“Sound equipment tracking capabilities
Pros
It has been quite easy to manage. Equipment tracking works well and keeps everything organized. I can easily pull data for our accounting team and compliance reports. Love having clear visibility into maintenance schedules and what's coming up.
Cons
Administrative stuff is hard to track. Things like vehicle registration deadlines or insurance reminders don't get captured well. Also wish the calendar had a way to jot down daily notes, would make planning much easier.

“Always rolling out new features
Pros
Keeps me on top of open service requests and shows me exactly how long they've been sitting there. The procedure library is super handy for documenting processes and being able to schedule things ahead of time instead of just reacting to problems is great. What impressed me most is how well it works across different platforms as that's not something I've seen with other tools I've tried. The team behind it is constantly rolling out new features and I'm always excited to see what they'll come up with next.
Cons
I honestly can't think of much to complain about. The app is really well-built and constantly getting updates, which is awesome for us users.

“Calendar gives an idea of what the maintenance team is up to
Pros
Appreciate having a single calendar view to see the maintenance team's daily schedule. Tracking work orders for equipment, monitoring part locations, setting up recurring tasks, managing vendors, adding photo attachments, documenting repair steps and designating work locations have been valuable. Finding tools and parts to finish jobs is much more efficient now. The built-in chat feature gets daily use from our team.
Cons
The main problem I've run into is with reporting for management. There's no way to see upcoming tasks for the week ahead, which makes it really tough to plan staffing properly. I can't export reports that show future work orders and that's honestly my biggest frustration. Other platforms I've checked out offer recurring work orders on a calendar that's color-coded by technician. It's really the only feature I wish this had.

Pros
It lets me manage and track all my data with incredible detail and easy access. Coming from older systems, it feels like stepping into the future. Such a massive upgrade from what I was using before.
Cons
Pricing structure is pretty limited with just a few tiers making it tough to get exactly what you need without overpaying. You end up having to buy more features than necessary just to access the ones you actually want.

“Excellent for time tracking
Pros
I can easily track how my time gets used throughout each day which is so helpful. The time tracking is verifiable and shows me exactly how well I'm utilizing my allotted hours during pay periods.
Cons
Getting my team to actually submit requests through the system instead of just walking up and asking me verbally has been a real challenge. I keep reminding them to use the platform for proper time tracking but old habits die hard.

Not complicated at all. Everyone on our team can easily check upcoming work orders and inspections. I really appreciate how it automatically generates work orders when fields get flagged or fail so nothing is missed and repairs happen fast.
Cons
Finding specific data in reports can be frustrating, especially when work orders from other team members aren't properly tagged or categorized. The reporting tools contain useful information but locating exactly what I need often takes more effort than it should.

Really helpful for cutting down the time needed to solve common plant issues and it lets planners work much faster with better accuracy.
Cons
I think it could be more power-efficient and there should be better controls over who can create or modify procedures to prevent unauthorized changes.

“Customer service never disappoints
Pros
Their customer service team really goes above and beyond. They've never let us down and always provide helpful insights. Being able to track change orders has been excellent for our workflow! It definitely saves us both time and money plus it's much more user-friendly than anything we've used.
Cons
The only thing I'd change is adding electronic signature capability for the receiving party. It would be great if they could sign documents digitally and send them back. Also wish there was a live signing feature for work order PDFs and purchase orders.

This software has honestly become my absolute favorite to work with. What really seals the deal is just how user-friendly it is.. it feels like it was designed with real people in mind not just tech experts. I don't have to overthink or look up tutorials for every little task as the layout is simple, the buttons are right where I expect them and everything flows smoothly. This platform lets me effortlessly track all of my work in real-time so I always know exactly where things stand. Then when I need to show our progress I can generate clear, detailed reports for my supervisors with just a few clicks. It's fantastic being able to visually demonstrate just how much we've accomplished during specific time periods.. whether it's weekly, monthly or for a special project. It takes what used to be a tedious administrative task and turns it into a simple and impactful way to communicate our team's success.
Cons
Having to set up requester users just to share work order updates and comments with supervisors feels like an unnecessary extra step.

that visibility is everything. it's incredibly easy to monitor exactly how each work order is progressing through the entire system in real time. i don't have to chase people down for updates or dig through messy spreadsheets i can just pull up the dashboard and see the status, who's working on it and if there are any hold-ups at a glance. It keeps everything transparent and lets me manage proactively instead of just reacting to problems.

I can't imagine running our maintenance department without this tool. As someone managing maintenance for a global chemical company the comprehensive features have been so helpful. The asset tracking keeps detailed logs of all our equipment while parts inventory management handles stock levels, reorder points and usage tracking. What really impresses me is how everything works together. The reporting dashboard gives us historical data on completed work, expenses and other key metrics. Work orders and preventative maintenance scheduling are absolutely essential for our operations. We've eliminated paper-based processes that could get lost or damaged since everything is stored in the cloud and easily searchable. The PM system automatically generates work orders based on whatever schedule you set up, daily, weekly, monthly, you name it. If you're looking to get more organized I'd definitely suggest trying the free trial to see what this powerful platform can accomplish.

“clear stock visibility and quick communication

Well I always know exactly what's in stock and when to reorder. Plus communicating with people who submit repair requests is so much faster now.
Cons
The QR code functionality doesn't really work the way I expected it to which is pretty much my only real complaint about this platform.

So cool being able to communicate right within the system and the parts tracking is impressive. When we create a work order and assign it to an asset, then add a part to that WO, it automatically deducts from inventory and sends us email alerts when we're running low on our minimum stock levels.
Cons
The phone app doesn't have scheduled notification controls which is annoying when you have multiple shifts running. I get alerts at home from other shifts and while I can silence the app completely, there's no way to set it up based on my actual work schedule. Would be great to have automatic notification timing that matches when I'm actually supposed to be working.
