LLumin not what you need -

Pros

The software is decent, but I'm certain there's a more economical alternative out there.

Cons

First, you buy the software at an exorbitant price of about $70K, and then you get charged for using it? It's like paying twice, no matter what they claim!

Well organized CMMS sytem

Pros

I rely on work orders, purchase orders, and PMs daily. Llumin has made it easy to track assets and expenses effortlessly.

Cons

I'd appreciate an easier way to find closed work orders. It would also be helpful if purchase order receipts displayed individual lines showing what was received, when, and the quantity without needing to open or print the receipts page.

Navigation is simple and user-friendly. It has greatly improved our maintenance group's organization, keeping schedules intact.

Cons

Initially, we went through significant growing pains as it was eRPortal at the time, and we were still figuring things out. It would be great if project management were included in the CMMS package.

Pros

The system is intuitive and straight to navigate. I can have multiple tabs open in the browser, with items on one tab and purchase orders on another. The new reporting feature is a major improvement over previous versions. Overall, it's a fantastic system to work with.

Cons

Love the product, but...

Pros

Asset tracking is exceptional. It's effortless to attach pictures to assets. Inventory management is strong, especially in the warehouse/crib area. The system allows for both a comprehensive view and specific drill-downs as needed. It's truly a great system.

Pros

Ready Track and Ready Asset have proven very useful.

Cons

Just when I get comfortable with the system, it changes. However, I do appreciate the changes once I get used to them. Also, after system updates, I have to reset all my customized filters.

Good product.

Pros

It brings order to the chaos of plant maintenance.

Cons

It requires a lot of IT professionals, operators, and maintenance personnel to input all the information for each piece of equipment into the system. We've had our system for many years now and still only have basic information entered.
