Pros

I'm impressed by how easy Limble is to set up and use. The level of customer service and support they offer is exceptional. Our account manager was always available to assist us and thoroughly explained every aspect of the program, making the experience enjoyable.

Island Creek Oysters Limble Review

Pros

We manage 15 buildings/structures across 13 acres of land, ranging from 200 sqft to 10,000+ sqft. Keeping track of everything can be challenging. After extensive searching for an application that aligned with our workflow processes and budget, we found Limble, which was perfect! We're still discovering new features that we can take advantage of. Alex was incredibly helpful in emphasizing the importance of setting up the system correctly and not overwhelming ourselves in the beginning. Once you have a foundation understanding of how the application works, you can always explore additional functions.

Cons

When it comes to Limble, I can't think of anything I dislike!

Pros

Having the option to access Limble on my phone allows me to set up preventive maintenance in the system. We receive a monthly summary, which is fantastic.

Easy To Use!

Pros

I appreciate how easy Limble is to navigate. If it were complicated, most people would struggle to implement it.

Cons

The only drawback that comes to mind is the time-consuming process of converting systems due to our extensive asset list. However, Limble's provided spreadsheet template does help.

Pros

The ease of use is outstanding. I used to manually enter orders into an access database, but now Limble takes care of it for me. The customer support has also been exceptional.

Cons

The mobile app has been quite glitchy in the past, but I've noticed significant improvements recently. Within the asset hierarchy, the user interface for dragging items to specific "trees" could be enhanced to streamline the process.

Limble has allowed us to streamline building maintenance, concessions management, event planning, and compliance requirements into one platform. Managing a large historic building has become much more efficient. The ability to collect data enables us to plan budgets more effectively and communicate to the Board of Trustees where funds need to be allocated and why.

Cons

We haven't encountered many issues with Limble. Any performance concerns are swiftly addressed after filing a report. Their support staff is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The team consistently integrates updates and new features, making any initially clunky functions more streamlined or obsolete.

Once everything is set up, Limble is incredibly user-friendly. All assets and their maintenance schedules are conveniently located in one place. Our Finance Department is excited about implementing asset tracking, as it will facilitate easier decision-making regarding repairs and replacements.

Cons

The initial setup process is lengthy, requiring us to input all the desired information into the system. As a team of two with busy schedules, finding a way around this challenge seems difficult.

I highly value the multitude of helpful resources provided by Limble. They go the extra mile to ensure we receive comprehensive support. I want to give a special mention to Ann! She has been invaluable in our experience with Limble and played a pivotal role in our organization's choice to implement it across all sites.

Cons

Unfortunately, with the premium plus plan, I am unable to customize roles. Specifically, I would appreciate it if my technicians had the ability to add new parts. Additionally, it would be beneficial if a technician opening a new task while currently working on another task would receive a prompt to log time.
