What stands out is how simple the meter tracking and parts inventory features are. The work order tracking system is uncomplicated and the overdue work orders functionality helps me stay on top of things.

Cons
the calendar feature is pretty annoying as you can't really move appointments around easily. Would be great if they added drag and drop features for rearranging things.

Found it quite easy to use and support responds quickly when I need help. Getting started and making the transition was smooth for our whole organization.
Cons
Would love to see drag and drop feature for customizing reports since you can't really tailor specific ones to your needs right now.

Pros
Communication features have been helpful for our operation. Running 3 shifts means keeping everyone in the loop is crucial and this tool does exactly that. It's really improved how our staff work together. Creates more of a team atmosphere when handling work orders. Sharing updates and information couldn't be simpler. Everyone who submits requests has embraced it and loves getting real-time feedback on their submissions. I've practically eliminated the email/phone/text chaos which means I can basically start and finish my workday using just this platform.

I'm still getting everything configured but I can already see this platform will simplify my workflow significantly. Gone are the days of bulky paper binders and endless printing. Everything maintenance-related moves to the cloud, keeping our entire team synchronized and informed.
Cons
The digitization process has been pretty slow going. I realize things will run smoother once we're fully digital but transferring all our PMs and inspections into the system is really time-consuming and tedious.

The transition from our old CMMS was smooth and enjoyable. The initial consultation was thorough and easy to follow. Set up process went without any hiccups. Laurent from their team provided exceptional support throughout the process and now we have Katie as our dedicated account manager who's always available for questions. The live chat feature responds in minutes rather than hours which is very helpful. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a user-friendly CMMS solution regardless of facility size.
Cons
At this point I honestly can't think of anything negative to say about the program or the customer support team.

Really simple for both regular users and our maintenance team. I love how the analytics give administrators such clear visibility into everything that's happening. Rolling this out to staff was smooth and customizing it to fit our needs didn't take long at all.
Cons
The system doesn't automatically route requests to the right users based on main and asset locations which would be really helpful. Instead, admins have to manually approve every request and assign them to the proper staff members. It's not a huge deal but it definitely adds extra work for admins like our Maintenance Supervisors who have to handle all that routing manually.

Pros
The learning curve was practically nonexistent. Our three-generation team (ranging from 20 to 65+) picked it up in just one day. So convenient and it's clear the developers really understand what maintenance teams need. After testing different solutions for four years, I'm relieved I finally found the right fit.
Cons
The pricing structure doesn't quite match what we need. We're getting tons of value but the next tier up has way more than we'd ever use. Would be interesting if they offered features a la carte instead.

Reporting capabilities provide enough detail to spot workflow inconsistencies and give us a clear picture of issues we can address.
Cons
Mobile app can be complex sometimes. I found myself hunting around for basic things like finding users in my organization which took way more clicks than it should. The mobile version also feels limited compared to what you can do on the web platform so I often have to switch back to my computer to complete certain tasks.

What I really appreciate is how user-friendly this system feels. The support team has been so cooperative whenever I've needed assistance. Adding new information is simple and doesn't require much effort. I'm excited to finally have a comprehensive solution for tracking both costs and inventory in one place.
Cons
Filter setup has been a bit challenging to figure out. That said, the support team is fantastic and really responsive so I'm confident we'll get it sorted out together.

Feels incredibly modern and works smoothly across all devices making it accessible even for technicians who aren't particularly tech-savvy. From an admin perspective, moving through data and monitoring work orders is not difficult.
Cons
The only real complaint I have is that screens don't automatically refresh when you make changes though I hear they're working on fixing that issue
