been effortless for our team to adopt. You don't need to be a tech expert to set up or utilize the software. Limble even allowed us to test it during a demo period, so a lot of the groundwork was already done when we signed up.
Cons
So far, our experience with Limble has been delightful!
