amazing accessibility

Pros

Everything can be accessed from anywhere. Whether I'm out on the plant floor using my phone or sitting at my desk computer I can handle all my team management tasks without missing a beat.

Cons

The app crashes sometimes when I'm uploading photos through my phone's camera though this might just be my device since my field engineers haven't mentioned having the same problem.

track work orders all the way through

Pros

I find it very simple to monitor work orders from the initial request all the way through to completion. The tracking system flows smoothly and keeps everything organized.

Cons

I don't always get alerts about overdue items or pending work requests that are still waiting for approval.

fast work order delivery from the staff

Pros

I can get work orders from my team really quickly which is a huge time-saver. The interface is simple and doesn't require much training. What I appreciate most is being able to monitor several different issues simultaneously without losing track of anything.

Cons

Wish I could edit completed work orders after the fact when new info comes up. Also need a way to pull up finished orders from the same day more easily.

Simple data analysis features

Pros

Workflow from initial request through to work order creation is really uncomplicated. I find the data analysis features quite simple and connecting with our ERP system was easy.

Cons

The printouts from reports could use some work. They don't always format properly and can look pretty messy when printed.

Effective way to assign tasks

Pros

Having a simple way to delegate work to my team members completely changes the workflow. I can assign tasks, set clear priorities and pass off items in just a few clicks without any confusion about who's responsible for what. It keeps everyone aligned and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Cons

I haven't found any real downsides so far. Maybe when assigning tasks, workers should get a heads up. It would be nice to have follow-up reminders sent to assignees before deadlines approach. That way everyone stays focused on what they're supposed to be doing.

Shows work order status

Pros

I can see exactly where each work order stands at any moment which keeps everything running smoothly.

Cons

Can't set up a team view for tracking work orders which makes it harder to see what everyone's working on.

Mobile functionality is great

Pros

I was searching for a CMMS that felt user-friendly and worked great on mobile devices. Past systems I'd tried were awful when it came to mobile functionality. This platform really shines with its mobile interface for technicians plus the desktop version for admin work is even better. What really impressed me was getting full access for an extended trial period before making any purchase decisions. I needed something simple to handle different work request types across multiple campuses and it handles all of this perfectly. The learning curve is practically nonexistent and technicians pick it up quickly without formal training. Customer service has been genuinely helpful the few times I've reached out for guidance.

Cons

While I haven't discovered any major issues the cost per full user feels high for our small non-profit though it's fairly priced compared to other options in the market.

Prompt responses from the team

Pros

Their customer service really stands out. I usually get responses in just minutes on weekdays and within an hour on weekends. The support team knows there stuff inside and out. I've even had the CEO personally respond on weekends which was pretty impressive.

Cons

I can't really think of anything I dislike about it right now.

complete solution compatible with all devices

Pros

I've been working with it for over a year and gradually improved my technical skills to get the most out of it. Found it to be the most comprehensive solution with mobile app, macOS application and browser access. Everything syncs instantly without any cloning issues or frustrating bugs that plague other platforms.

Cons

First I really wish admins could add private comments that the rest of the team can't see like pricing details or sensitive notes. Second the full version is way out of our budget range.

Got all the features we need

Pros

We've found this tool really cuts down our response times when machines break down. What I appreciate most is how anyone on the team can submit repair requests. The interface is super easy to handle and there's hardly any feature we need that isn't already built in.

Cons

The pricing works well overall but I'd love to see a more affordable observation-only tier that lets managers monitor repair practices and pull reports without full access. Beyond that, I haven't faced any major issues with the platform itself.

customizable to fit my needs

Pros

I can easily prioritize my work orders and help clients on time which keeps everything organized. There are plenty of resources available and the customization options let me tailor it to exactly what I need.

Cons

Only thing I'd suggest is adding some kind of dark mode for nighttime use. It would really help cut down on eye strain and glare when working late shifts. Other than that, I honestly can't think of any real complaints.

feels natural

Pros

The interface feels really familiar and easy to use. Being able to create, access and track work orders plus procedures all from one phone app is very convenient. Our old system was confusing and hard to relate to.

Cons

Desktop camera access would be really helpful for adding parts to inventory. Also you have to exit out of parts inventory and go back in just to see your updates.

Minimal training required

Pros

It doesn't feel complicated so getting our team up to speed required hardly any training at all. Love the mobile app. It's got this clean, simple layout that just makes sense.

Cons

The only issue I've noticed is that it doesn't include uptime and downtime tracking out of the box. Fortunately, the dev team is already working on fixing this.

Brings work orders, location tracking, parts inventory together

Pros

It's nice how it brings together work orders, location tracking, parts inventory and trend analysis in one user-friendly platform. The team behind it is wonderful to work with too. They're quick to respond and really know their stuff when it comes to the software.

Cons

Can't connect to real-time utilities for tracking usage peaks and dips. Would be great to have hourly monitoring to see which employees are actually using the system throughout the day.

keeps track of supplies and maintenance

Pros

I can track supplies that need ordering and coordinate both internal and external maintenance work across our expanding physical therapy clinics. The work order system makes everything happen instantly which keeps our whole operation running smoothly.

Cons

Only downside is I wish requestors could handle checklists themselves. Our CDs at each clinic are full users but get swamped and while our aides could easily do the checklists, they can't without borrowing the CD's ipad to help out.

Extremely flexible system

Pros

We've been able to customize fields and workflows to match exactly what we need for tracking maintenance tickets. Pulling this data into reports for management has been simple and saves us tons of time.

Cons

The feedback process feels like a black hole. I submit improvement suggestions but never hear back about whether they're actually being considered or worked on by the development team.

features blend well together

Pros

Really enjoyed implementing this solution when we had absolutely no CMMS system in place. The setup process was simple and I love how all the features work well together. Having everything sync in real-time across both desktop and mobile devices has been great for our facility management.

Cons

There are no downsides to this program.
