“Saves us from so many problems

Super simple to manage and really organized. Makes entering work orders easy and eliminates so many headaches for our team.

Cons

Mobile functionality needs work. Uploading and viewing work orders is clunky and you can't edit them on the spot or add comments about completion status.

I picked up the app really easily as it was not complex at all. The functionality is exactly what I needed and everything just makes sense from the start.

Had a few bumps during the initial material migration but those got sorted out pretty fast. Nothing else really stands out as problematic.

The system could really benefit from some kind of folder organization for completed work orders. Right now everything just piles up and you end up scrolling through endless pages trying to find what your looking for.

I find it really user-friendly and my maintenance team gets excited about tracking their progress and seeing completion rates in real time.

Cons

Finding certain useful features can be tricky. Things like documenting serial numbers aren't always obvious to locate.

It scales well as you grow. When you're looking for a feature that isn't there, you can build it right away and connect it instantly. No need to go back and start over.

There are some minor quirks you need to adjust to though I can't think of anything really significant.

In my experience it has been quite easy to get used to and doesn't require much training to get started. Anyone can jump in and start using it without making data entry mistakes.

I wish there were stronger marketing efforts. I was completely unaware of this solution for way too long.

Communication between inventory and purchase orders could be much smarter and there's definitely room for improvement here.

Being able to chat directly in the app about work order updates is very useful. Would be great to see a chain-of-custody feature that gets shared with whoever submitted the request.

Having both internal and external priority levels could get confusing but I think it would help keep requestors satisfied while giving us a better view of what's really happening behind the scenes. Everyone wants their work orders marked as high priority so this dual system might be the answer.

I found it really simple to pick up and get comfortable with. Even team members who've never worked with this kind of system before can easily collaborate with our more experienced staff.

I've been using this for around 6 months and honestly can't think of anything bad to say about it.

I enjoy being able to link work orders directly to individual assets within a property.

The downside is you can only attach a single asset at a time which gets frustrating when dealing with multiple items.

Can't backdate labor hours on work orders which is a real problem when our techs are working at remote sites without app access.

For me it was very easy to use. Made it simple to jump between different plants and access their information or work orders without any hurdles.

Would be nice if I could print work orders directly rather than having to download them to my computer first.
