Pros
The CMMS's simple visual reporting is precisely what our executive team desired. We were pleasantly surprised by the endless possibilities offered by Limble. The QR codes for our assets and their links to schematics and other attachments have been particularly impressive.
Cons
It would be great if my technicians could opt-out of receiving emails from the Limble system when they're not working. We haven't found a simple solution to disable those notifications during their time off.

One feature I appreciate is the ability to provide customers with a simple way to submit work orders through QR codes. Additionally, Limble's updates on the status of submitted work orders are invaluable. We can customize QR codes for different assets, locations, and vehicles.
Cons
I don't have any major complaints. However, I would prefer the data display to resemble an Excel spreadsheet more.

The scheduling feature on Limble is my favorite aspect. Being able to create custom PM templates and set up recurring PMs or work orders helps tremendously with organization.
Cons

The training was perfectly paced, avoiding overwhelming amounts of information at once. (Thanks to customer support team!) Exporting the customer list from QuickBooks and importing it into Limble was also a hassle free process. I'm excited to utilize it for our vehicle and equipment maintenance.
Cons
I can't think of anything at the moment. I'll update my review after a year. Currently, we're in the sixth month of using it daily.

The setup process was extremely easy, and the customer service exceeded my expectations. The web chat function provided one of the most effective chat experiences I've encountered.
Cons
When using the calendar function to view PMs, it becomes cumbersome because it lists all child assets associated with the main asset. This results in a longer list of assets than necessary and can be easily overlooked.

“really handy and quick to use”

it was pretty easy to work with this tool and the layout just made sense right away. I didn't have to spend much time figuring things out before I felt comfortable using it. Another big plus is that it saves updates on its own so I'm not stuck hitting a save button over and over. Adding assets is also really fast and that has made my day-to-day work a lot more convenient.
Cons
One thing I'd like is a way to update data fields for all assets at once instead of going through them one by one. For example, I want to switch a field from text or number to currency across everything in a single step. Reporting could also be cleaned up more because right now I still have to spend extra time fixing the raw output before I can actually use it.

One thing that really clicked for me is how it takes a bunch of complicated stuff and lays it out in a way that feels a lot more doable. Instead of feeling buried by everything, I can actually move through it without getting stressed. So far, it has made a tough process feel a lot more clear and manageable for me.
Cons

“good communication but missing tools”
Pros
it is great that how simple it is to communicate with other users and that makes coordinating work a lot less confusing. Adding photos to work orders has also been really helpful for me because it gives more background and helps everyone understand the job better. Another strong point is the level of customization. I can set things up in a way that fits how I work and that makes the system feel more useful day to day.
Cons
There are still some key things missing and that keeps this from being as useful as it could be for me. I'd really like to search for parts right from an asset's spare parts list instead of having to use a workaround. It's also frustrating that PMs can't be turned on or off quickly from a list view. Another thing that would help a lot is a more visual, spreadsheet-like layout with multiple sortable columns. Right now, parts don't show with the part number in the first column and having to depend on the Name field feels awkward. I've also noticed that search results don't always show a total count across fields. For parts it seems to be there but for PMs especially, that number is missing and I feel like managers should be able to see how many PMs each technician has at a glance. Something else that gets in the way is not being able to save my place in each section so I end up opening multiple tabs just to keep track of where I was. On top of that, the screens show too much information at once especially in PMs and it wastes a lot of space. I'd rather see 40 or 50 rows at one time but right now it feels like only 6 or 7 fit because of the layout. A one-line-per-item view would be a lot more practical until I open the full details. The search tool also feels too picky with spaces, dashes, slashes, special characters and word order. I'd much rather have both an exact search and a broader option that works more like Google.

Cons
Honestly I don't have any major complaints. Like any software, there's always a little space to make things better but I've noticed this team actually pays attention when users share ideas. My feedback has felt heard and it seems like they take suggestions seriously and move on them pretty quickly.
