“Managing work orders turned simple
Pros
Managing work orders has never been simpler. The interface is user-friendly and I can browse without any confusion. The support staff is always ready to help me.
Cons
The main thing that bothers me is needing to contact support whenever I want to change user permission settings. Can't just toggle most of those options myself.

Pros
I'm really impressed with how much we can customize the layouts and settings with our Enterprise subscription. During our Go-Live meeting I mentioned wanting to change one feature and our account manager actually implemented it that same day ! talk about responsive service !
Cons
I haven't found anything to complain about so far.

“digitized our work orders
Pros
The software helped us digitize all our work orders and procedures in a really easy-to-view platform. It's a brilliant MMS solution and the reporting feature that comes standard with premium gives tons of useful data points.
Cons
More customization choices would be helpful especially for the dashboard. Currently there's only three viewing options for work orders which feels pretty limiting.

“Tracks PM costs
Pros
I appreciate the simplicity. It really organizes our PM completion process and lets us monitor progress without any trouble. Being able to track PM costs is another feature I find valuable.
Cons
Can't really think of any downsides. Everything seems pretty well designed and I haven't run into any issues that need fixing.

“Smooth onboarding
Pros
The onboarding process was so smooth. They really understood our timeline constraints and worked around our team's varying skill levels. Throughout implementation they guided us every step of the way and made sure we got everything set up correctly.

“Helpful set up team
Pros
We found the set up team to be very friendly and helpful. The interface is clean and simple and it is really easy to move around without any confusion.
Cons
I wish there was a custom notification sound option instead of the default ones. Also it would be helpful if Full/Admin users could assign tickets to team members who don't have full user access.

Its user-friendly nature stands out for me. When I do run into questions the built-in support features resolve things quickly.
Cons
The only thing I'd change is being able to export data collections as graphs alongside the PDF text.

Pros
Carl from the support team has been incredible. He's really patient when showing us how to use all the different features. It's refreshing to finally have a support team that actually cares about helping you get the most out of the system.
Cons
The procedures can't be assigned directly to individuals. They have to be attached to work orders instead which isn't ideal for my workflow.

Pros
The speed at which they customize and add features based on our descriptions is impressive! I'll mention something that would be helpful and literally 2 minutes later they tell me to refresh my browser and there it is. Absolutley amazing!
Cons
Can't view scheduled work orders that I've hidden from techs until their due dates even as an admin. Though I'm probably missing something in the settings.

“We got proper attention from their team

They really took their time walking us through how this solution was different from what we were already using. They provided simple tools for transferring our files and whenever we've had questions they've been there to answer.
Cons
The interface has a few quirks that can be frustrating though the team has been upfront about what they can and can't fix for us. They're willing to make adjustments where possible but are also honest about limitations.

I really appreciate how flexible this system is when it comes to blending MaintainX into your existing platform. Finding information is simple and the detailed tracking capabilities are impressive. Having worked in maintenance for over 25 years I can confidently say this ranks among the top platforms I've used for managing both preventative and reactive maintenance tasks.
Cons
The search feature only works with titles right now which means I have to find workarounds all the time. Would really appreciate a more advanced search option to make things easier.

“categorizing work orders makes reporting easy
Pros
Can quickly create work orders with scheduling and priority settings plus categorize them which makes reporting much easier later. It's also convenient that my colleagues can submit their own job requests that just need approval.
Cons
Honestly there isn't much to complain about. Maybe some automated reporting features would be nice and it'd be great if MTBF tracking didn't require the enterprise upgrade. But overall I'm really satisfied and wouldn't change much.

“Pleased with MaintainX
Pros
I used this at my previous job with a service contractor and when I moved to a new facility I immediately knew we needed it here too. Fortunately we already had it implemented!
Cons
Can't really think of anything major to complain about! If I had to nitpick, I'd say having more granular priority levels for work orders would be nice. Right now it's just the basic medium, high, etc options.
