really happy with support

Pros

easy to use.... Setting it up and building what I needed didn't take much time which was a big plus. On top of that, their account team and live chat have been super helpful anytime I've run into something and the quick responses have made the whole experience even better.

Cons

My main request would be for a few more ways to tweak the dashboards. There's already a great amount there but I'd love options like conditional formatting so numbers could automatically show in red when they're low or green when they're doing well. It's not a big problem at all and definitely wouldn't keep me from using the platform but it would be a really useful upgrade.

Pros

Honestly the best part for me has been the support and how natural the platform feels to use every day. The layout is clean so I can get to the info I need without wasting time and it fits our team really well because there's a lot we can adjust to match how we work. A big plus has also been our rep, who checks in often and has made the setup process feel a lot less overwhelming and much more easy for us.

Cons

Most of the slowdowns I've run into have really come from our own internal process, not the software. There have been a handful of moments where I wished the platform had one more option, like a certain button or view to make things a little more convenient but it wasn't there yet. Even so, our rep has been quick to respond every time and passes those suggestions along to the product team right away.

loving the user-friendly setup

Pros

Coming from the system we had before, this one has felt a lot more natural to use. I've really liked how simple it is to get around and the whole platform has been very comfortable to work in so far. It just feels more clear and less frustrating day to day.

Cons

At this moment, I honestly can't point to any real problems. It still feels a little early for me to call out drawbacks but so far I haven't run into anything that has given me a reason to complain.

Pros

Keeping up with my schedule has been way better with this tool. Since I handle several locations, having work orders and maintenance timelines all together in one spot helps me stay organized and not miss things.

Cons

I really haven't had any major problems with it. The only thing that caught me off guard at first was how many ways you can set it up so it felt like a lot in the beginning. Once I got into the support team, help articles and training videos, it started to make a lot more sense and I got comfortable pretty quickly.

packed with useful features

Pros

Getting started with this tool felt really natural for me so I didn't have to spend a bunch of time figuring things out. It has a lot built in and I like that it covers different things I might need without making me feel stuck. Being able to use it on multiple devices is also a big plus for me since I'm not tied to just one setup.

Cons

My only real complaint is that it comes with more options than I'll probably ever use.

Adapts easily as my business grows

Pros

I liked how much room this platform gives me to adjust things for different business needs without feeling stuck with one setup. It covers the main tools I need to run a startup and as things grow, I can still rely on it to keep up without feeling like I need to switch to something else.

Cons

On my end, I really have not spent time with the cross-platform side so I cannot say much there. One thing I did run into is that I cannot make links or use it for SAP-related work so that does make it less useful for those particular situations.

customizable and really helpful

Pros

Using this tool has been a really nice experience for me. It's very easy to use and the amount of control it gives me with customization is probably the best part. My day-to-day work feels a lot less stressful now and it has cut down the time and effort I used to spend on regular tasks.

Cons

great tracking and maintenance tools

Pros

The biggest plus for me is the tracking side of this tool. Work order entry is simple, preventive maintenance scheduling is clear and the asset tracking helps me keep everything in order. It's been really useful for staying organized and keeping up with maintenance jobs without things feeling messy or hard to follow.

Cons

The main downside for me is that I have to keep refreshing the page to catch updates or changes. It does the job but I'd really rather have it update on its own in real time instead of making me check manually.

Moreover, the live support is a game-changer; having quick assistance available 24/5 has been invaluable.

Cons

While Limble CMMS is exceptional overall, there's one minor annoyance: some of the features we consider essential are only available in the enterprise package. It would have been more convenient if certain seemingly simple features were accessible in the professional package.

Pros

Limble's configurability is one of its standout qualities. In our industry, having the ability to customize dashboards and fields for parts, assets, etc., is crucial for logging the necessary information for audits. Limble has not only allowed us to track tasks and manage time better but has also enabled us to log information exactly as we need it.

Cons

Personally, I find the navigation a bit cumbersome when using iPads or tablets. It works seamlessly on PCs and mobile devices, but there are occasional visual issues on iPads. However, this is me searching for any minor drawbacks.

Great All-Around Tool

Pros

It's incredibly user-friendly and easy to set up. Our maintenance team has had no complaints about the interface, and both office and shop employees appreciate having this excellent new tool for capturing work requests.

Cons

There are very few cons, but one improvement I would like to see is the ability to fully edit all text on the work request template. There are certain question headers that I would prefer to have the flexibility to modify the wording slightly.

Limble Great tool for Maintenance

Pros

With over 25 years of experience in the maintenance field and 15 years as a maintenance planner in one of the world's largest poultry food industries, I've had the opportunity to work with various CMMS systems like MP2, Megamation, and SAP. Among them, Limble CMMS stands out as the most user-friendly system for maintenance. Creating work orders, managing assets, setting up PMS, adjusting schedules, prioritizing work orders, and accessing completion charts, labor reports, and parts are all incredibly easy. I highly recommend the Limble System to all prospective customers. It has everything a maintenance department needs.
