environment-friendly solution

Pros

It's so cool having everything centrally located and easily accessible with just a click. Going paperless has been great for the environment since all documents are stored digitally.

Cons

Nothing really stands out as problematic for me. Honestly can't think of any major complaints about this platform.

Very user friendly

Pros

Well organized layout

Pros

The platform layout is really well-organized and the functionality just makes sense. Love the reporting tools they've included. Creating work orders in the field through the app is super quick and simple. Adding assets and managing stock inventory is not hard. The scheduling features and calendar visibility are excellent. There's no limit on requesters which is perfect for our team. Integration with other systems works smoothly. Everyone finds it easy to use regardless of their tech level. The support from the MaintainX team has been unbelievably good whenever we've needed help.

Cons

It does everything I need it to do.

Boosted our efficiency

Pros

I love how it has helped us bring all our property inspections together in one mobile app. We're much more efficient now and can be thorough while staying mobile. It's made our whole process smoother.

Cons

Doesn�t need a lot of training

Pros

From my experience it's quite userfriendly and I was able to jump right in without needing much training time at all.

Cons

The meters feature could use some work since it occasionally gets machine hours wrong.

Long list of benefits

Pros

I'm impressed with how well-organized everything is in this system. Communication features work amazingly well and the interface is tidy. Honestly I could keep listing benefits.

Cons

Didn�t come across any issues

Pros

I can use both the mobile and desktop versions to track maintenance and repairs for our assets and staff. Having that flexibility across devices makes it really convenient for our whole team to stay on top of everything.

complete record of maintenance supplies

Pros

We can track all the maintenance supplies and parts that get pulled from our warehouse inventory.

Cons

I wish there was better online documentation and guides available. Having to reach out for every little question can get pretty annoying.

Helps mechanics see repair requests

Pros

Lets me quickly send repair requests from the field and mechanics see them right away to start working on fixes.

Cons

There are some important fields in our workflows that you just can't search through which is really frustrating when youre trying to find specific information quickly.

Pros

Found it very useful for keeping track of inventory. Being able to send work orders instantly to employees' phones is a game-changer.

Cons

Daily and weekly preventive maintenance tasks end up flooding everything else making it hard to track regular work orders separately.

Staff find it easy to learn

Pros

Easy to learn regardless of age. Everyone from younger staff to seasoned employees can use it without trouble when handling work orders.

Cons

I wish they had online certification options available. Things like CPO or HAVA/EPA certifications would be really helpful to have through the platform.

automatic updates for requesters

Pros

We appreciate how well it tracks incomplete work orders. The automatic updates to requesters about job status is brilliant and saves me lots of time. One of my favorite features is being able to view the complete history of specific areas or locations.

Cons

Would be nice if there was a way for admins to get notified when the same type of work keeps happening in one area. Would help catch patterns that need looking into.

excellent value for money

Pros

Mobile app is really convenient. For what we pay it packs in tons of functionality including reporting tools, parts tracking, scheduling, you name it. After trying out several other platforms, this one definitely gives you the most bang for your buck with all these integrated features. The recent Spanish language addition has been a game-changer for our tech team.

Cons

The only thing I'd change is being able to upload multiple pictures for procedures instead of just one.

Friendly mobile interface

Pros

The mobile interface is so user friendly and makes everything accessible on the go. Communication with my team flows smoothly through the platform. What really stands out is how asset management centralizes everything incluing inspection documents, user manuals and all related data.

Cons

I wish there was a way for tenants to submit work orders through my website without needing their own login credentials. Maybe this feature exists and I just haven't found it yet.

Anyone can submit a maintenance request

Pros

Maintenance ticket system is really convenient. People can submit requests through a simple link without needing to set up an account first.

Cons

The location functionality feels a bit limited. Would love to see more sublocation options available to work with.

highly adjustable

Pros

I can customize this to fit exactly what we need. When new procedures or tabs are required, we're able to create them ourselves without waiting for outside help.

Cons

It's interface feels pretty bland with limited color options. Would be nice to have different colored themes or pages to help distinguish between departments.
