“Saves us from so many problems
Pros
Super simple to manage and really organized. Makes entering work orders easy and eliminates so many headaches for our team.
Cons
Mobile functionality needs work. Uploading and viewing work orders is clunky and you can't edit them on the spot or add comments about completion status.

Pros
I picked up the app really easily as it was not complex at all. The functionality is exactly what I needed and everything just makes sense from the start.
Cons
Had a few bumps during the initial material migration but those got sorted out pretty fast. Nothing else really stands out as problematic.

“No more losing important documentation

lt helps me stay on top of all the work that needs to be completed. Going paperless means I never have to worry about losing important documents or tasks anymore.
Cons
The system could really benefit from some kind of folder organization for completed work orders. Right now everything just piles up and you end up scrolling through endless pages trying to find what your looking for.

I find it really user-friendly and my maintenance team gets excited about tracking their progress and seeing completion rates in real time.
Cons
Finding certain useful features can be tricky. Things like documenting serial numbers aren't always obvious to locate.

In my experience it has been quite easy to get used to and doesn't require much training to get started. Anyone can jump in and start using it without making data entry mistakes.

Pros
Being able to chat directly in the app about work order updates is very useful. Would be great to see a chain-of-custody feature that gets shared with whoever submitted the request.
Cons
Having both internal and external priority levels could get confusing but I think it would help keep requestors satisfied while giving us a better view of what's really happening behind the scenes. Everyone wants their work orders marked as high priority so this dual system might be the answer.
