Pros
It's been quite userfriendly and honestly I love how flexible it is. The way it really adapts well to different operational needs and facility sizes is impressive.. it doesn't force a small clinic to work the same way as a large hospital would. That kind of built-in versatility means it can grow and change right along with us which is so valuable.
Cons
Would be nice if there was a way to gather more information from requestors before I approve their requests.

“complete CMMS
Pros
I've been using this CMMS solution for my company and it's completely transformed our maintenance operations. The interface feels logical making it easy to move through all the features. What really stands out is how it automates so many tedious tasks from scheduling work orders to tracking inventory and generating reports. This automation has saved us time and resources. The mobile app is amazing too letting me handle maintenance issues on the go and respond to problems in real-time. Their support team deserves a mention as well. Whenever I've had questions they respond quickly with helpful solutions. Overall it's exceeded my expectations as a comprehensive CMMS solution.
Cons
Dealing with all the organizational red tape and having to justify why we needed to switch systems was a real headache though that's not really their fault.

“responsive team but inventory reporting is lacking
Pros
It's quite simple and the customer service team is awesome. You can really see how committed they are to improving the platform based on user feedback. They genuinely listen to what we need and work to make it happen.
Cons
The inventory modules are lacking some key features that make my job as CMMS Admin more difficult than it should be. There's no proper reporting on the dashboard for inventory and the processes around inventory management just aren't there. These missing pieces really slow down what should be my primary responsibilities.

“efficient work requests, staff email setup tedious
Pros
I can efficiently complete work requests and have multiple people submit them at once. It's great for tracking progress and following up on repairs. We've integrated our preventative maintenance program into it which has really helped us transition to a paperless system.
Cons
Setting up individual email addresses for all our staff was a pain. With 150+ employees I wish there was an option to use generic company emails instead of requiring personal ones for each person.

“easy to manage KPIs and reporting modules
Pros
So convenient to use compared to our old system that needed tons of SQL coding. Most of our team found that really challenging but this platform makes everything simple. The KPIs and reporting modules are super easy to handle and honestly anyone can jump in and use it without much training.
Cons
Customization options for labor and downtime reporting are pretty limited.

“excellent user experience
Pros
I like the simplicity of this product. Set up process went smoothly without any major hiccups. Every person I worked with was super helpful and clearly knew their stuff. They really took the time to understand our specific needs and offered customized solutions throughout the process which was great since we have some pretty unique requirements. The whole experience from beginning to end was genuinely enjoyable.
Cons
The main issue I've faced is that reports come out separately. Work orders don't include asset information and vice versa. However the support team worked with me to develop a great workaround that addressed our original concerns which I really appreciate.

“Not much effort required to get going
Pros
The app-based design is very easy to use. There's barely any learning curve which is perfect since I work with people at all skill levels. Whether someone is tech-savvy or completely new to this type of software I can get them up and running in just a few minutes. As an admin I really appreciate how simple it is to both use myself and teach to others.
Cons
The only real downside I can think of is the price. It's a bit costly.

Pros
Setting this up for new commercial work or facility management was simple. It outperforms many similar applications I've tried before.
Cons
Would be great to have a middle-tier user option that costs less than full access. Especially helpful for smaller companies like ours who need something between basic requesters and premium users.

The customer support here is absolutely incredible. They're always helping my team and me figure things out. These folks genuinely want to see us succeed and have found so many ways to make that happen.
Cons
There are some connection problems with Zoom integration though that's not really the team's fault.

“good for floor tickets and TPM
Pros
Being able to let shop floor workers submit maintenance tickets directly is a plus. Tracking these requests afterward is simple and setting up TPM schedules for our equipment has been useful.
Cons
Not much to complain about honestly. Just a few spots where tweaks would be helpful like letting Admin users create requests instead of jumping straight to work orders.

Pros
It is fun and easy to use. Everyone on our team learned it with almost no training required. Plus the pricing is really competitive and whenever we need support they answer all our questions.
Cons
Main drawback is that we cant fully control our own data. I'd love to be able to upload everything from our spreadsheets directly instead of having to go through tech support each time. Though I'll admit the upload process is always fast and I'm sure this approach helps prevent issues that might pop up otherwise.

Pros
I love how simple it makes managing priorities and assignments. The team responds quickly with updates so I always know where things stand. The reports are really simple and give me a clear picture of the key metrics I need to track.
Cons
I think document organization needs some extra work to make searching easier. Would be great if it worked more like Windows Explorer with simple drag and drop functionality.

So far I find it really user friendly and the online support team gets back to me quickly whenever I need help.

You can't upload CSV files on your own. You have to reach out to support every time which is frustrating.

“creating work orders has never been this easy
Pros
Lets me handle everything right from my phone. Creating work orders on the fly is simple whether someone's requesting something or I'm assigning tasks. Setting up those recurring preventive maintenance schedules was not an issue and got our whole team up and running fast. Implementation couldn't have gone smoother.
Cons
I wish the repeatable PMs could rotate between different assigned users instead of having the same person handle identical work orders repeatedly. There are several ways this could work but I'd prefer it to assign one specific user rather than just creating a group.

What I find most useful is being able to monitor downtime, track machine costs and stay on top of preventive maintenance schedules. The inventory feature is pretty slick too. It automatically adds items to assets when you charge them to a specific machine's work order.

Pros
Customer support here is outstanding. I worked with Nick from their support team and he was so knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me out. When I had follow-up questions about my solution he didn't just give me quick answers but actually sent detailed documentation and even set up a phone call so we could dive deeper into everything I needed to know.
Cons
Not a single complaint . Everything has been great even getting help on Christmas day when I wasn't expecting anyone to be available.
