“Keeps Everything Organized Perfectly
Pros
It helps me manage all my tasks and projects. Being able to track the who, what, when, where and why of everything keeps me organized and ensures nothing slips through the cracks.
Cons
Work order list doesn't let me customize how things are displayed and I cant sort by location when I'm using the mobile app.

“Versatile tool that adapts well
Pros
What stands out is how simple the inventory system is. There are tons of different options available which makes it versatile for various needs. We're using it to track costumes, props and set pieces for our theater company, definitely not what it was originally designed for but it adapts perfectly to our unique requirements.
Cons
Getting around the mobile app can feel complicated at times. You'll find what your looking for eventually but it sometimes feels like taking the scenic route when you just want to get there quickly.

This tool has completely eliminated our old paper-based system for tracking equipment assets and managing work orders which saves us tons of time.
Cons
The engineering team is still working on improving some features though they're always open to feedback and constantly pushing updates to make things more efficient.

It centralizes all our manual maintenance records in one spot that's easy to find and the way key team members can communicate and kick off requests through it is amazing.

Pros
Lets me organize my daily tasks by what's most important. No more constantly listening for walkie-talkie chatter or worrying about channels switching on me. What really stands out is the ability to share and receive detailed photos.

I've been really impressed with how this platform brings together all our maintenance operations in one place. The communication features work well and creating work orders is simple. What stands out most is how quickly we can resolve issues and track the time spent on each task, the clock-in functionality for work orders is particularly useful. It's made managing our business maintenance so much more efficient.
Cons
The communication side could definitely use some work. There's no notification system for work order comments so you end up having to constantly check the app for updates instead of getting alerts when something new comes in.

The system proved versatile for both operational checks and maintenance management. We got everything set up just in time for a major audit and our auditor was genuinely impressed by how simple and user-friendly the platform was plus its ability to store extensive detailed information. Our team loves using it because it's simple, mobile-friendly and really organizes their workflow while making everything much more accessible.
Cons
I can't really find anything to complain about. The only improvement I'd suggest is allowing secondary signatures after the due date without marking the work order as late just because someone reopened it to add their signature.

Pros
Its ease of use stands out for me. After two decades working with various CMMS platforms I can honestly say the interface and initial setup process here is very simple. My maintenance and facility technicians picked it up just as easily as I did.
Cons
One small issue I have is that I can't schedule work orders directly from a calendar view and there's no way to check individual technician schedules at a glance.
