LLumin not what you need -

Pros

The software is decent, but I'm certain there's a more economical alternative out there.

Cons

First, you buy the software at an exorbitant price of about $70K, and then you get charged for using it? It's like paying twice, no matter what they claim!

Well organized CMMS sytem

Pros

I rely on work orders, purchase orders, and PMs daily. Llumin has made it easy to track assets and expenses effortlessly.

Cons

I'd appreciate an easier way to find closed work orders. It would also be helpful if purchase order receipts displayed individual lines showing what was received, when, and the quantity without needing to open or print the receipts page.

Pros

The ease of use is excellent, and the customer service is outstanding!

Cons

I don't have any major complaints. Transitioning to Llumin was challenging, but once I started using it daily, it became easy to navigate.
