“Reliability starts with a good CMMS.”
Pros
Limble has played a crucial role in implementing a maintenance reliability program at RIE. As a power user and for operators submitting work requests, the Limble system is incredibly intuitive. I appreciate that anyone can submit a work request without logging into Limble, and it's great that requestors receive updates on their submitted work requests. The customer service provided by Limble is outstanding, and my CSM [sensitive content hidden] always responds to my queries promptly. [sensitive content hidden] did an excellent job guiding me through Limble, and I'm pleased to have access to the training recordings and the valuable content on Limble's YouTube channel.
Cons
I have yet to find anything I dislike about Limble. It offers tremendous flexibility, allowing for customization and the incorporation of additional features as needed.

“Limble in Solids Control.”
Pros
I love how easy it is to set up and use PMs for our safety paperwork, ensuring our team stays on top of things in the field.
Cons
The mobile app and desktop versions have significant differences, which can make it challenging to navigate when you're more accustomed to one of them. I would also appreciate the inclusion of features that enable PMs to work across different locations and provide multiple choice selections within PMs.

“Easy to use system for mintenance and asset tracking”
Pros
It's simple to organize and offers excellent search filters for quickly finding what I need.
Cons
Limble could benefit from offering more label and printing options. It would be great if there was a "calibration module" that allows for tracking and printing of calibration due dates with a specialized label format directly from Limble. This would be particularly beneficial for ISO 900, 13485, and other related standards, setting Limble apart from its competitors.

“Fixed Asset Management for Food Manufacturer”
Pros
From a finance department perspective, there are a couple of aspects I appreciate about Limble: (1) the ability to track fixed assets, providing constant visibility of our operational assets, and (2) cost tracking, including downtime, repairs, and parts expenses.
Cons
I have no comments regarding the software itself. Our issue lies with the people. Limble is a solid tool, but as they say, "garbage in, garbage out." We need our team members to put in the work to make the tool effective.

“Great system for manufacturing”
Pros
-The capability to link assets to PMs and parts. -The option to submit a work order without an account and associate all related work orders with an email. -Effortlessly sending work orders to vendors.
Cons
Nothing specific comes to mind; the implementation was smooth, and setup is even easier if you create a template and duplicate it.

“helpful tools and perfect support”
Pros
My team has been able to send work order requests without much trouble and I can keep up with preventive maintenance and incoming requests all in one spot. One thing I really like is the huge set of tutorials. Pretty much anytime I need help with something, there's a guide for it so I feel a lot more confident knowing that support is there when I need it.
Cons
Since I just started using it, the amount of stuff on the screen feels a little overwhelming right now. There's a lot to take in at first and I'm still learning where everything is. I can already tell that once I spend more time with it, I'll be able to set up my dashboards the way I want and cut back on all the alerts coming in.

“helpful support and fast follow-ups”
Pros
One thing I really enjoy about this tool is the amount of support it gives me. The system feels very simple to use in my everyday work and that has made a big difference. My clients also like how fast they can check in on the work requests they send over so communication has felt a lot quicker and more organized for me.
Cons
At times, it can feel a little overwhelming just because the platform offers a lot. To me, that is both a plus and a downside. Having so many features is useful but it can take a bit of time to learn where everything is and get fully comfortable with it.

“packed with useful insights”
Pros
I could tell this system was doing a lot for us. I can send tasks to the correct team without any mix-ups and it gives me a really detailed view of how our equipment is doing from all sides. The more info I put into it, the more helpful it becomes and I can absolutely see why the staff keeps saying that. After a short time using it, I started catching trends and patterns that helped me make smarter calls instead of just going off instinct. Having real numbers in front of me makes it a lot easier to explain things and share great data with anyone who needs it. Another big plus is how simple work requests are to send in since anyone can just scan a QR code and submit one. I could honestly say a lot more but the requests keep coming in.
Cons
To date I really haven't run into anything negative to call out. If something ever does pop up, I'd feel totally fine contacting support and I'm pretty sure they'd take care of it fast.

“perfect tool...”
Pros
After trying a few other CMMS tools, this one feels a lot more built out to me. It has pretty much everything I've needed so far and I haven't really noticed any big missing pieces. Compared to the other systems I've used, this platform just seems more complete and better rounded.
Cons
The main thing that bugs me is how my technicians can't quickly see all open work orders unless I move up to a higher plan or mess around with the setup. That part feels more restricted than it needs to be, at least to me.

Pros
Getting started with this software was really simple for me. We had it set up and ready to use almost and the whole process felt hassle-free from the start.

“daily updates keep me on track”
Pros
Such a relief not having to remember every single task on my own anymore. The app refreshes daily and that helps me stay on top of what needs to get done without letting things slip.
Cons
Up until now, I really haven't had any problems with it. It's been doing its job well for me and I don't have any real complaints right now.

“super simple and flexible tool”
Pros
One thing that really sold me on this tool is how much I can tailor it to fit what I need. I've tried other options that offer some of the same freedom but this one feels way more natural to use. The layout just makes sense and it doesn't take me forever to figure out where things are or how to set everything up. That alone has saved me a lot of time and made the whole process a lot less frustrating.
Cons
To be honest the only downside for me is that this tool keeps me accountable. Once I started using it, I really couldn't ignore equipment maintenance anymore. It makes it pretty obvious what needs attention so I've got no real excuse to put things off. Not exactly a bad problem to have but it definitely pushes me to stay on top of the work.

“highly customizable for our team”
Pros
I liked how much I could shape this tool around the way our team actually works. The request forms, the work orders and just about every part of the setup can be adjusted to fit what we need. There are also a lot of built-in custom options and functions so I get plenty of control without feeling boxed in. That flexibility has made the platform feel like a really good match for our workflow.
Cons
The primary annoyance for me is that some areas we do not even use, like parts and time tracking, still stay visible and cannot be shut off. I would really like the choice to hide or disable those sections so everything feels cleaner and more relevant for our team.

“helpful support and simple setup”
Pros
Using this tool has felt pretty natural for me, even when I need to move fast and get something done without wasting time. Another big plus has been the support team. I've had really good interactions with them and that help has honestly been one of the best parts of the software for me.
Cons
One issue that has bothered me is that the mobile app and desktop version do not always stay in sync the way I expect. I've noticed a few problems when going back and forth between them and that can get a bit annoying sometimes.
